It s the first time I deal with the collision, and I m so lucky that I chose this shop to take care of my car. They explained me each step of the claim thoroughly with great patience. Furthermore, they offer to communicate with the insurance company which makes the whole process much easier for me. The most important part is, the technician is knowledgeable and professional in repairing the car. Before picking up, they even give my car a deep cleaning, I got my car back spotlessly like brand new. Both services and skills here are beyond 5 star. Super good.

This place really is a 1 in a million find. They're a very well run shop: everyone is kind, informative, and accommodating. They fixed my Mazda3's front bumper after a hit-and-run incident. They explained every step of the process, and treated me as if I was their most important customer. My car looks as good as the day I bought it after it was finished! They even went way above and beyond, by cleaning, polishing, waxing my entire car after the job was finished. But it didn't end there. Even my interior, and engine bay was scrubbed clean. I couldn't believe it. So long as I'm in the NYC area, they'll be my go-to body shop from here on forward.

I m 77 years old and I have used many car repair shops over the many cars I ve owned North Shore Auto at 325 Great Neck Rd. has by far been the most reliable and fair with prices and does really amazing work.I have used them not only for mechanical work previously but I just had body work done on a classic older 2007 Bentley convertible which now looks brand new both inside and outside.! Thank you for taking such good car of my car !!

Without a doubt the best HAND CAR WASH ever. I was struggling to find a great place for my Blue Mercedes G63 AMG to get washed but it was quite difficult. My truck has ceramic coating on it & can only be done by hand. NSAC is truly the BEST EVER.Inny is the sweetest to deal with & Alex is on top of everything all the time. They go above & beyond to make things go smoothly. I purchased a package from them buy 4 get 1 free. No brainer for sure. You ll be pleasantly surprised. Oh also they are more than fair with the pricing. PERFECTION EVERY TIME .

Someone hit my car June of 2023. I seen the reviews on this body shop and I called them. Spoke to Victoria and she was very nice and helpful and straight forward. She makes you feel calm and stress free. Victoria and her husband David were great, can t forget about Alex also. Car came out great. The color matching was great, work was great, it s like the car was never even touched. And they use OEM parts also. No aftermarket. After the job was done, they did a great job with the detailing on the car. Hopefully I won t have to see them again but if anything I would come back here with no hesitation and recommend them to anybody. Appreciate you all and the crew for making me leave happy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

David, Victoria & the team at North Shore Collision, did an excellent job repairing our 2022 Merceds. the paint job came out better than new, and they even fixed some other damage that they found under the bumper! five star sevice all the way!

I needed auto body work and North Shore was "highly" recommended to me. I dropped my car off for repairs and that was it. My car was fixed in a timely manner. Everyone from the husband and wife proprietors to their crew were patient and informative. When I picked my car up it looked like it was coming out of a showroom. Washed, detailed, immaculate and the repairs were perfect and invisible. I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service and their work is the best!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently experienced my first car accident. Victoria and everyone who works at this auto shop were extremely helpful and kept me calm. They made my car look brand new. I totally recommend anyone to come here for any damages done to their car. (They also do a great detailing clean on the car as well.) 10/10!!!

Was hit coming home from work a few months ago in the rain. Ended up going to the incorrect body shop, but ended up at the right place. Everyone at North Shore Collision was amazing. Victoria was absolutely fantastic to work with, as was the rest of the staff. Extremely thorough with their work. You would never have guessed my vehicle was nearly totalled. It looks just as good as the day I drove it off the lot from the dealership. The whole crew was great with talking me through the whole process of how to handle the claim, snd kept me in the loop with repairs the whole time. Victoria and her team really go to bat for you and make sure to fight for your car to be repaired correctly. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Will definitely be recommending two anyone who needs body work or detailing.

Excellent work! Great service! Highly Recommended!I brought in my car to get an estimate for some needed body work. David explained how the process worked after filing a claim with my Automobile Insurance. Victoria told me it would take about two (2) weeks for the work to be done, which it did.After the body work and painting of the repaired sections was completed, a full-service Auto Detailing was performed and my car looks like new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

TL;DR - trust your MINI with this shop. They owners drive a MINI, and their body shop and paint shop does an amazing job.When our 22 MINI Countryman got into an accident a day after getting ceramic coated (Sept 28), all we wanted was to find an honest shop who could fix the damage thoroughly.I called the shop to inquire, and Victoria took her time to explain my next steps with insurance (do not upload photos! they can have an adjuster come to the shop). We met David at the shop and quickly realized it was a genuine family business complete with David Jr. I mention this because they have a people-first mindset, it s not about the money or the business- they truly take care of you and your car.Everything was going swimmingly until we learned that an OEM replacement hood was back ordered and will take ages to arrive. Instead of getting aftermarket, David sprung into action with a new plan to repair the original OEM hood. It came out BEAUTIFULLY. What amazed me was the accuracy of their color match. This car was in Sage Green, a MINI color that can look blue or green depending on the light.On pick up day (Oct 20), David went above and beyond by having the car detailed inside and out, including the engine bay! We ll be back in 6 weeks for the covered ceramic coating :) Entire repair including first contact took last than a month. We couldn t be happier.

Brought my car here after being hit in the front driver's side corner by someone who ran a stop sign. From start to finish Victoria handled everything from dealing with the insurance to arranging a rental car. The car needed a new front bumper, grill, all the trim pieces and both headlights. It came out beautifully. On top of that David had the whole car detailed to make the entire car really pop....This picture was a few months after the work. They did a fantastic match on the pearl paint which is not an easy thing to do, and the work was great. Would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can t thank this place enough. Took this car in for a repair and they had my scraped door looking brand new. Service was fast, and had incredibly welcoming people. This place was recommended to me by friend, and I would recommend this place to anyone I know.

It is no coincidence that North Shore Auto Collision is so highly rated with a perfect five stars. From the moment you walk into the shop, you are treated as if you are their only customer. This is clearly a business that takes care of their customers and treats you as if you are part of their family. The attention to detail, exquisite work on the vehicle and customer service is unparalleled. Top shelf all the way! From a little ding to major bodywork, they handle it all! My 2012 Jeep Wrangler got banged up with a relatively minor fender flare damage. I picked up my ride and it looked brand spanking new! David, Victoria & Alex run the best auto body shop in the tri-state area. Keep up the fantastic work!

I found North Shore as the best rated body shop in my neighborhood. After I received a quote, even after the discount, I thought it was a bit expensive, but I decided to go with them.As a due dilligience I did compare them with 2 other 5-star shops (Flower Hill Roslyn, who quoted me over 5 times more, and Elite Automotive Repair, who quoted me 3 times more than North Shore), I realized I did make a good price-wise decision.After the job was done, wow... I was impressed with the work they have done. The car looked like brand new!Alex, the manager, who at the begininig seemed too young, was fantastic with explaining me with everything they will and can do, as well as what they cannot do. He followed through with an amazing job, even doing some extra work they didn't charge me for - polishing of some spots.They definetely earned my trust and I high recommend it!

The team at north shore auto collision are simply the best. Great people who care about their customers and the cars they work on. My car was a wreck when I brought it to them, but they fixed it and now my car is looking the best it ever has thanks to them.

I highly recommend North Shore Auto Collision. I have brought multiple cars due to unfortunate accidents, and each time, without fail, they exceeded my expectations. David reviewed the entire plan to reconstruct my vehicles and answered every question I threw at him. He and his wife Victoria are such nice people, and treated me like I was a family member. I never doubted that the work would get done correctly and that David would come through on his word. David also was very helpful in navigating the insurance process and made sure only original OEM parts would be used. The work was completed on time. If I ever need the services of an auto body shop in the future, I know who I'm calling - David and Victoria at North Shore Auto Collision!

I came here looking to fix the alignment on my bumper, and I could confidently say they did a great job! It was affordable and all the people working there were really kind, Inny helped me out and it was overall a great experience. I d definitely recommend this place for car repairs.

my fiat had a scraped bumper and a dent from two hit and runs. i walked in feeling great about this family owned business. victoria called me over thanksgiving weekend to respond to my request for a drop by quote. it really meant a lot to me that she took the time out of a day the shop was closed to talk business with me. so despite having other more competitive quotes, my gut told me to trust them, and i was right! david gave me an excellent quote generated from fiats website and completed the job in 3 days (1 day earlier than i was expecting). the car was presented to me, glistening, newly washed and cleaned. it felt like i was driving home in a brand new car! truly grateful to the entire team, victoria, david, alex, and annie!

It was ACTUALLY WORTH having the accident to be served by these people. To them: Thank you very much for helping me and my car. They worked late hours to help my desperate situation. I just got a new job and was going to quit because it was getting too hard to get to work with no car. They kept car insurance from screwing me over. My car looks better than it did before the accident. They caught an underlying problem and resolved it before it could surface. They were very interested in every aspect of my situation especially the insurance issues and literally every detail (car detailing) of my car and making sure I was ok to deal with this life.

Victoria and David are simply the best at what they do - and even more importantly - the most wonderful people! This was my second experience with them (first was for my daughter s toy ride-on car) and they managed to astound me once again.My SUV was the unfortunate victim of a hit and run while parked. When I walked out and found the entire driver side of my car destroyed, my first call was to North Shore. David answered the phone and said not to worry and to bring it in. That was truly the last time I worried about. From the minute I brought the car in Victoria and David handled everything. Literally everything from calling my insurance company to giving it the most amazing detail job at the end that my car looked even better than the day I got it. It was the most stress-free and efficient experience. I never even needed to deal with my insurance company. They handled everything. Within a week and a half my car was done and looked brand new. I cannot recommend them enough. They should be your first call if you ever need auto body service. They did such an amazing detail job that we re bringing our other car in to get detailed. Our car is better than brand new thanks to Victoria and David and their staff who put their all into providing the very best of customer service and care. Just can't say enough about the quality of care and expertise North Shore Auto Collision brings the customer. Victoria handled essentially all of the discussions with the insurance company's claims department; and she conducted all the discussions with the adjustor. She insisted on original parts, not after-market or from another vehicle. The work on the car was completed when promised, and the car looks great -- better than it has for years! The exterior paint job is first rate, and the interior got a thorough cleaning as well. Thank you!

I came here due to my 2023 being destroyed by a butcher named Master Collision Concepts.Spoke to Alex at North Shore Auto Collision and he immediately saw the issues. He actually fixed a loose door for me in about 5 minutes due to the poor condition the 2023 was returned in. I would recommend this place to anybody on the island that values a proper repair on their vehicle. While I was there speaking to Alex, a guy dropped off his Ferrari keys on the desk for a detail and left.Save yourself the TIME and headache! Bring your vehicle here for any repairs or maintenance. Alex and team are the professionals you want for your vehicle!

I have been in the insurance business for years and know cars very well. This place was highly recommend by my mother who had work done here. Alex, David, and Inny were very helpful. When i went to pick up my car I noticed a few minor issues that I expected the owner to fluff off, and instead, he offered to keep the car for the day in order to resolve those minor details. They also gave me copies of Oem recipts and the car (which is a 2019) looks better than my 2021 model. Overall I am very happy and would highly recommend this shop.

David, Victoria, and Alex went above and beyond to make my auto repair as painless as possible. My vehicle was returned to me looking better than before my accident. They took great care to wash and detail inside and out leaving everything looking sparkling clean.Should you ever need to have your vehicle repaired and you don t feel like dealing with the hassle and runaround other shops will give you along with their shoddy work, bring it to the good folks at North Shore Auto Collision. Family owned business that takes care of your car like it's their own. Knows exactly what your car needs and will give you any information that you need. Extremely nice and great place to get work done or detailing and ceramic coating. Won't go to any place else but here.
