Very good experience overall. Eric Soto was my sales consultant. He was very professional, patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He took his time to help me find the best vehicle that fits me . He s a calm guy with a very positive attitude, I did not feel pressured by him which made it super comfortable me to decide that I want to stay at this Lexus Dealership. I spoke to Nick the manager who answered all my questions & also kept in contact with me. Nick is very knowledgeable and also made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I m very big on great customer service & Eric Soto & Nick s level of customer service was excellent! I m very excited with my purchase here at New Country Lexus of Great Neck. I been to other Lexus dealerships but did not get the same experience as I did here. I highly recommend you doing business here I traveled two hours with no regrets.

Staff was professional, friendly, and explained the recommended service without preasure to commit. I was able to work remotely while waiting for my service to complete. The second floor is beautiful, is a waiting lounge and another room with several desks having electrical outlets for working remotely. Afterwards, received a video from the mecanic explaining maintenance on my car. Definely recommend this dealership for service.

The process of looking for a car can be quite daunting, but I must say that my experience with this dealership was absolutely exceptional. From the warm email introduction by Michael, the manager, to the welcoming reception I received upon arrival, everything was perfect. Mia provided me with all the necessary information in advance and was well-prepared when I arrived. The attention to detail provided by Mia and Mr. Mohammad is very much appreciated. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lexus Great Neck for servicing my Lexus GX 460 2023, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. My family and I have been going here for a few years now and we have been nothing but appreciative of their generosity, kindness, and quality of service. We are especially appreciative of Jamal(sales rep), Kevin(service advisor), and Singh(master technician). All services have been done within a timely manner and they are very accommodating. Jamal has helped us to get about 2-3 cars already! We have nothing but good things to say about the family at Lexus of Great Neck!

Took my car here for the first time ever this week. They called me to make a maintenance appointment because my vehicle notified them it needed maintenance. Took my car in for nothing major just basic tire rotation and some other minor recommended maintenance. I was given a total which seemed higher than normal but whatever I agreed to it and was told it d be about 1 hour and half.( I know the process does not take that long ESPECIALLY when you have an appointment, but again, whatever.) Got the text that the car was ready to go so I proceed to meet the customer service rep and he gives me a bill that s $50 HIGHER than what HE told me it would cost just about an hour before. No explanation given at all why it was so much higher. I have no issues with paying extra if the service is needed and meets my expectation, however, I do not feel this was the case here. Personally speaking, this was my first and last time taking my Lexus here. There are other establishments that have better communication with their customers, work much faster, and for a portion of the cost.

This was my first service experience at New Country Lexus of Great Neck. My service advisor was James Devindra. He was very professional, courteous and demonstrate great communication throughout the service. James went above and beyond for me on Saturday. The video of the service was a pleasant surprise. It was greatly appreciate. Thank you again. I will highly recommend my family. .

Always a great experience. Very thorough and communicative. I ve been here twice. The first time working with Kevin and the second time with James, both experiences were wonderful. Definitely making this location my preferred Lexus maintenance place

Kevin, the service rep that assisted me with my service needs was pleasant and helpful. He was able to get me a good price for tire replacement and had all the work done on the same day. They also provided a loaner car so I was able to do errands and not waste a day waiting for my car. Thank you for your awesome customer service.

Working with Rob M. was the easiest, seamless experience. I was able to make the purchase almost entirely online and have the vehicle shipped to me. Rob kept me up to date at each step and my Lexus is being delivered today! Thanks Rob!!!!

I ve had the privilege of working with Kevin on any of my car maintenance requirements. Not only is he knowledgeable and informative with his duties but he is extremely helpful and understanding. Lexus of great neck does an incredible job at making you feel like family and most importantly value your time. I would undoubtedly recommend anyone shopping around for a car to stop by and witness how smooth of a process buying a car can be with without feeling conned.

John Bekiaris was my Sales consultant and he was informative and very patient with both me and my husband. He answered all our questions and provided great feedback. I was able to text or call him and he was always available to help. George Alexander was our Business Manager who broke down everything step by step, provided different options which were helpful to determine what we wanted to do.

If you want to be LIED to by your salesperson go to NEW COUNTRY LEXUS of GREAT NECK and ask for CALVIN H he will say oh I only gave you a guesstimate I m only human If you want to be treated as you have no VALUE because you are a WOMEN go to NEW COUNTRY LEXUS of GREAT NECK and go to the Business Manager named MOHAMED he will make sure NOT to greet you when you enter his officeIf you want to receive a A DIRTY NEW CAR go to NEW COUNTRY LEXUS of GREAT NECK and deal with MICHAEL he will hand you a car wash certificate and say sorry you can have your car washed here I had the most horrible experience at NEW COUNTRY LEXUS of GREAT NECK I know for a FACT that NOT all Lexus Dealers behave this way I ended up at this dealership because they had the car model that I wanted my original dealership DARCARS LEXUS GREENWICH didn t have the car model I wanted but the were so kind and friendly I know I would of had an excellent experience with them but unfortunately I got stuck with NEW COUNTRY LEXUS of GREAT NECKwhere the people are unkind unfriendly and don t value you or the money you are spending at there dealership AVOID THIS PLACE spend your money elsewhereAttached are some picture of the car I was able to write the words clean me on the car that is how DIRTY the car was given to me unbelievablePlease make sure you zoom into pictures so you can see where I wrote clean me on this dirty car

Bought a used car from John at Lexus. He was honest, fair and just wonderful. There were issues after one day and the dealership gave me a loaner and fixed everything. They were amazing. The dealership is beautiful and I recommend John Bekiaris. The most honest and decent car salesman I have ever dealt with.

Very friendly and communicative and patient!I hasn t pulled the trigger yet, I m shopping for a 2020 RX 350 and few times I ve placed the deposit and it s been refunded without a hesitation!I ll be back to get a vehicle from them, now that I know the exact trim and color!Thank you John!

Always courteous and accommodating. Wonderful service managers especially James! I had oil chance and tire rotation and 2 tire change. I was willing to wait till 3 hrs but they were nice to give me a loaner for the day. Highly recommend.

Came at a little past 1 (early for my 1:30pm appointment for maintenance) they took me in right away, no hesitation, the advisor was very helpful, nice, and friendly, even showed me where both customer lounging/waiting areas were. They keep your phone number on file and update you with status of the car servicing as well as send you a video of what was checked on your car and the status of how your tires, wheels, and other components of your car are doing. The waiting area on the second floor is quite extravagant and they even have a free drinks bar for coffee, hot beverages, cold water, and milk. They also have candy for you to enjoy. Very nice service, friendly reps, enjoyed my experience, was very well informed and updated on status of the car.

Great sales experience!!! Jamal & Mohammad provided me with top notch service. Jamal has the patience of a Saint. He answered all of my questions about the different models & linked me with a very informative YouTube site to help answer my tech questions. When I came for a test drive, I got the day wrong so Jamal asked Mohammad to assist me. M helped me with all the complexities of trading in my vehicle and made sure I got me desired vehicle which isn t so easy these days with all the existing shortages. Last shout out goes to Ming-Oh, the tech expert who was very thorough, clear, and patient while addressing all of my questions. I ve never had such a great experience with a tech expert before. They usually want to rush off to the next client and make you feel too embarrassed to ask questions. That s been my experience at Rallye Acura but not here at Lexsus.
