Excellent car buying experience with Mike at Kings Point! I ve been searching for a while for a Mini Cooper that fit my criteria. I found the best one Ive seen in the range I was looking for at Kings point but was skeptical about making the 2 hour trip to see it. The car was exactly as described, in exactly the condition it was listed in and was in better mechanical shape than I expected. Mike addressed all of the minor things I was concerned about and even went above and beyond and did some larger things that I did not ask for. The purchasing process was quick and seamless, and the car was detailed nicely at pickup. I will definitely be frequently checking in on his inventory and checking back in for my future needs.I highly recommend!

Mike at Kings Point Auto is a true class act. From initial contact to actually purchasing our car, he was not only incredibly knowledgeable but down to earth, helpful, and his guidance was much appreciated. Obviously buying a car is an intimidating experience, but Mike made the whole process feel easy, comfortable, and we left feeling like we had made the absolute best decision possible. The autos at Kings Point are absolutely top notch but extremely reasonable in pricing compared to others, and you can trust you re putting your money in the right place, and driving home a vehicle that s reliable, guaranteed, and (arguably most important!) absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Mike! Will be using Kings Point for all future car purchases.

Upon entering this dealer I was greeted with Mike, who was super down to earth, not like those scummy dealers who only care about selling and making $. Was provided the best service I've ever had compared to other dealers. Mike was extremely knowledgable and upfront with pricing and details. Lots of transparency and straight forward unlike other dealers with false advertising/pricing. Picked up a BMW 3 series and worked extensively to get the best rates within my budget and the transaction was smooth sailing. Needless to say, if you're looking for a new car this is the place to go.

The best experience i ve had at a dealership, Mike is the man! he got me into an M240i and i could not be happier about the deal and the car itself. Highly recommend for any special/unique spec cars you re looking for.

Awesome experience at Kings Point AutoMike helped me find the most convenient financing for my vehicle . He was very patient with my wife and I when we changed vehicle financing twice had to go with the a higher trim pickup truck . I was in the market for a pre-owned MB S550. After visiting quite a few dealers and test driving ten vehicles, I finally found the vehicle that I was looking for at Kingspoint Auto. My positive experience was not limited to the vehicle. After all, I saw several cars in the condition that I was looking for at other dealerships. When I arrived at Kingspoint Auto, I was greeted by Michael Goltche. He showed me the car that I was looking for, responded to all my questions and did not show any aggressive sales tactics. He was very transparent with his responses, friendly and professional. The advertised price of the vehicle was the price and did not include any deceptive additional fees. We agreed on a final price, plus taxes and the normal DMV fees.As I write this review, I am not claiming that I got a bargain, nor that I was overcharged on the price of the vehicle. But I can tell you that I got a great car and good value for the money. I am super happy with the experience and definitely recommend Kingspoint Auto.

Purchased 2021 GTI, overpriced over market - not as clean as presented. Tires were completely worn, arrived with crack in headlight. Mike seller does not communicate. ONLY takes your $ and then you are on your own if there is a problem. DISGRACEFUL business. CAUTION.

I took several weeks to visit KPA because I had so many alternatives to pick from other car dealers but as time passed by I was vey disappointed with them; in my third week I decided to visit Mike, He was very helpful and professional. Very cool dude to talk about cars (We talk for a couple of hours). I didn't feel rushed and he never forced me to pay him for "deposits or fees, etc" to separate the vehicle. He let me test drive the car a couple of times. After visiting several car dealers in a month (5) I can say to new buyers to feel empowered to visit KPA. Thank you!

I ve been coming here for the past 15 years since I first began driving and most reliable and helpful people you can ask for out of all the other car repair spots around.Sam and Danny have always helped me with my car issues whether it was from an accident or any other issues big to small don t matter.If you want a good deal on a car go to Mike! He always takes care of me and is very friendly and always got me the best deal possible and makes sure you leave there with a smile on your face.

Dealing with Kings Point Auto and Mike was really a pleasure. I was looking to trade my current vehicle and get into something more affordable that I could own within a few months. Mike helped me trade in my current car, and apply equity into the purchase of a 2013 Fiat 500 pop! He was super honest the whole time and always available for questions. Thanks again Mike and I would recommend Kings Point to anyone looking for a pre owned car without having to get lost or tossed around in a huge dealership where they barely remember your name... Purchased a car from Mike many years back and all went well, they were very helpful. Found myself in need of a car for work urgently and called Mike again out of loyalty. Ran our credit. Was told we had an approval and there were options and he would call me back. Spent almost 2 weeks calling, leaving messages, and after running our credit vanished. While I understand Mike is in high demand, leaving someone hanging after hitting their credit report is poor service. I gave two stars because of a past experience, but this one was wrong, and I wont be back. I've recommended so many people here over the years, I believe in rewarding good service but in this case there was none and I lost 2 weeks waiting for nothing with useless inquiries on my report.

This was my first time working with Mike at Kings Point Auto, and it was incredibly obvious that his focus is on the customer and not just pushing inventory out. In the past, I ve had incredibly negative experiences with commercialized dealerships - hidden fees, completely not personalized, and prices that were clearly inflated just for sales. With Mike, the price was what was listed, he didn t try to talk us into anything, and his knowledge and love for cars was completely apparent throughout the whole process. His suggestions regarding warranties, maintenance, etc. were excellent and clearly coming from a place of care. To make a long story short, Mike has beautiful cars at more than reasonable prices, and Kings Point Auto gives you an experience that dealerships are just unable to offer. I can t thank Mike enough and am so incredibly grateful for my new car. Look forward to doing more business with Kings Point Auto and Mike in the future.

Mike at Kings Point was an absolute pleasure to work with. I recently purchased a vehicle from out of state, online, sight unseen and it was honestly the easiest transaction of this size I've ever done. Mike provided videos, pictures and Carfax to help bring closure that I was getting the perfect vehicle. Transportation was arranged and my new vehicle arrived right when Mike said it would. 5 stars all the way around with class and professionalism. I highly recommend buying your next ride from Kings Point and be sure to ask for Mike!

Mike gave me and my husband a great car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable and honest. There were no added fees, the price listed was the price of the vehicle and of course taxes etc are added afterwards. But there were no "dealer fees" etc that most other car dealerships add in a manipulative way. Mike didn't pressure us to buy the same day or pressure us to buy any specific vehicle. He understood what exactly my husband was looking for, presented options, allowed us to test drive and was patient with us while we deliberated. While doing the paper work process, he didn't hide his screen, we were able to see and read everything. Nothing was hidden. I truly appreciate his honesty, how knowledgeable he was of cars in general, and the true effort of getting us a great deal. I had bought an SUV at a different dealership prior to my husband finding Mike, and I regret not finding him sooner. One day I plan to come back to Mike to buy a sedan. And will recommend any and every one to come to Kings Point Auto and ask for Mike!

First I would like to say this place has the best prices ! A dealers job is to sell you a car and make some money in the process! Nothing in life is completely free. When your financing you have to expect a cost ! Of course not everyone will have the same experience! But this is my second time buying a car from this dealership. Kings point Auto has given me a bang for my buck, I can t complain. Some of the cars are very rare, I wish you luck trying to find the same type of car for a cheaper price . I guarantee you will not be able to compare! Mike s eye for cars is exquisite and tasteful no doubt. If your looking to go on the cheaper side please expect to get what you pay for and more. He won t decide for you that s all on you but he will guide your thoughts into the right decisions. He is a family man and a sales man. He simply is just doing his job and I think he is doing a great job! I appreciate the two vehicles he sold me because I know for a fact I would not get the same deal anywhere else. He works hard to get you the best prices and in the end business is business. I would recommend anyone to him if they are looking into getting a new car. He knows what he is doing and he has the best connections of any dealer I ever met. Thanks Mike for the new car and tell you dad sorry I had to buy the car he loves so much. See you soon !!!! :)

I purchased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid in August of 2020. Mike, although at the begging seemed both helpful and resourceful, quickly became both unreliable and unresponsive upon further inspection of the car. After owning the car for a little over a month, I had taken a trip upset, during this trip the car began making odd noises and smells, I had the vehicle checked out at my local mechanic to which I found the brakes needed to be replaced and were told that they were 90-95% worn. I called Mike and explained, and was told to come back the following Monday to have the brakes replaced. Upon my appointment arrival, I was told the mechanic never showed up, was never called to be informed not to come, nor was I rescheduled. At this point I had left Mike several messages and did not get a response until later that evening, my appointment was at 8 am. I then took the Subaru to another mechanic, just to have a second opinion, since Mike explained that most of the time mechanics just wanted to make money, and that upon the purchase of the car Mike said that legally he could not sell a car in NY State without the brakes being at least 50% or under worn. It was at this time, I was informed by yet another mechanic that not only the brakes were 95% worn but that the rotors were rusted completely. and the vehicle was deemed too dangerous to drive, this was after I had driven the car upstate, home, to work, to his shop, and multiple mechanics. I did was any sensible person would do, and had the everything replaced right then and there, since the mechanic at Kings Point Auto is unreliable and does not do accurate readings. I was also told that this car should have never passed inspection, which the Subaru did in fact have a valid 2020 inspection sticker. Since having these issues replaced I have reached out to Michael on numerous occasions, as well as my father in law, and have since, been unable to reach him. If inquiring if it is worth it to buy from his establishment, I would strongly recommend not to, and if you do, do yourself a favor and have the vehicle checked at a reliable mechanic to avoid both disappointment and additional finances. I would never recommend anyone to come here, this establishment has been a headache within the first few weeks of the cars purchase. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

****HONEST REVIEW****I will try to make this short. Mike has shown me nothing but excellence and great efforts to make my car buying experience smooth and easy. He sat down with us and explained every important detail that we did not even have to ask a question because he already answered all of them even before we asked. The car I bought from him (2017 q60) is 4 years old yet can be mistaken as brand new. His staff and mechanics were welcoming and where all smiles. I would definitely recommend them to those who are looking for an honest dealer.

I would like to say thank you very much to: Mike, Sam, and Leo. You guys are great people, who know how to take care of your customers. I was looking for BMW 535 for about 6 months and I went to several dealers. They all wanted outrageous prices and the cars were not very clean. I came across Kings Point through a coworker, who highly recommended Mike. I called him and he told me he had a 535 with x drive available. I looked at the car on the website and could not believe the price. When I came down and saw the car and the condition, I was impressed. I did not even drive the car yet and I wanted it. Mike made it happen the same day for me and now I own this fantastic machine. I have made a friend and this is my new dealership for all future cars. These guys are honest, hardworking and sell some nice cars. Forget, Benz & Beemers and the other dealerships. Kings Point is on Point with there cars. I love my car, it rides beautiful and has all the features I wanted. Most importantly, I am paying what I wanted and I am happy. I don t generally write reviews online but felt the need to here, given the EXCEPTIONAL experience I had at Kings Point Auto and working with the owner Mike G (his colleagues Ryan and Sam were also helpful). I was in the market for a BMW 5 Series and had checked out several dealerships prior to coming to Kings Point Auto. Many of those other dealers employed the sales tactics and tricks that I feel give used car salesmen a bad reputation. My experience with Kings Point however, was exceptional. My first impression walking into their showroom and lot was that it was filled with beautiful cars (many BMW s and Mercedes) and they were very fairly priced. I could tell Mike has a good eye for cars and picks his inventory as if he was buying these cars for himself. What really impressed me was that there wasn t any high-pressure sales pitch. Instead he was very informative, easygoing, helpful and patient throughout the process. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous BMW 550 from him. He also was able to get me an excellent finance rate through his lending relationships. He is dedicated to the business and gets it . While others are looking at you as a one-time transaction and a quick buck, Mike looks to build relationships, as he knows a happy customer is a repeat customer and this is probably not the last car you will buy. I imagine any negative reviews may be from those with unrealistic expectations. I found Mike adds value every step of the way and as a result I wouldn t hesitate to refer friends and family to him. Just bought a used car from Mike. Dealing with him was wonderful, he was honest, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. Mike is not your typical "used car salesman", there was no sales pitch at all, and he made us feel very comfortable. Any minor issues with the WRX were taken care of as promised. Very honest and personable. Would definitely return here to buy another car.

First off i want to say, THANK YOU! Mike and Ryan really helped us out in our time of need! We were searching high and low for Ford Raptor with low miles one owner no accidents, close to 4 months to be exact. we found Kings Point Auto in possession of our dream truck. We wasted no time setting up an appointment with RYAN to see, and drive the truck to confirm our interest!. Ryan is one of the best salesmen i have experienced in the many years that i have been buying cars. He does not chew you ear off which is exactly what we needed. I always had a bad experience with mechanics and body shops: they either take too long, don't do a thorough job, or they never keep in the loop about your car's situation. Now, this has all changed with meeting Sam who restored my car to mint condition and walked me through the all process with the insurance and rental car in a very smooth manner. Thank you sir!

Ive bought 2 cars from mike and both times were a pleasure. They are very honest and straight forward and dont give you that whole salesman at a dealership experience. Mike worked to get me the best rate and got me into the car i wanted without any hassle and for less than I expected. They are the place to go for good reliable used cars id highly recommend them!
