If I can give these people more than 5 stars I would. After being to every single other dealer in the area my perspective on the used car market changed. Terry was open and honest from the jump and I truly appreciate everything he did for me. I could write pages about my experience with him and how he cared for me every step of the process. Rafin and Roy and the best in the business. I felt very comfortable doing business with them, feeling secure that this purchase was money well spent. This is my first car and is a big deal for me. Roy and Rafin took their time to find the best deal for me. They walked me through everything and was very patient, they answered every question that I had. They weren t pushy and didn t hide anything. I will be sending friends and family to them because the whole experience for me was good. They know how to conduct good business and I m happy to be their customer. They talk to you very nicely and and willing to work with you. I give them 10 stars. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose them. If you re looking to buy a car from here, don t hesitate! I m very happy with my purchase and I m happy with the way I was treated.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We originally came into look at a car seen on CarGurus. We made an appointment for 10am and we were seen pretty promptly but the general manager which apparently is also the financing person arrived at 1pm. They were very vague about what the out the door price would be. Online the car appeared as $9,995 after putting $2,000 down. But once we saw the paperwork for the final price it was DOUBLE the price of the car. The final price came out to $17,474 which included fees for pre certification ($2,495), vehicle prep ($1,495), destination ($995), and a doc fee ($499). In addition, this was WITHOUT the taxes being included. After talking the rep Terry we agreed that out the door price would be $12,000. Through much discussion we were pretty set that we had agreed on a price with all the fees and taxes involved. Or so we thought. This place will find a way to add additional charges that are completely made up. The pre certification price ($2,495) was for the mechanical side of the car that would need to be repaired, which was only the battery. The vehicle prep ($1,495) was for cosmetics. The inside door was peeling and the backseat had a hole in it. The destination fee ($995) was for bringing the car the NY which has nothing to do with the customer especially if the car has been sitting there for almost 6 months. The doc fee ($499) was for plates and registration but by law in NY maximum has to be $175. We were able to negotiate a price we thought was fair for them and us which out the door was supposed to be $12,000 but then the excuses came in. They weren t able to provide an out the door price, they were unable to provide what the taxes would be and they were unable to provide us with an estimate for financing. Instead first thing they wanted to do was run our credit before discussing if we would pay cash or finance. They also did not offer any flexibility to the final price if we were paying cash but if it was financed then there can be some discounts. Finally, the GM Ali came out from nowhere and approached us in a very aggressive manner and tone. He only introduced himself after my partner asked him who he was. He spoke to us like we were idiots but he was unable to provide us with any information regarding taxes and the out the door price. As a matter of fact he question where I was getting that term from out the door that there s no such thing. When I asked him about the taxes he told me to do the math myself. When I asked him why he was being so aggressive and why he had an attitude he reverted to going back and forth with me when I was simply asking for information about the car and its cost. He s a very nasty individual and I would never do business with such an unprofessional individual. We decided to leave and NEVER go there again. On CarGurus they have a 1.9 rating so that should ve told enough. We didn t realize until we were handed the CARFAX. DO NOT GO TO GREAT NECK MOTORSPORTS. They are not honest people and are very shady.

Greatneck Motorsports has the best inventory in town. I purchased a 2021 BMW X5 a few days ago, I'm super happy with my purchase. Abdul and Antonio really took care of me and they worked with my budget they were very friendly and undertanding. I'm definitely telling all my friends and family to only buy from them.

It has been very stressful weeks looking for a new car and we found this dealer . Cesar the salesman was very kind and without his help this wouldn't have been possible. Thomas the financier also helped us throughout the financing process. Thanks to all the staff who helped us drive out with everything ready. I m coming back after a year of issues with this car. I am NOT from NY and I learned much later on that I should ve never bought a car from there. First and foremost, they put a dirt cheap price tag online to entice you. You get there and there s all these hidden but not really hidden fees. Honestly seem completely made up. But anyway, that s the smaller issue. When I got there the car I wanted to test drive wasn t ready. Keep in mind I m not from NY. The car I wanted to drive had mechanical issues. That should ve been a major red flag but nope I was in dire need of car. I came with the intentions of leaving with a car and I did. A Benz that had BRAKE ISSUES FROM THE BEGINNING, the tire pressure light was on and they claimed it would go off but DIDNT. Now a year later I will have to replace all 4 of my tires. I already had to replace the brakes MONTHS ago. On top of all the electrical issues I ve had with this car. I brought it back to them NUMEROUS times when I first bought it, again NOT FROM NY! They claimed they fixed my list of issues, especially electrical issues, within days. Yeah right. And when I got there they had absolutely no paperwork to show me what was done. I m coming back on here a year later to possibly prevent this from happening to the next. I wish there was more I could do but if you go on the actual site and read the reviews they are alllllll 1 stars that say the exact same thing I m saying. Unfortunately I didn t read them until after I bought the car. They are complete scammers and I should ve known the guy had on a fake chain. Seriously the biggest joke ever. Don t even waste your time. My next step is reporting to the better business bureau. Y all have to be stopped! This is highway robbery! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!!!!

It was a great experience with Sam. Sam is very laid back and relaxed. Sam helped me in my purchases and kept me level headed throughout the process. The financer Thomas explained everything in great detail & gave me a understanding of where my money was going by breaking down all fees. Very satisfied and will be returning when the time comes

I walked in not truly knowing what to expect but hoped to trade in my vehicle and drive off in a reliable upgrade. I originally went to check out another vehicle but fell in love with a few. Bryan they sales guy was friendly off the back and asked me my expectations. After explaining the fees attached with my purchase I wasn't sold on the deal but Bryan and the financial guy worked a number I could agree on and I was able to drive away happy in my 2019 Nissan Altima. I could only hope a made a great purchase with reliable people. I'm happy at the moment. Thanks Again Guys!!!! I'll update in the future and let you guys know if they where indeed 5 star worthy.

Bought a 2015 BMW 535i M-Sport w/ X-Drive from these guys. They agreed to repair the headlight at signing. Weeks later after waiting Kenny bought me a headlight with a scratched lens off ebay, with NO modules! These modules cost me over $1,000 at BMW and Kenny refuses to honor his word. The brake rotors were also warped which I had to spend another $1,000 to fix. One of the rims is also warped, and the air box had leaves in it, so it was never even looked at! Now they are ducking my calls. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY.

At first I was very nervous after looking at the mix of reviews I saw on here, but as a first-time car buyer, I am very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at Great Neck Motorsports.I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5 and after searching high and low across the Tri-State area, this dealership had the best price for the year and model I wanted (2018 Touring).I was first greeted by Tanika who is the receptionist and was very kind, pleasant and sweet. I was able to take the car test for a test drive in the area and immediately fell in love (it's a huge upgrade from the 2002 Acura I once owned).Once I got back to the office, Jonathan crunched the numbers for me and told me what my best options were. I ended up having to put down $2500, not the $1995 to give myself the best monthly payment possible.Though the interest rate for the loan I ended up getting approved for was high, they reassured me I can refinance in a few months as I build my credit history to get that rate down.After that point, I worked with Sam who was extremely pleasant and patient with me and walked me through getting my insurance updated with GEICO on the phone -- I got a very good rate for my vehicle.Lastly I sat with Thomas (the owner of the company) and signed all the proper paperwork. He walked me through my payment schedule and all of the other paperwork. He was also very pleasant and answered all of my questions.In regard to post service, I have read mixed reviews of people not being able to get back in touch with their service rep. I have a few minor things that still need to get serviced on my car (couple of paint chips and my tire pressure light), but I was able to get in touch my sales rep Jonathan no problem and have been reassured that my issues/concerns will be taken care of.My advice to others is that you have to listen to what your sales rep tells you. You don't go to the dealer first, you need to talk to whoever your service rep is, let them know what is going on, and they will get in contact with the right dealer and explain the situation you have. They act as the middleman so that you get the service you need without all the extra hassle.Overall I was treated very well; If anything changes I will make an update to this review, but I am really, really enjoying my car and encourage anyone else to give them a shot. No complaints thus far!

Went there looking for a trade in, didn t work out BUT I received excellent service from John. He was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable. They also had an amazing inventory, prices aside I liked every single car on their lot. I highly recommend coming here if you re looking for a used luxury car, and I highly recommend requesting John if you re serious about leaving in your next car.
