Please stay away! Leana is highly unprofessional! Their management team is HORRIBLE! I can complain for days about this service department! Also, I was picked up in another customer s vehicle. Don t leave items in your vehicle! They order wrong parts and keep your vehicle without communication!

I was trying to reach someone and the call was being forwarded to this business. A man answered and was beyond rude. Screaming and yelling at me asking me if I want a price. He was obnoxious and disrespectful. As a business, you should have some etiquette and some manners! Be careful who you speak to like that because there is something called ONLINE REVIEWS and I will go online and let everyone know how poor your service is. I clearly tried to explain to you that someone is forwarding calls to your business and instead you yelled at me and refused to listen and deliberately hung up the phone on me. I should report you to the BBB! Horrible customer service!

Most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. The tech's and the service manager yelling at the top of their lungs when customers are in their presents. Would not recommend this shop to a friend or foe. PS THIS SHOP CAN USE A BETTER SERVICE MANAGER AND MORE PROFESSIONAL TECHS.

Beware of this dealership they will sell u a car with problems mines was a sunroof that didn t work motor was done on a bmw that there service knew it could not fix then sold me a useless 3,250 warranty DOWC beware they are crooks to. My learning lesson just trying to help other s from making the same mistake.

I've been dealing with this shop since 2011. Their work is GREAT! I live in Staten Island NY and I will take my cars all the way out there for ANY repair service.
