Donnie does the best bodywork. The professionals are honest and keep you informed of the progress of the repair. The office staff are courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this repair shop. Victor was my rep and did an amazing job through the entire process. My car looks brand new and was returned sparkling clean, inside and out.

Don Joe did a wonderful job. The customer experience was fantastic. They had my rental car waiting upon drop off, kept me updated every step of the way, fixed my car for early pickup and thoroughly cleaned the interior. I am so happy with their work and would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! My car looks better now then when I purchased it. Victor is the best!! Absolutely the best asset to this company he goes way beyond for his customers. So happy with everything!! Everyone did such an amazing job and was very professional and courteous through out the whole process!

From start to finish I had a great experience with Don Joe Auto Body. I brought in my Tesla Model 3 in after someone hit it while it was parked. Throughout the process I was kept informed by Laura. They completed the repairs on time and I was able to leave my rental on site. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

A lady turned into me when she had a left turn only lane. She said she heard me and saw me but still continued on. All 4 of my left side panels were scratched/dented. Lady even lawyered up and lost instantly since my cameras showed everything. It wasn t too bad but I definitely wanted to get it fixed since I only had the car for 6 months.They are geico and Tesla certified which is amazing. Car drop off, quote and rental.They even caught a scratch under my mirror that I didn t notice. Everything came out looking like it didn t even happen. They even cleaned and detailed my car on the house. Victor even gave me a phone number to call for a small dent that my brother gave me.Victor and the whole shop are very professional and easy to communicate with.10/10 would recommend this place. I ve already told a few of my co workers.

Excellent service performed in a timely manner. I have now taken two different vehicles here and I'm very happy with both the work done and the professional attitude and help from Victor.- Adding to this because I can't start a new review. Aiden, Laura and Emily are always a pleasure to work with. The team kept me informed of the different scenarios and potential work necessary in each case. They kept me aware of the remaining work throughout the entire repair process and completed the work just in time for the holidays. The support and reassurance from the team goes above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend and go back to this team for any future repair needs.

I am very satisfied with Don Joe Auto Body Shop for the excellent repair job on my vehicle. They are professional, kind and easy to communicate with. Laura at the front desk is so kind and sweet. Aidan went over the damages and explained to me the repair process. He was polite and knowleageable.The repair process was easy, Aidan provided me with updates in every step.They even cleaned and detailed my vehicle for free.I could not ask for a better experience.I would recommend Don Joe Auto Body Shop to anyone, you will find a professional and honest team.

I got a scuff on my Tesla Y while it was in park from a driver who backed in to a parking spot. She never responded to my calls or text or even her own insurance. The damage was too small for me to take this to court, but bad enough where I wanted to get it fixed.Victor and the entire team at Don Joe were very helpful and understanding, and they gave me two prices - one for an entire paint job on the the front bumper and one to try and buff out and polish. A competitor down the street didn t even give me the cheaper option!In the end, they buffed out and polished the scratch as if it was never there - And the wanted to give me this service on the house! I can t imagine getting this great customer service at any other shop and they now got a customer for life. They are also a customer local business and I ll also tell my family and friends about them too!I ve pasted there before and after to show how great of a job they did!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Great and efficient! Emily was SO helpful and extremely good at providing guidance, updates and comfort during a very stressful time with the car! She was so helpful and professional and handled everything like a champ. I did not have to worry about a thing. The car also came back looking great! I would go to Don Joe again.

Don Joe did an excellent job repairing my Tesla bumper and fender. The car was returned to me looking brand new and absolutely spotless, as they went above and beyond to deep-clean the interior as well as the exterior. From start to finish the process was seamless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. They helped me navigate the whole process with insurance, got me set up with a rental while my car was in their shop, and provided me with updates every step of the way to repair completion. I could not have asked for a better experience. This is a high quality Tesla-certified repair shop with an exceptional caliber of service. I had a fantastic experience with Don Joe Auto Body shop! They did an outstanding job fixing my car, making it look as good as new. Although there was a slight delay in waiting for parts, they kept me informed every step of the way with constant updates. When I finally received my car, it was not only clean but also had that fresh-from-the-showroom appearance. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend them to others!

Great first time experience with this shop. They are a Geico Xpress shop, which worked out conveniently for me, car drop-off, quote, and rental. Amazing work, paint and finish. My car was keyed by someone around my way that decided to vandalize a few cars including mine, from passenger side front bumper , front fender l, & all the way to the rear quarter panel. Work was prestige and not like some shops that have your paint dull-out. Jay showed Great customer service and communication throughout the repair. Everything that was said to be damaged or needed replacement was done and repaired to a fault. Thank you again for an amazing experience, will come back shortly for other fixes.Service: Painting

I was really pleased with the service I received from Don Joe Auto Body. I had been in an accident and my insurance company sent me here for the damage assessment. The staff was not friendly and professional but really knew the process. I would definitely bring my car back here if I had the option.

Don Joe Auto Body Is one of the best experiences that I ever had at an Autobody shop EVER! First and foremost Don Joe is a family run business since 1950. The feeling of a family owned business is what the owner Chris and ALL his employees offer there customers. Don Joe has the best customer service that a bodyshop has to offer PERIOD! Not to mention the quality of work to match! Very Quick and efficient! They are Tesla Certified Shop as well as a GIECO Auto repair certified shop.Don Joe is also a USAA STARS Certified Shop as well. They take all major insurances and Do Direct Insurance Claims.They serviced all the cars for my and my family!!!The Don Joe Shop is super Immaculate and offers coffee and water for waiting customers.They are Aluminum Trained and Authorized, They provide ENTERPRISE Rentals On Site. and ALL WORK IS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE!!! Which is very rare that a shop offers this but they are very confident in there work.From a Chrysler to a Tesla they do it all!! They are not to far from Queens like a 15 min ride down Northern blvd or not to far from the LIE.

These guys are great. Our car was rear ended, with damage to the passenger rear quarter panel and bumper. It took a few weeks for parts to arrive but they've been great since taking the car, giving us regular text updates and the entire staff is super courteous. Nice to know we have a reliable and easy to work with auto body shop nearby.

Emily was knowledgeable and kind. Kept us updated the entire process. Work done was perfect. The car came back so clean, it almost looked brand new. Don Joe Auto provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They worked with the rental company to ensure I had transportation set up when I dropped my car off for repair They did an amazing job repairing the damages on my vehicle and matching the paint. My car is perfectly realigned. They kept me updated on the entire process. The secretaries gave me oatmeal raisen cookies while I was waiting. They are very sweet here. My Tesla Model 3 was hit during a blizzard, substantial rear quarter panel and door damage. Anyone who knows about Teslas knows that getting them fixed can be a long process, thanks to the nature of the cars and parts availability.Geico asked me to use one of their express repair shops, Don Joe Auto Body in Great Neck NY. Not knowing where else to go, I agreed and brought my car in. I was met by a very friendly fellow named Victor, who took excellent care of my car and all of my concerns. He moved mountains to get parts quickly, and was always on top of communicating with me and assuring me that the car was being handled properly (battery being tended during the disconnect period, etc).Despite the fact that I am not the most easy going of customers, Victor was patient the entire way thru. I recommend this shop with no hesitation whatsoever. I hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do, I'll be going back to this one for sure.

Crashed my Tesla and within four weeks my car was like new, seriously nothing I could even try to complain about. Not only was the work absolutely perfect, but they kept in great communication with all updates. They were able to take care of everything needed with insurance to insure the whole process was smooth sailing. They even detailed the car. Would 10/10 recommend!!!!!!!

I had gotten into a pretty major accident, and was looking on Tesla for a Body Shop when I stumbled upon Don Joe Auto Body.Don Joe worked closely with me in order to get the parts needed for the job, all while minimizing the time I had to be away from my Model 3. Victor was an excellent person to work with, let alone the vibe given off by their entire staff showing how they put the customer first.I got my car back in a timely manner. It feels as if it never had any accident, and looks better than when I picked it up at the Tesla Showroom on Day 1.A+

Don Joe s recently performed body work on my Tesla model 3 after a collision. The staff was very professional and went above and beyond for me!
