My salesperson was Joanna. When I say my experience was great I mean it. Very kind, polite staff. The manager Denny was friendly, helpful and made sure I was satisfied. I left with the car I wanted the same day!! Whole process went smooth and even locked me in at such a good rate. Thank you again!! I highly recommend this dealership.

From the moment I walked in without an appointment and was instantly greeted and paired with my sales rep Joana, I knew I had come to the right place to make my car purchase. Joana and her team were friendly knowledgeable and patient and with me as she explained my options and gave me solutions to help me make an informed decision on my car purchase. Do not ever go to this place, you spend your money, the car isn t the price listed at all, they charge about $4,000 for service fee. Then when it comes to getting your information to register your car they stall you and have you waiting forever, currently waiting on them to fax over information to the bank so i can retrieve title & registration. Ive been waiting 3 weeks now, every time i call, there is another poor excuse & more stalling, my car has impounded at the police station for a month now, im not sure what kind of deal i got, but its not a good one, currently 3 weeks with no car, already made payments. Now when i call no one picks up

I got a great car and Tasha was helpful and a very friendly salesperson, but the car did go up in price crazy. The pricing on site is not clear. Also there were definitely dealer fees and other fees even though they didn't say there were over the phone. Expect to pay more than you think but you'll probably get a good car.

Extremely unprofessional. I was looking to buy their 2022 tesla model 3 that they have advertised for $24,590 on car gurus. I spoke to Kenny, one of their sales reps, and he informed me that that is indeed the price of the vehicle plus taxes, plates, reg, and $175 doc fee. I said great, send me over the proposal so I can see the out-the-door price. He said I'd have the proposal by 3pm (call was at 11:30am) and did not receive anything. I called back at 5pm to ask for it again and I got it back about another 30 minutes later. I requested for Kenny to give me a call back once he was done with the customer to discuss the $6k UPCHARGE IN PRICE compared to what we discussed. I was told he'd give me a call back... long behold, NO CALL BACK. I then followed up with them at 11:30am since I was still not called back and was told Kenny was busy but he'd call me back as soon as he was done with the customer. 2pm rolls around and still no call back. I requested another sales person and she says "well the price advertised on car gurus includes a 25% down payment" (which is not disclosed anywhere on their car-gurus advertisement). This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic along with false advertising. This type of sales tactic will be getting escalated through the BBB, along with the NY Department of Consumer and Worker Affairs for them further investigate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR OTHERS ALIKE when they use these forms of what I believe are illegal sales tactics. If you're a sales manager or general manger reading this, I strongly recommend you properly train your employees on customer service and how getting back to leads when you say you will is vital to ensuring a successful business (coming from a sales person). As a result of the recurring issues mentioned above, not only will I be filing the above-mentioned complaints for your dealership to be investigated, but I'll also be buying a like Tesla today from a different dealership that is transparent and was only $1,500 more than your listed price on car gurus. Id rather pay more to honest businesses than less to, for lack of a better word... crooks. Good job on losing a customer that was ready to pay the advertised price TODAY!

HORRIBLE place. Just want your money. Whoever the receptionists asked me what I was calling for which is to cancel a warranty, she said "hold on", apparently transferred me and no one pick up and had to leave a message. Tried multiple times again at my 4th call (had to call as an unknown number) the receptionists picked up again and I told her the call got disconnected, and transferred me again, and AGAIN I was not able to speak to anyone. I called a total of FIFTH-TEEN (15) times and I got transferred TWICE, one time picked up and as soon as I said "hello?" hung up the phone and the other times straight to voicemail and was not able to talk to anyone. Ridiculous. Will have to drive to their office and talk to them in person.

The lady I spoke with on the phone had the audacity to tell me cash price would be 15% higher than financing for a used car. That's all you need to know about this place. They want to pull your credit, offer you that nice 10% interest rate and shove dealer fees up your behind. But not today!

I am searching for a good car. Ended up with two lemons and spend 20k for each one in cash. Scary part is reading these comments under this dealership. I need answers from someone who is honest and I want to know about their real experience because the click and bait don t work on a person like me. I have 20k in cash and I want a car now. I DONOT want fake advertised car listing prices. I want the real price and again if I m dropping 100% there should not be any other crazy amounts added. So are the prices for the cars really as listed is my big question? Someone answer me. I own a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer fully paid for. But I am looking for a just to get around in NYC vehicle with low miles a little under 20k-50k no accidents! No bad engine or transmission issues and no head gasket leaks.

deceivers on the phone. The atmosphere in the salon is annoying. The music is screaming loudly throughout the entire salon. On the phone they said that you can buy a car from them for cash. On the spot they said that you cannot buy from them for cash. I do not recommend.

Ultimate bait and switch. HORRIBLE at calling back. Didn t want to return my deposit. Put me on hold, hung up, played ring around the rosie trying to dodge my calls. One time they picked up but no one answered, as soon as I said hello? They immediately hung up. Ridiculous. List prices are 5-10k less than the actual price. Also told me that buying the car outright would cost around 15% more than financing. Dealership is just looking to rip your credit and give you a super high interest rate. Pure money grabbing scheme.List price was 16k for a car, when I asked the full price to buy the vehicle outright however they told me it was 24k. The 16k price was assuming you made a 25% down payment. The car went from perfectly in budget to way over budget. The sales reps were also very against me buying outright. They were incessantly pressuring me to finance the car. Once I told them I would only buy outright, they became less helpful and interested in selling me that car. That s also when I started having difficulty getting in contact with my sales rep and several times my calls back went unanswered. I would NOT recommend this dealership.

Dont let them run your credit until they tell you all their little hidden scammer fees. Anyway they can not tell you the actual price your financing they are going to do it.

First mistake I made was coming to NY to try and find a good deal.This place is a complete waste of time. All their other reviews pretty much sum up my experience. Manager admitted that they lie about the price to attract customers. Advertised price is 25% less than the actual price. Also, they don't know how to do math and tried to convince me that 25% of 12,800 is $7,000 and that the total price is 19,800 including 2,000 more in fees. Not very smart people and not good at the sheisty/mobster vibe they're going for. A car that I walked into the dealership expecting to spend 13,000 on somehow would have cost me $22,000 if I was silly enough to give these scammers my money.For the simple fact that they try to pull a fast one on their customers, I will not be proceeding with purchasing.

Bait-and switch));They should let people know upfront that the prices advertised aren t real deal. THE Prices in most cars will jump to $6000 or more, and not including taxes, Very nice clean cars aside from that. Salesman are nice and polite.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I must say that the overall process left me feeling a bit dissatisfied, especially toward the final stages. Unfortunately, my representative, Joana, did not contribute to a pleasant experience, making me wish I had taken more time to consider my decision before finalizing the purchase.The latter part of the process felt rushed, and after signing the paperwork, it seemed as though my concerns became secondary. Joana's approach did not align with the level of customer service I expected, leaving me somewhat disappointed with the overall experience. In hindsight, I would strongly recommend exploring other car dealerships that prioritize a more customer-centric approach.Furthermore, the post-purchase service was noticeably sluggish, making me feel like "chopped liver" as I awaited any assistance or resolution to my concerns. Purchased a car in Valley Stream with a warranty a few years ago. The vehicle now has a mechanical issue that should be covered under the warranty but the warranty was never processed and with multiple calls over the past few days to Certified Luxury Motors, I keep hearing they will get back to me, they are waiting to hear back from the main office, there is no main office, this location was not opened when you bought your car, etc. I spoke to a manager who said his name was Howard, but when I call back no one knows anyone named Howard. I paid thousands for the warranty and either want the warranty to be activated for use or a refund for the amount paid towards it. I think this is fair. Until now, I had no issue with this company. Now I will not go back and I would never refer a friend or family member.
