I like their service. Today I went there I was told that my brakes had a 2-year warranty from an advisor named Julio. He also told me that I got BMW brakes and calipers. Today I was told there are no warranty on brakes. Also they put manufactured brakes on my car. I'm pissed off about this. They charge me almost 1000 dollars to do my breaks and put manufactured brakes on my car. He lied. Be careful and make sure you get the parts you paid for. They chard $667 for labor to do breaks. This will be the last time I go here. Auto Zone has a life time warranty on breaks damn sure enough not almost $1000.

My mom had an issue with her car. The mechanic only took 24 hours to fix my mom's car and paid for our uber home and my mom's ride back to the dealership! They have menus so you can order food, have vending machines, and even have a coffee and tea kiosk station. A very professional and courteous business. My mom says this location is very honest where some pretend that there is an issue with the car to get money. Some dealerships are shady, but this business is not!

While my car was with them, they broke the rear windshield but they put the cost of replacement on my bill. I am now seeking the help of CITI CARDS to dispute the charge.

Went here to buy some oil and the customer service was horrible. Had me standing around for like 25 minutes because there was only one person handling customers even though several workers were behind the counter.

"There is major problem with corporate office of BMW".As most of their dealership doesn't offer loaner car any more,have disgraceful service,and prices are outrageous, etc....When complaints was made to corporate office they said our dealers are independently own!!!.What a reckless respond."After all don't wonder why their car lost so much value in market and having bad reputation".

I went there to get a lug nut key for my car. Came home that same day and tried to remove the locking lug nut. It snapped inside of the lug nut and when I went back to ask for a replacement, they said that they wouldn t take it back and that I could either buy another one or I could pay them to remove it for me. Faulty product. And I was ripped off. Terrible experience. Never going back.
