5 stars is not enough for this place!!! This dealership is amazing. They go above and beyond to meet expectations and get you the best deals. I have to really shout out Benny and Frank. Very kind from the beginning and patient as well. They worked on my deal and got me the best deal possible. They were always in constant communication with me, letting me know what was needed and what the next steps were. If you are looking to get a new car, please take Ford Biener into consideration because they will not let you down at all. Thank you Benny and Frank again!

I found a truck on their website that was exactly what I was looking for. Contacted sales and we came to an agreement on price and all seemed good. I am from Maine and I had no problem driving 5 hours to pick it up. I get there and there is a hole in the front fender!! This was never disclosed to me as a hole in a brand new truck is unacceptable. They tried to tell me I can have it fixed close to my home but I would have to arrange everything and pay up front. I have worked in car sales and service at a high line dealership and I am blown away with the lack of transparency on their part. I will not mention names as I do feel the sales rep was remorseful and he was working with the tools he was given and I can t fault him for that.Overall the worst car buying experience ever. My advice, if you are desperate enough to buy a ford, don t take the stock pictures as proof of no damage.

I recently purchased a Mustang Mach-E EV from Biener Ford and had an exceptional experience. The team ensured I got the best deal possible, making the transaction hassle-free and quick. They even included all-weather mats and wheel locks for free, and I was in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours with my new car. The customer service was top-notch, and I highly recommend them. Sales Manager Benny and my representative Jermey were both fantastic Benny was straightforward and attentive to my needs, while Jermey went above and beyond, providing excellent remote service. My experience was so awesome that I went back a couple of days later and purchased a second one! A definite A++ experience, and I'll be exclusively buying Fords from them in the future!

After Tower Ford closed, I brought my vehicle to Biener for service, and I have been very satisfied. Now, I tried Biener for sales, and I am delighted. My salesperson Andre Vega was courteous, accommodating, and trustworthy. The finance person Benny was efficient and no nonsense. For me, the sales experience at Biener was excellent.

I never leave reviews for anywhere I go but I felt like I had to for this location, this is going to be a long one but I hope someone reads itFirst off the service advisor, I think his name is Steve, is awesome, nicest guy there, Jennifer is also great! The rest of the staff really just don t careThe service department here is a complete joke, I got told the part came in for my car so I made an appointment a few weeks in advance, when I dropped my car off they said it should be done by tomorrow so I rented a car for a couple of days as my warranty covered 5 days rental, 3 days go by with no call, so I call up only to be told that my car is still in the parking lot and hasn t even been touched and that it would be ready the following week! This happens almost every time I bring my car here, their excuse is ALWAYS the same oh 3 of my guys called out, I only have 1 guy today, we re backed up because some of my guys didn t show up today I get that there are other cars ahead of mine but waiting over a week for something that takes no more than a day to do is not right, I told them I was coming to pick up my car and that I would bring it back another time, meanwhile I had just wasted a few hundred dollars on a rental car for no reason which I m not going to get back, so I made yet another appointment to get it fixed because they couldn t send the part to another dealership, I told them when I dropped it off if they could also check a knock coming from the engine, 5 days later they call and say it was the AC compressor and that they had to order the part and that would take another 3 days, they tell me the car is ready a week later, I picked up the car and to my surprise I could hear the same noise coming from the engine, I m not even going to waste my time bringing it back, I ll be going to another dealership

We have a company vehicle that has been at BIENER FORD 3+ weeks. The service girl said it would be ready a week ago. Still not ready. Calls to them and they never return calls. I will never use this "business" again. The worst dealership! Do they understand that word spreads quickly when customers are unhappy? Read other unhappy Biener reviews.

Very pleased with service.... no hassle... no run around.... everything was as easy as 123.... Jennifer in the service department gave exceptional customer service and was very professional she definitely knows her job and how to keep the customer happy.... I also had the pleasure of meeting a very well mannered service technician/driver named Brian who dropped me off to my location after I dropped off my truck for service... and he also dropped off my truck to me when it was finished being service.... which was definitely very convenient for me.... overall I just want to say that this was the best experience that I've ever had at Biener Ford... I also had the please of meeting others while there.... but Brian and Jennifer definitely made this experience a very pleasant one.... Thanks again

Very unprofessional. Called and was put on hold multiple times, only to be told they d have to call me back about my vehicle that has been sitting there for over 24 hours. Unresponsive, no urgency and rude. We use our van for business so without it for over a day means no business ventures and the fact that they didn t even have an answer on what needs to be fixed or services after a whole day is unacceptable. Be better. Answer your clients and provide better customer service.

I very rarely write reviews, but Biener Ford surely does deserve it. I don't even know where to beginning. All I can say is WOW!! From the first phone call to signing the deal. Ben, Danny and Ken applaud yourselves, people like yourselves are hard to come by these days. The amount of patience, respect, professionalism and manners these men had were outstanding. Easy to talk to, never felt rushed or pressured into anything. They worked within my means and got me the best deal out there ( I did my homework beforehand). As long as I own a Ford, this will be my dealer. They will be referred to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. Happy to be part of the Biener Ford family with my new vehicle. I honestly left feeling like they were family. You guys rock!!!

There was a huge miscommunication within the service department. I brought my car in on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Due to the miss in communication, I was not able to get it until Monday morning. When I came into the service department on Monday, I had a conversation with the manager, Brett Harley. He LISTENED!And then he "made it right". With a smile.Lovely gentleman and rectified an unfortunate situation.Thank you, Brett!!!!

I picked up a hard to find model of a vehicle I ve been searching for and the process was incredible easy even as an out of state buyer. My salesman Frank was not only responsive, but professional, timely, and literally got me in and out of the dealer in under 30 minutes. All paperwork was prepared and he had me out of there so quickly I couldn't believe it. I was in a rush making a 7hr round trip drive to pick up this truck, and Frank went above and beyond to show that he was understanding of my time frame, and made the deal happen quickly.Still blown away at how smooth the transaction was. I wished I lived closer so I could go there more regularly!

Although the service on my car was done properly and in a timely manner, they took 30,000 of my rewards points without my permission. I was COMPLETELY COVERED for the work that was done on my car! And when I contacted them about it they ignored my calls and customer service calls.Service is good but watch out and keep an eye on your Ford rewards points.

Remarkable Service at Biener Ford - If You Enjoy Disappointment and Damage ( 2017 F-150 Raptor )I recently had the 'pleasure' of experiencing the services at Biener Ford, Great Neck, facilitated by their service advisor, Chris Urena. Allow me to share my, dare I say, 'unique' journey with them:1. **AC Smell**: My first simple request was to address the offensive smell coming from the AC. But, it seems I was asking for too much because the odor now adds a distinctive 'character' to my truck.2. **Steering Wheel Buttons**: I reported malfunctioning buttons on my steering wheel - a total of 22 buttons, with some not working. Chris greeted my concerns with a smirk, insinuating that a detailed report on which specific buttons were faulty would have been more helpful. A minor oversight on my part, obviously!3. **Alarm Issues**: During hot days, my truck's alarm had a tendency to go off spontaneously. They assured me this was fixed, but the real test lies ahead on the next hot day since today's cooler weather hasn't allowed for a proper assessment. I remain cautiously optimistic, if not slightly skeptical.4. **Damaged Roof Switch Trim**: In the midst of their 'meticulous' service, they managed to add a personal touch by cracking my roof switch trim. Oh, how I regret not clearly stating that I preferred my trim without any fresh cracks a true oversight on my part, wouldn't you agree?5. **Unfulfilled Promises**: To top off this splendid experience, the promises of rectifying the damages remain merely promises. Their dedication to not fulfilling their word is truly a sight to behold! To sum it up, if you are looking for a place where disappointment meets vehicle damage, Biener Ford in Great Neck under the guidance of Chris Urena is your go-to destination. I highly recommend them for a lesson in how not to provide customer service and vehicle care.9/28/23 updateDear Biener Ford of Great Neck and the Incomparable Mr. Chris Urena,I hope this message finds you in the same delightful spirit in which you've left my 2017 F-150 Raptor. It's been a fortnight since our last enchanting encounter, and I thought it might be the right time to brush up on some mathematics. You see, I was under the peculiar impression that three days equaled, well, three days. However, you've enlightened me to the fact that in the mystical realm of Biener Ford, three days could very well mean three weeks, or perhaps three light years? The anticipation is positively thrilling.I've dialed your number with bated breath, eager to hear updates on those elusive parts that were just a mere "3 days" away. But alas, the silence on your end has been more profound than a mime at a silent retreat. Truly commendable!I genuinely look forward to more of these suspense-filled interactions. Who knows, by the time we next converse, my AC might develop a new fragrance, or perhaps the steering wheel buttons will evolve to Morse code? The possibilities are endless with your unparalleled expertise.Do stay in touch, preferably in less than another three weeks, days, or light years. The excitement is simply unbearable!Warmest regards (and dripping with sarcasm).

I need to share my boss's recent experience in purchasing a new car, an experience that unfortunately has been disappointing and troubling. He is a user who has been going through the same process with his car (Ford-Linconl) for over 15 years. This last time, he relied on professionalism and efficiency to facilitate the process of changing his car, however, the experience has been anything but satisfactory. When looking for a new vehicle and after providing all the information necessary to receive a suitable offer, he selected a model and proceeded to close the contract. However, since then, he has encountered numerous problems, including unclear points, technical problems with the new car's brakes, etc.As a loyal customer, this experience has left him dissatisfied and concerned about the integrity of the transaction process at this dealership. Both the manager and the branch employees never gave him an answer or proper attention. He does not expect anything more from this business.

Do not go here. They do not care about customers.Called 3 different times to service my car. Receptionist was rude from the start, and was uninterested in helping me. Told me there are no times available for service (I didn't even ask for a date/time yet) and that they would call back. Each time they did not call.Plenty of other businesses in the area that are happy to work with you, go to one of them and skip over Biener.

Once you buy the vehicle they will not call you back! The service department is never available to take a call and messages go unanswered no matter how many times you call. After reading the reviews I am concerned about them touching my car. I don't know how they stay in business.

Terrible Service Department. The last (3) times i dropped my truck off, they have never completed the work in one day - they don't even get to my truck on the day the schedule my appointment. I drop it off, they call me at noon and say its schedule for the following day without any hesitation. it makes zero sense to me that we should my truck weeks in advance, then the day i drop it off - nobody tells me anything throughout the day and then i have to call an ask for a status update just for them to me its schedule for the next day. Why don't they just schedule me for the following day to begin with? i have had to take Ubers to and from this place or work, at my own expense because of this issuei call the service office and hardly get a call back or someone to talk to. i have to call multiple times every time to get a response.i'll never use this service department ever again as they will never complete your car in a timely fashion or have the courtesy to call you.its sad because its a convenient location for the North Shore and they cant get this act together to service customers correctly.

Old fashioned style, everyone there is truly a gentleman. Starting from Simon in sales, then Benny in finance and Isaac the manager.Plus Chris in service. Hands-down you can t find a better dealership / experience than that.

This dealership does not care about its consumers. The service department has had my husbands work truck for just about two years. The truck and been sitting a rotting away. When we call and ask what is going on and an estimated date of truck will be done we get the run around. The old it s on the life now gimmick. We have been up to date on all payments and pay top dollar for insurance for a vehicle that is in operable. Ford does not seem to care. I understand their are delays and unforeseen circumstances, but after two years there needs to be a resolution. There is not one.Do yourself a favor and find another ford dealership. If their business was like this for two years before an impending UAW strike who knows what it s going to be like in the coming days, months etc. You may be paying for a vehicle that sits in a service shop for months on end.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The one salesman that we dealt at the showroom wasn t personable at all. He didn t communicate well and he was nasty at the end. I bought a mustang at a different dealer.

I recently went in for service here and Honestly they treated my 2020 Explorer as if they were prepping it for the showroom. The attention to detail when taking my car in, and even handing it back showed the amount of respect this dealership shows for me as the client and towards my car as their product. I would never take my car to another dealership for service because the team here really does value my family as the client. It really does show and I couldn't recommend them more. The only thing that could make it just a little bit sweeter is if they offered free car washes with every service although realistically its not something I expect from most brands and it's not a deal breaker we love our Explorer. We did our homework and the Explorer was the one that offered the most in it's category all around couldn't be happier with it.

Cant speak for the sales but service department is way below any acceptable standards. Dropped off my car a week ago for what was suppose to be a couple of days job turned to over a week. No communications and explanation for delays. Every time you call they are to busy to talk. When dropped the car off, the car wasn't handled respectfully and one of the mechanics peeled out of parking lot to go to unknown location. Chris Urena seems always be lost and confused. Our lost advisor, just stood there with his mouth open when questioned. Horrible experience.

I visited Biener Ford's service department on multiple occasions to fix a persistent 'check engine' light most likely attributable to a leak in the evaporative emission control system. Over the course of three separate visits (30+ days in the shop), resulting in nearly $7,000 in maintenance fees and repairs, they failed to make the necessary adjustments. On each occasion, the 'check engine' light returned within minutes after leaving the dealership. I cannot believe the service department would charge someone that amount of money and be comfortable with not addressing the issue. The service advisor, Chris Urena, responded to my concerns with very little compassion; he was dismissive of my frustration regarding the financial investment into this issue. Good luck even mentioning to their staff that you're a first responder. I still drive to work everyday with the same 'check engine' light still on. The service manager, Louis Del Balzo, made several guarantees orally, and in writing, that the issue would not recur; it was troubling to learn that this was a lie. I tried contacting the General Manager on multiple occasions, even going through Ford's Customer Care Center and Dealership Team, but all attempts have failed. Until this issue is addressed, I will continue to make complaints and dissuade others from servicing their vehicle here.Update: On April 1, 2022, I visited the dealership to complain about the service department and their lack of communication during the repair process. The General Manager, Richard Pizzo, was unavailable yet again. Chris actually refused to service my vehicle, indicating that the warning light was due to a faulty computer that Ford no longer manufactures. How convenient for them! The last item to repair was just out of their reach. Well, at least they got their money.I surely hope they don t bankrupt another person. I will consider posting this on social media platforms to ensure this doesn t happen again. People should know that their complaints will be ignored.

Every person at this dealership and service center is amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I must mention MJ in particular from the service center. There are no perfect words to explain how helpful and caring she is, she answers the phone at the service center. She goes above and beyond to help with everything and anything it is so rare to find people like her these days. MJ, thank you for always being so kind and for helping me, it's so appreciated. Also, thank you to everyone at this center, I'm so thrilled and lucky to have brought my car from here and get it taken care of here as well. I've been to too many dealerships where the sales people are great but service is horrible. Not here, this is the place to go 100%
