Saw advertised a very nice used Dodge Charger, but did not have time in my schedule to drive nearly 3 hours from my home in Massachusetts to the dealer. Vern agreed to have the car driven out to me for a very small deposit. The car was delivered as advertised and evidently had a very thorough work over. Even the tires were inflated to precisely the recommended pressure. Smooth deal, and both my Massachusetts auto insurance company and the Massachusetts registry of motor vehicles commented specifically how well the paperwork was organized. Great job, Vern and company. Even though they are some distance away, I would definitely consider them next time I m in the market for a vehicle.

Bought this 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Zappone a few months ago. I had a great experience through and through. Vern the salesman was very professional, while not being pushy at all. Again, the business manager showed me options for extended warranties, but wasn't pushy at all.About 3,000 miles after I bought the car, the engine started to shake. I took it in for service and it took 2 tries but the service department figured it out and repaired the problem.I want to give a special mention of Matt Zappone, the owner... he agreed to have the car professionally detailed before I bought it. He also gave me a loaner car. twice. Additionally, he helped me with a DMV issue and a bank issue. neither of which were the dealerships fault.I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a new or used Jeep!

Great folks to do business with very helpful and knowledgeable people. The GM Mike was very nice and set me up with Salesman Justin who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Friendly, no pressure atmosphere, with staff equipped to help and answer any questions. Certainly will be doing business here in the future.

Awesome experience 12/2023 trading in my RAM truck for a used (Certified) RAM truck. From numbers, to handling all the registration, insurance, etc. to delivering the vehicle it was easy and pleasant as can be. Verne was awesome. Answered every question I had and followed up. Very very pleased all around. Highly recommend! Five Stars ++

Had a fantastic experience buying my Jeep from Zappone. Ben was referred to me by a good friend. When I called him he great to work with. I immediately felt so comfortable! I told him what I wanted, I wanted a white Jeep Wrangler. They had one and the process was so easy, no hassle and I didn t feel pressured with anything. Ben took care of it all. He was so friendly, honest, respectful and compassionate. He made the entire experience a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. I live a little over an hour away the next day Ben delivered my Jeep to me at my house! Ben and the entire staff, manager were exceptional. There isn t enough positive adjectives to describe everyone I spoke with, especially Ben. I will lease or buy all my cars from Zappone. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you're in the market to buy or lease any car. Ask for Ben!! I will refer many of my friends to Zappone. I love my Jeep Wrangler!!

While taking my heap to the dealer is a bit pricier than the local garage, we get what we pay for. My Renegade has been plagued with problems since I bought it from a different dealer wish I went to Zappone from the beginning. The staff have been friendly and helpful, and able to deal with the many issues the jeep has had much more readily than other garages (jiffy lube won t even service Renegades). Thanks again and I m sure I ll see you soon!

We purchased at Zappone Motors and were the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, Justin was our salesman and was excellent to deal with, he gave us a tour of the Dealership showing us where to enter for service and everything.The staff (Justin,Chris,Tyler) were very pleasant to deal with and if you like a personable atmosphere and low pressure Zappone Motors is the place to go!!Thank you againJon

Everyone was very nice in the Granville Service Department! I did not have to wait very long for my oil change and tire rotation to be completed. Love the new, very comfortable chairs in the waiting room!

The service manager Ted hoag went above and beyond . He kept me posted with the status of my jeep while being there for 2.5 hours . I drove hour and 10 mins away to go to the org place that sold me my warranty as per Clifton park and Saratoga wouldn t help me . I think the drive was worth dealing with Ted he made me feel comfortable about my visit .

I bought a 2021 ram 1500 Built to Serve truck.The front bumper paint was chipping really bad. Really not acceptable for a truck with less than 25k miles on it. Zappone stepped up and covered it by repainting my bumper and it looks great.

Great! Had new tires (which I had drop shipped) mounted and balanced and an alignment. All good and my JGC runs great. Service is always prompt and thorough.

I can't think them for the top of the line service that any dealership could possibly offer. I was out of town on business and Zappone was more than willing to discuss details about a truck via phone conversations with a friend of mine and through email. All other dealers I've attempted to work with force you to talk in person. Vern and Matt were very flexible and understanding of my unique situation. Because they were willing to work with me (and my friend as an intermediary) I was quoted a price on Wed and signed papers Saturday morning. Best experience purchasing a vehicle ever. I will go back to Zappone every time and send friends and family there. They truly know the definition of customer service.

I bought my Certified Pre-Owned Jeep GC from Zappone CJDR in late 2019 and have been thrilled with it ever since. Even though I don't have the vehicle serviced through them, Chris Horn who sold me the Jeep still checks in with me years later to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase. No pushy sales people here, which is a very nice surprise. I will try to buy from them again in the future and will recommend anyone to buy CJDR vehicles through them.

Wow got me a sweet deal. Love my new RAM! Showed up on a Saturday and drove it away Tuesday! The Zappone team really worked hard for me! Got me the truck I wanted and the finance team got me a payment Under that s right way below what I expected! Very affordable.

Top Quality Service as always! Some of the best people to help navigate what could potentially be very frustrating for the customer.Ted & Heather provided the best service to get my car back up & running! When I went to pick up my car, I found that they had fixed all the recalls that were found on my car without my knowledge, which I was VERY grateful for. The service provided allowed me to feel like not only & I taken care of as a customer, but my vehicle is getting the best service as well!10/10 recommend to anyone for years to come!

Great experience from start to finish. My salesmen Ben was there every step of the way and was very patient and accommodating to all my needs and questions and concerns. He even stayed late the day of pick up knowing I was coming from an hour drive! He spent extra time going through all the details of the new vehicle and showing me all the functions. Matt the owner was also there and really added a nice touch to the car buying experience. Tyler from the financing dept was on top of everything and had all the paperwork ready to sign and go! When the wife needs a new car we will be going back for sure.
