The name says it all, because they are the "Best Wrench" for your automobile. Hands down. Friendly service, honest feedback, and experienced technicians fill up this place. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely the best there is. I wouldn't trust anyone more than Rod and Adam to work on my vehicles. They have serviced my corvette that I race, and my regular everyday cars which are Subarus. I can't recommend them enough.

we called in a pickle when we were making the drive from niagra back to massachusetts. our engine wasnt working and we called they they instantly said theyd take a look at the car on such a short notice. we are super grateful for them getting our car back and running and would suggest them to anyone just for their customer service and all around how they handled our situation!

Found out about this guy by chance.. I'm happy I did a lot cheaper than the dealership.. if you want a good mechanic go here

The mechanics are always very nice and personable. Anytime I come in and have questions, they're always willing to answer them and give advice. The shop is always very clean as well. Not to mention that I think they're the LAST place on Grand Island that still resurfaces rotors! They have my vote.

I traveled 30 minutes because I was told it was a good place from family, saw the reviews and felt reassured. I was looking to replace brakes rotors throughout the car. I called other places and this place gave the best price. I told them I had bought my own parts and they said it was fine. I dropped the car off at 9 am (scheduled appointment) and was told they were backed up. I didn't get the car back until 5:30pm. If you can't keep up with appointments , don't schedule them. After I got the car I went home only to realize the car was squeaking on repair area. I brought it back the next day. The first guy was acting like he didn't even hear the noise. He was an older guy so I asked him if another person could listen to the obivous noise. He was extremely rude and reluctant to call the other guy. Then they tried blaming the parts which was bought from Pep Boys. They ended up opening the brakes and removing the rust off which was causing the problem (5 min job!). I'm sure they treat other folks better as the reviews mention but this is obviously not a place for me. I will stay away and tell other folks I trust to do the same.

Rod and his son are physicians of cars. They are beyond excellent at what they do. They have saved me time and money when it comes to auto repair. They have a passion for cars and provide fantastic customer service.I have gone there many times thinking I needed something and Rod has told me that such a thing was unnecessary! Who does that nowadays?!As someone who has seen many other mechanics for many repairs over the years, I'm honored to have finally found Mr. Best Wrench and have him as my regular technician for my cars and my family's cars.

Family run business with outstanding quality of work. They service my z06 Corvette, Lotus Elise, Mazda Miata and have serviced my friends automobiles as well. I always feel confident they will do the job right and the price is always fair.

Before we started to come to Adam and Rod for our vehicles, it seemed that our cars were always in the workshop for repairs. We started coming here a couple years ago and since then we only need to come for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotations). Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a hassle free technician for their vehicle. They will diagnose the problem and fix it.

Rod and Adam always do great work! They have done work on customs and exotics for me. Often times repairing other shops issues or mistakes!They are top notch servicing classics, Porsches, BMW s, Audi s, VW s or regular everyday commuter cars.

Mr. Bestwrench is the only place I've taken my cars for service. In addition to maintenance, they also do a great job on longer term projects, restorations, performance work, and much more. They specialize in doing great work on European and classic cars - I wouldn't let anyone else turn a wrench on my cars! Their customer service is world class, and they do top quality work.

Rod and Adam should NOT be in business !! They did work on my car and forgot to tighten a fitting, this caused oil to spill all over my new $13,000 driveway and could have caused my car to catch fire from the engine bay being soaked in oil.All of this after being over charged for labor and materials.If you don't know how to fix a car DON'T learn on my car and over charge me for the labor, that's NOT fair to your customers !!Please stay clear of this company, I don't want anyone else to be taken like they took me !!

Without question, Mr. Best Wrench is the best automotive maintenance and repair shop around, period! From small maintenance focused repairs to extensive and very detailed restoration work, nobody does it better than Rod and Adam at Mr. Best Wrench. They recently completed a relatively intensive "resto-mod" project on my 1969 Cadillac which absolutely blew me away. They took the dreams and plans that I had and made them a reality which leaves me grinning from ear to ear every time I turn the key. The time they take to work with you, understand your vision, make suggestions, keep you informed of progress and decisions to be made, and attention to detail is utterly incredible. Rod and Adam are two old school straight shooters, rabid car enthusiasts, and work very hard to meet and/or exceed expectations. If you're in the WNY area, you owe it to yourself to take your vehicle to Mr. Best Wrench. I'm originally from WNY, but live in Pittsburgh, PA now and I didn't think twice about getting my car to Mr. Best Wrench, you shouldn't either! Go see or call Rod and Adam at Mr. Best Wrench!

Had a pretty bad wreck, was quoted much higher from other repair places. Mr Best Wrench repaired my car to even better than before!! Fantastic workmanship on everything and attention to detail. Only place I recommend and only place I'll go to.

Rod did a great job replacing the harmonic balancer on my C5 Vette with a new ATI Super Damper. Mr. Best Wrench is also the go-to place on the Island for tech inspections before going to the track.

The guys down at Mr. Best Wrench are true professionals, I work at a local dealership and have sent several vehicles to them, including my own personal vehicle, and every time they are quick and thorough with there work. Couldn t ask for better, thank yous!

I can't say enough good things about Rod and Adam. Both are stand up guys. I've have known them for many years and completely trust them. Fast, efficient, honest and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
