My experience at Maguire was nothing short of excellent! The car was priced very competitively, adjusted appropriately according to the market at the time, and was sold to me without any sense of pressure at all. Dylan and Ai were great at putting together an awesome deal and were so accommodating. Plus, the hot chocolate while I waited was delicious :) I'll continue to recommend this dealership to others!

I traded in my 21 Prius Prime here for a brand new 24 Prius Prime, and chose them over the other 2 dealerships I had in mind for the area: West Herr and Basil. The best reason I went with MacGuire was their ability to listen to what I wanted and work with me on that timeline. Dylan was my sales person and was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and ways I could finance the vehicle. I ended up financing through a credit union in far away from Grand Island.The sales manager Ai there was also very kind and informative about what options I had to cover my new car, what different options were available to finance the car, etc.I LOVE my new car, the Stardust Crusader. It sure has a lot of quirks, mainly between the digital key app and the manual unlocking with my hand. I m still learning the system, and I m confident I ll find out all the little cool things about it along the way. My last Prius had a locking problem as well where it d lock me out of the driver side sometimes.This Prime is very futuristic and has the double sun glass roof. I don t think I ll get any closer to a spaceship until 2030, when I believe electric cars will dominate the market. Until then, I hope to finish out this decade with this car. It is SUPER sexy, fast, and more efficient than the 21 that I had.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this dealership. We have another Toyota dealer that is closer to home, but we make the drive to Maguire because of Sarah. Over the years, she has been a terrific sales representative. She's knowledgeable about the vehicles, doesn't pressure you into buying, is helpful with any issues that might arise, and keeps in touch throughout the leasing period. Scheduled my Tundra for recall work for Feb. 19th. Dropped the truck off and was later told they did not have the parts necessary to perform the recall. Told that parts would take 3 weeks to come in and we would have to bring the truck back. We are now in mid April. I called a week ago to request a status update and have not received a call back. In the meantime, a 5th recall has been issued for the truck.Otherwise, Christian, the service tech was very sympathetic and sorry that we were allowed to schedule service online without the parts being in stock for the repair.

Very pleased with Maguire Toyota of Grand Island. Dylan, in particular, was very helpful, answering all our questions (we had many as we were driving to Grand Island from out of state to purchase a Prius Prime.) He kept us informed and he anticipated issues with out of state insurance; his assistance streamlined our purchase process. Dylan was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle itself and provided clear instructions which got us on the road and home safely. He has also been willing to answer additional questions weeks after purchase. We wish we lived closer. We'd work with Dylan and Maguire all the time!

I wish I could do two separate reviews because the service manager Justin is exceptional and I will continue to tell everyone I know how great he is ! He is a 5 star man. Just to cut out a long story of my buying process I m just gonna go straight to who made it all worth it and talk about Justin. He runs a really nice team and his knowledge in the industry is nothing short of epic! He keeps to his word and has got time management down! How many places have you gone where your just waiting and waiting like did they forget about me ?? He will explain step by step and make you feel like a long time friend or even family member. Can t get better than that. Every time I work with him my car is done right on time. If something is needed he goes above and beyond. Thank you Justin and Maguire for hiring such an asset

The only word I have to say is AWESOME! We've never been disappointed with staff or with the vehicles we've purchased there and always have been pleased and happy with the service! Don't worry, we'll be back, might be a while since both my wife and I bought new vehicles, but in the meantime, we're going to bring friends and associates over when they are looking at buying new cars!!

Wow.. Where do I even begin? I currently reside in Georgia and began actively searching for a used Chevrolet Bolt EV in Georgia Nov 2023. After months of dealing with $10,000 dealership markups, negotiations after negotiations, headaches, frustration, and tears, I began looking out of state. I came across a Chevrolet Bolt EUV in Florida - bought a one-way ticket to purchase the vehicle and drive it back to Georgia, only for the Florida dealership to increase the price once I arrived - which resulted in me having to fly back home with no car.My dad came across a Chevrolet Bolt EUV that had all of the bells and whistles: leather seats, Bose audio, supercruise, moonroof, etc. The caveat, however, was the vehicle was in New York and by that time I was tired of dealing with salesmen, knew the price listed would be $10k more out the door, and didn t want the hassle of purchasing out of state. To our surprise, Maguire Toyota of Grand Island proved us wrong!My dad spoke with Xavier W. who not only gave us clear, detailed pricing, the out-the-door price wasn t marked up and he told us every step of the way what to expect throughout the buying process, specifically being out-of-state customers. This is my first vehicle purchase and he made me feel at ease the entire time - something I haven t felt the last four months with other dealers. Xavier W. sent over clear videos and pictures of the vehicle before purchase, discussed warranty information with us, and informed me on the financing process being that my banking institution was in Georgia.It doesn t stop there! Xavier W. also referred me to a reputable transportation company to get the vehicle towed from New York to Georgia and provided me with an update once the towing company arrived at the dealership. Even after the transaction was made and the car left the dealership lot, Xavier W. still reached out to ensure that I had received the vehicle in Georgia. His communication throughout the entire process was superb. There are times in Georgia were I have felt overlooked or look down upon by salesmen. However, this was no issue for Xavier W. He was professional, treated me with respect, and was consistent and prompt when communicating via email/text.THIS IS MY FIRST VEHICLE PURCHASE AND I MADE THE TRANSACTION SIGHT UNSEEN! Once the vehicle was in my possession, it arrived exactly as pictured. Getting behind the wheel to take it for a spin for the first time after purchasing made all the months of headache worthwhile. Maguire Toyota of Grand Island is the place to purchase your vehicle no matter where you are in the United States! The professionalism, communication, and compassion is truly unmatched.

Purchased a vehicle here from an associate named Bri. Communicated w her for a few weeks over the phone and emails. Couldn t ask for a better car buying experience. She also handled the finances which was a big surprise. I would definitely go back to her if I were to buy another one. Find Bri if you want a straightforward no game buying experience.

INSIDER TIP: If you have an appointment for service, their policy is to leave your car for last if you're not physically waiting. You have to specifically request to have your scheduled appointment time honored. I learned that the hard way today.Their website lets you think you can schedule service, but it's broken. When you give up and just call, they say they know it doesn't work, but no one's doing anything about it.Even if you're just getting a regular maintenance service, they'll try to upsell you on unnecessary things for outrageous prices. Case in point: I just replaced my cabin filter myself for $10, yet while wrapping up my service appointment, it was "recommended" to have them change it out for $70 today, among other things I already know I don't need. When I inquired what they saw to push such a recommendation, as I know it's new and clean, they had no answer. Forced to read from a shady script.I actually felt like a valued customer when it was Fuccillo. Now I just feel disappointed.

Ai and Xavier worked there hardest . To make sure I got the car I wanted . It says a lot when Ai came in on his day off . Just so he could help make sure every went smooth ,I have been coming to this dealership since 2006 and will continue to.
