I went into this dealership and was told that i only had a choice of one vehicle, with that being stated they promote that if your not happy for whatever reason you are able to trade the car in no questions asked as long as it s within the allotted time frame and within mileage range. I started having issues with the vehicle shortly after and still have issues with this vehicle with no resolution it s a 2020 Kia sportage, i went in stating i was unhappy with this vehicle and how i would like to swap it out,they did not honor the trade in policy they promote I wouldn t recommend this dealership their main concern is to sale you a vehicle overall once that has been done they do not care.

So, from beginning to the final process, we have been absolutely thrilled with the Customer service provided by The Maguire dealership on a grand Island. When we had questions they Were answered, and if they didn t know the answer, they looked it up for us. They took their time with us. They were very polite, courteous, Professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Special shout out to Andre, the salesman. Ask for Brandon over at the Hyundai dealership, He's not one of those pushy car salesman. He listens to what you're looking for and can afford. I thought this was going to be one of those back and forth arm wrestling matches.... especially when it came down to the price. Jason the sales manager came out and was super friendly.... No behind close door back and forth negotiation! He came back with an offer and I pushed the envelope as far as I could with an already "Good Deal" listing. They agreed on my first counter offer.... on top of that I got more than I was expecting they would offer on my trade in. The car was cleaned fully fueled and ready to go the next day. Was certified pre-owned and had 2 remotes. This is a 10/10 in my book as the last car I purchased at northtowns was a nightmare.

Spoke with David and Lindy. Both of them made the car buying experience a true pleasure. I've never had a good experience buying cars in the past. These guys really eased all my concerns (in fairness there were many ) and in the end we came to a fantastic deal!!I cannot recommend them enough! My wife and I will be going back to them to replace her SUV in the near future as well. It's a 3 hour drive for us to get there and I would sooner do that then deal with my local stealerships. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle run don't walk to Maguires of Grand Island and ask for David. Tell him Raf sent you!

I was looking to lease/finance a new car as my current lease was reaching its maturity date. I was a current customer of West Herr and experienced horrible service. It's been disappointing getting my car serviced here lately since Maguire took over. Oil changes were 15, 20 minute wait max. Now I'm there sometimes close to 2 hours. A couple appointments ago it was close to 3 hours. It's just disappointing because I always talked about how amazing Fuccillo's service department was, would tell people their service department is why I will get my next car there but now I don't honestly know.The work gets done all the same, and I fully appreciate what the employees do. On the same hand though it's a drastic change over the last year that has me reconsidering things.

Emailed for an appointment to see a car to buy. Asked where to go and no response. When I arrived the car was not ready as promised. When they went to pull it up it had no gas. Under the rap music playing in the show room, I asked for 60 and 72 month loan options. They brought back 48 months. I repeated my request and they came back with 60 and not the 70 I wanted for comparison. Asked again, for the 72 and the numbers and they included extended warranty with a higher down payment then stated at the start. I specifically said I didn t want the warranty. Finally, they low balled my trade by 8,000 dollars. Walked in to Paddock Chevrolet and it was perfect. Car was ready, quotes in 60 and 72. Trade offer in point. Left 2 hours later with a brand new used car! Beware! They don t listen. Sales manager said they like to give the deal they feel is best.

Untrustworthy!! They ll do anything to get the sale. Once I purchased the vehicle then needed additional help after, they ghosted me!! Wouldn t return any emails, calls, texts, etc. Wouldn t recommend!!

Brought in my car to have the check engine light taken care of, the cad converter needed replaced for a PO420 code. Car was done on Thursday and by Monday morning my check engine light was back on. Went to my mechanic for the code and the same code was pulling up. Called the dealership back and told them I needed a rental since the issue was not fixed and they told me they had none available. I tried to make an appt and they never gave me a time. Now my check engine light is back on once again and trying to get service is a nightmare!! I need a rental while my car is in the shop and your dealership has done nothing to help me! Once this issue is fixed I will never shop at this dealership!

I went to Hyundai did a test drive and loved the car. The staff is so friendly and helping. A couple days later i came and bought my first car! Maguire on Grand Island is the way to go! Connor was especially helpful and very friendly!

I recently switched out of a Hyundai Sonata and into a 2023 Santa Fe with Maguire. Jerome, David & Ronnie couldn't have made the process any easier. We worked out a deal that I simply couldn't say no to. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, don't waste your time going elsewhere.

Every single time I schedule a service here meaning an oil change, or inspection, it takes hours. I am leaving just now at Noon from my 8:30 appointment for an inspection and tire replacement. When I got here they weren t even sure they had my tires in, but I had specifically spoken to the parts people and gave them my tire info. They luckily had the tires unlike last time I scheduled an appointment to get my horn replaced, weeks ahead of time, because it just stopped working and when I arrived they didn t have the horn in stock. So I had to come back a week later and when they returned the car there were scratches all over the driver side and that was a whole other thing they had to correct. I am just appalled at the lack of service, communication, and organization. I genuinely am not sure I can even step foot in here again because I just feel like I am being finessed the whole time. Like they are always trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Today I asked them to check my engine as it is VERY LOUD and Makes a ticking sound, and I know that s not right, but apparently it s supposed to do that according to their tech who scanned it. I ll certainly be going to a different Hyundai from now on where i feel it is worth it to spend my money. It s unfortunate because Eric who I believe is their service manager, was always super apologetic and willing to make things right. But I don t want to have to make things right everytime

Purchased my vehicle there. They need to be better about providing information to the customer. They try to slip things in there so you don't notice (like the extended warranty). Once you purchase and sign for the car, their customers service skills decline. I really loved the car so I bought it. Maybe go to another dealership.

Went to Maguire when the only dealership I have ever dealt with in Buffalo could not get me in for almost a month! I got a flat tire, Bob ordered it for me and replaced it- also put my spare back- also had my tires rotated and oil changed- best decision I have made recently! You now have my business moving forward!!!

Delt with Caitlyn, Dave they were absolutely the best. I couldn't ask for better people to work with. They were very polite and patient with me, they got me to where a needed to be with my payment. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone best warranty around offered. I rate Caitlyn and Dave AAA+++ this is my second vehicle from them, and planning on a 3rd in summer for my son and will absolutely go back.
