I ve never had an accident requiring insurance before and I m so happy I was able to work with Leslie s collision. Anthony from the get go was very informative, helpful, and made the process seamless. Don fixed up my 1 year old Ford Expedition perfectly and looks brand new. Couldn t be happier and highly recommend!

Justen and the team are fully transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. I learned a plethora of information of what they were doing, how and why.Highly recommend, very reasonable pricing, and no hesitation for any task you may have in mind.Took a totaled car and it came out far better than OEM in every regard. No panel gaps, far superior paint job than the Manufacturer, perfect alignment/measurements, etc.Absolutely the best there is.

It was a pleasure dealing with Justin and his crew after my accident. We would stop by weekly to check on the progress of my car. When we would stop to look at the vehicle his employee would take time to show us what was done and how it was done as they did the repairs. Justin made the whole experience very easy and worry free. Very friendly and professional. My overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend them.

Best collision shop in the area , highly recommend . They get things done fast and are very easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for collision or paint in WNY thank you Leslie's. I hope to not need any work done again soon but accident's happen I'm glad to have good people I can go to when I need it

Quality work done right the first time. I could go on and on why I feel they re the best but I assure you if you want your vehicle repaired to OEM standard and your finish to never look like it was ever in accident this is the place to go.

Leslie's Collision made the process of getting my sun fixed as easy as possible. They dealt with the insurance company, as well as making my vehicle look as good (or better) than new. I would trust them again in a heartbeat!

Justen and crew are meticulous in doing the work right. There are no cutting corners and the price estimates are fair and reasonable. Honesty/Interest/Caring/Expertise...These few words come to mind when I recall my recent visit and dealing with Leslie's Collision. We recently had "3" of our family vehicles damaged by hail, and two of them that requires repairs to the body's. Justen, the owner, was an absolute pleasure do deal with. He took a genuine interest in our issues, was 100% direct and honest with the details and costs of each repair. All of our work was done rather quickly, and they handled all dealings with regards to insurance. I highly recommend you visit Leslie's Collision team for all of your vehicle "needs". They are simply amazing!!

I went for a NY state inspection and got charged $140. Pre scan $125.00 and a service charge for using a credit card $3.75. before I dropped my vehicle off my battery died a few days prior so I was driving my truck around to try and reset the monitors. After telling them this I said to them if the monitors aren't set call me and I'll drive it around so I don't get charged they said ok.... About 4 hours later I get a call saying my truck is ready for pickup. After asking them why my bill was so high they told me my sway bar was loose and they tightened it, and they had to drive my truck For 2 hours.... I didn't even give them permission to take my truck off their property... And the receipt doesn't even list any other "work" they claim they did. So unless you wanna pay $125 for them to scan your vehicle I'd go somewhere else that isn't gonna rip you off.

Highly recommend repair shop. Good quality work and service. They have experience to get the job done right the first time. They have access to High quality truck beds and parts to make the restoration complete. Give them a try for your next job.

We brought our car to Leslie's to address the hail damage from a recent storm. After getting the estimate... it was only a matter of days that paperwork was submitted to insurance and approved. It took about 5 working days from estimate to pick up. They went above and beyond to ensure all the dents were taken care of--- looks like new. I highly recommend this shop to fix any damage your vehicle may have.

My car sustained substantial damage in a car accident .Leslie's was recommended to me and I'm happy that I chose them. Their work was impeccable and professional and my car looks brand new. Justen and the team at Leslie's collision were able to work on a tight schedule for a Jeep Cherokee Limited damaged by hail. The finished product was PERFECT! Paint looked better than new. I was in an accident while on vacation, and I needed my car towed to a certified body shop. To be honest, I picked Leslie's because of the great reviews, and I was not disappointed. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and handled all of the details (with being from out of state there were many) with the insurance company and the claim adjuster. Couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!

My husband RICK WRIGHT brought his truck here on a referral by a friend...BEST DECISION EVER!! He did a great job at fixing and repairing and the paint job AMAZING..and he even detailed the inside... He got it back today and said it looks and feels brand new!! I Would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Had 3 doors and a fender replaced on my '02 Trailblazer. Justen quoted me a price which he stuck to, did the work quickly and beautifully. I would so recommend this shop.

Took my car there for a quote, they were supposed to email us, never got a response, I called and left a message, never got back to us.
