Bought a 2016 Scion tC from them and they were extremely helpful and informative even when everything was done online. My experience with Dane was excellent! He treated me more like a friend than a customer.I d highly recommend buying from here, they won t disappoint!

Out of all the dealerships I went to Alvin and Justin were the only car salesmen that didn t aggravate me, try to over sell me, and didn t blow up my phone 24/7 after my first visit. They didn t use the obnoxious sales gimmicks and man-splain everything to me like I didn t know what I was looking for or wanted. They also understood what I wanted and didn t waste my time. If you want an actual person to make the experience a little easier I d go see Alvin and Justin. Thanks again. -Sherlock Hondas new owner

I would highly suggest working with and purchasing from Certified Auto Brokers. It's important to note here, that I bought physically, sight unseen! Pics online and their description of vehicle only. I did NOT test drive or kick the tires. We are 500 miles away from dealership....Whit, my salesman, was amazing from the start. After first phone consultation, I was directed to Whit and within 30 minutes, I met him via personal video submission, to me, with a complete video walkabout of the vehicle we ultimately bought! Of course there was the typical, expected sales dance, with just one or two missteps...but in the end we finished the "dance" beautifully. Whit once again, via video, on the day of delivery, sent another video of the Flex fully prepped for delivery... being loaded onto transport along with introducing the driver! The 2019 Ford Flex was better than expected and our FORD dealership mechanic said it was as clean as new, with 38K on it! Now a month or so out from our purchase, we are extremely happy with our new used vehicle. Local or at a distance, I'd feel very confident with your purchase. I'd look them up again, in the future for my next used vehicle purchase.

Amazing car buying experience! My family including myself have purchased 3 cars/trucks from this location. Just a small location at the time of our first car purchased years ago, now a very large, expanded, modern dealership. With their rate of expansion many companies will fall off on the customer service side. Certified Auto has not fallen off. My girlfriend and I felt at home and welcome from the moment we walked in the door, which an employee opened to greet us. Everyone we spoke to was genuine and a pleasure to do business with, offering us coffee, water, and even Sour Patch Kids. Our agent Ryan who helped us through the entire buying process (even coming into work on his day off to help us drive off in our car) was top tier in professionalism, positive attitude and honesty throughout the whole buying process. They offered to and are fixing up a few blemishes, small cosmetic issues free of charge which I believe to be rare in the used car industry. This dealer has a vast selection of vehicles and clean, modern and large sunlit showroom/offices. They have all of these qualities while still maintaining a small family environment where you truly feel you are cared about. We were surprised by a video message from Ryan a few days after the purchase, personally thanking us for our business, which was the first time I have experienced that level of care as a consumer. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality, reliable vehicle from an honest, genuine Western New York business!

Leah at Certified Auto Brokers went above and beyond to get me into an awesome vehicle. When I came to Certified I had no idea what kind of vehicle I wanted; I just needed to get a vehicle back on the road again. Leah helped me get into the perfect vehicle and the process was so smooth. This was my first experience with these guys and I worked with Dane D. He had a really great genuine personality, and I will say that I have purchased four cars of my own all through different dealerships this being the fifth. It was the fastest, the simplest and the most transparent process that I ve been through not including sitting through multiple family members purchasing their vehicles. It was a completely painless process. It was fun we paid for the car. Got the car the same day. He listened to exactly what I needed and wanted and delivered. Even going in for some service Dane still greets me and remembers my name, still very upbeat and we re looking for another car. This will definitely be a place that we would love to check back in with and work with.

I had a very good experience working with Dane and everyone at certified. We drove 4 hours to come look at an Infiniti q50 and it went absolutely perfect. They have good reviews for a reason, these guys will take care of you.

Amazing experience! Would not buy a car anywhere else, they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was perfect! I left with a 2018 Audi a7 and traded in my 2018 subaru impreza. They gave me an awesome price for my used car. All of the salesman were very helpful

Sold my car to them today. Was the most simple and easiest transaction i have ever done. Veysal was the person i dealt with and he was amazing. I was in and out in like 45 minutes with a check. No one gave me offers as good as veysal at certified auto brokers. He gave me the best price out of all dealers for both of my vehicles and they were very fair prices.Recommending him to all my friends & family.

These guys *bent over backwards* to make sure my car-buying experience was exceptional! And, thankfully, it was! We made a deal that worked for both sides and they understood my delicate position with needing a new vehicle because my old one was totaled before its time but also my interest in going electric. They were attentive when I came in for my appointments and flexible with my tight schedule. Dare I say this process was way easier and less frustrating than buying a new phone? Yes, I believe it is!Where I would have only removed a half a star (if that was possible) instead of a full star was after the fact... the paperwork I filled out for my loan didn't all get processed. Filling out the paperwork was easy, with the expectation that auto pay would be set up, and that never happened. My old car was never removed from my insurance, so if I didn't double check once the dust settled, I'd be paying for two vehicles when only one was in my possession.All in all, it was a smooth (and mostly digital transaction) and these guys made it easy.

My husband and I found a 2021 vehicle online that was perfect for us at Certified Auto Brokers, though the dealership was three and a half hours away. But it fit our budget, was the perfect style and color that we wanted, and had the mileage that we were looking for. I gave my info online anyway, and was contacted by Tim. The next thing I knew, my husband and I took a road trip to the dealership, not to mention an impromptu visit to Niagara Falls! So we saw the vehicle in person and fell in love with it. But this is where it gets better! We found Tim and Justin to be truly concerned about what was best for us. This dealership recognizes that each customer s situations and needs are different.They really go out of their way to accommodate their customers and make sure that they are happy when they leave with their purchase. I will definitely buy from these guys again, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. They are truly amazing! Thanks guys!

I saw a truck advertised on line that i was very interested in. I text Dane over the weekend and he set up a time for me to come see the truck I liked. Dane was busy with a customer when i arrived. Instead of telling me to wait til he was done, he handed me off to another gentleman "Tyler" from the time i walked in the door until I drove away with my new truck, I was always attended to, even by other employees. Under 3 hrs i was out the door great service, great experience. Will definitely be a returning customer.. thanks gentlemen!! Robert Rice

great salesmen and managing staff are very involved and helpful. unfortunately they re customer service for having vehicle repairs is lacking. i ve had my truck in there a few times for repairs through the extended warranty and they never call to update you. my truck has sat overnight without having anyone update me that it s going to need more time. i ve also had my truck in there for the same repair 2 times and on the third time they said they were going to call me on when to bring it in. never got a call back about it.

Tried to get a vehicle from them. Dane said that everything was great and everything went through. We were able to drive off the lot. A few days later, the bank called us and said it wasn't going through. Dane reassured is that everything would be fine and he'd take care of it. Well, long story short, it wasn't fine and he couldn't take care of it. 6 days after driving it off the lot, I had to return it. We should not have been able to drive it off the lot, if it didn't go through with the bank. If it wasn't a sure thing. Just set us up for disappointment. I will not be going there again.

What an amazing experience! On a whim walked in to purchase a warranty for another vehicle, and ended up buying an amazing BMW for my wife! And best off they had me in and out in under an hour! The experience was one the best experiences I had with a car dealership. So I was looking to buy a car and I was recommended to Leah the sales associate and when I tell you, she went above and beyond to make sure I got a car & insurance . She didn t give even when I wanted to ! The customer service was a 10 . A bubbling personality, kind, caring & was ready to fight for me ! Love that I left with 2021 Volkswagen Passat ! We recently traded in my vehicle and Tim Renzoni went above and beyond to not only show us cars in our budget that offered the most, but to also keep my kids entertained! Love this place. These days everyone has to fend for themselves, but these guys don t make you feel like that. It s like old school where customer is always right, and you re catered to and pampered. They want your business and they are happy to see you. Every little thing is important to them just to make happy. Their look is fresh, up to date and appealing to the eye. And their employees are pleasant and catering. Very professional. This is how companies should be run

I had to have a few common things done to my car. Also, my check engine light was on and I needed an inspection. Chris from service got my car in, reviewed everything called and explained what needed to be done. They fixed everything in a timely manner. Then after having the car back after a day, my check engine light came back on. I called, Kelly from service was awesome. He sent someone out to my work, picked my car up, they realized what the problem was, had to order the part and fixed it on there end. Then called and said they would bring it back to me at work the following day! I can t thank them enough!! I highly suggest Certified auto brokers!! You won t be disappointed!! Thank you so much!!
