I'm from CT and fairly new to the area. Finding a trustworthy Auto Body and/or Auto Repair Shop in a new area can be quite daunting. Fortunately I discovered Zanetti's. I've had to have some minor body work done to my newer model KIA and Zanetti's did an amazing job at a very fair price. They've also helped me with a minor repair and a full service of my vehicle and I can gladly say that I would recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for someplace to bring their vehicle where the work will be finished quickly, properly and adorably. Times are tough on all of us these days and the men at Zanetti's seem to fully understand stand that and do their best to keep costs fair and to get the job done fast.

Ken/Kent saved my vehicle. They did an assessment job! I totally recommend them! Out of all of my previous mechanics, these were the ones who helped me. The others charged me an arm and a leg & tried ripping me off. Zanettis was more than reasonable with me and my vehicle! Totally recommend! 5/5!Thanks Again,Eric

So.. first service top notch! Had to have tires put on saw a brake line nut missing put in no charge ! So had tires in rear that were to large mechanic told me about it but me being mr oh no big deal oh but was went back no.issues fixed it no problem! Fair prices fast service OMG CLEAN SHOP AND ALL.MECHANICS HAD THERE PANTS ON THERE WAIST AND SPOKE WITH PROPER ENGLISH!I I SAY GO HERE IN SULLIVAN COUNTY NO WHERE ELSE TRUST FROM A U.S.M.C VETERAN I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Have used Zanetti s for my inspections over the last few years. The service is always fast and courteous. Have known 3 generations of Keith s family. You can trust him to do his best.

Took forever for my car to be done. They weren't very communicative and had my car 2 weeks later than expected. Very nice people but slow service. If you need anything other than an oil change, I say go else where.

They are honest and helpful. I brought my car in because it was smelling of burning oil. They took one look and saw the oil cap was missing. They replaced it and washed down the engine so it wouldn't smell anymore and added oil. The price was really good and they didn't rip me off and tell me that who knows what was wrong. I highly recommend going to this mechanic.

I was surprised to see negative reviews on Keith and the Zanetti Service Center. His work for me, on my cars and truck, has been prompt, reasonable and professional. I also referred a neighbor who has a summer place in Grahamsville, and she praised his work very highly, in both cost and quality .As always, caveat emptor, but my experience would suggest that, especially if you're local to the area, you give them a chance, and expect good results.

I have used Zanetti's for years and am very pleased. He gets the vehicle from my driveway and returns it fixed. Excellent service. Reasonable pricing and quick.

Called for a Inspection was in and out with no appointment needed. Technician was fantastic! Will return for all my inspections from this point forward.. thx Zanetti's for the fantastic service:)

Keith Zanetti is a good man and so are his people, they will do right for you. Tim in the collision shop does great work also. Can't beat this place in the heart of the Catskillls'.
