Very helpful 1 stop parts store. Friendly staff and unlike most other stores in the area you are made to feel welcome and appreciated. It was a refreshing feeling to be treated like a customer and not followed around as if I was there to shoplift. All of the other retailers should use this place as a fine example of how to serve customers.

Needed a fishing license & had some fishing accessories as well to purchase. Only 2 people working & a line of people. Some lady slurping coffee behind the counter just hanging out, she didn't work there. That is professional.I finally got to purchase my license, but he didn't ring me out for my fishing stuff, just started waiting on someone else. I didn't get to purchase anything.Definitely will never be back.

They have a great selection of stuff. They have auto parts, batteries, parts for tractors, mowers, atvs, they have tools, paint, pipes and other plumbing supplies, screws, nuts and bolts, fishing supplies, soil, insecticides and more! They are always willing to help out too. Very nice store. When I have my hands full they even help me carry my stuff to the car.

Part is over $200?! I order online $45. Don't fish underestimate me! Lazy people not know how to order online.

I've been here 3 times for a simple bulb. EVERY single time I had to go back and get the correct bulb. I dont know anything about cars and apparently neither do they.

Only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't give a negative. Wrong parts, wrong answers to questions. Never again!! I'd go elsewhere for your automotive parts. I'm out money.

I bought some windshield wipers and they put them on for me in the rain. Great customer service. I'll buy from Crowell again for sure.

Crowell home supply is located in Gowanda . It is also known as Napa and find a little bit of everything from automobiles to hunting to fishing house supplies they have a little bit of everything friendly employees courteous that will help you find what you need and get you on the way
