Always have great luck getting the parts I need at a reasonable price and the staff have always been super helpful and friendly. Napa parts hold up well and if u get a dud by chance their warranty and return policy is good.

When I called the mile worker that answered was rude. When he ordered my part for me he asked for my last name. I gave him my last name "Lotowitz" and when I started spelling it he said never mind and asked for my first name so I started spelling it he told me he knew how to spell it but my name isn't spelled the traditional way and he gave me aditude. I work in sales and that's not the way you handle business

Super friendly staff, I purchased a headlight bulb , I had already purchased another one but thought I'd gotten the wrong one, the employee came out and changed the bulb and told me they would give me a refund on the second bulb I'd just purchased and no longer needed. I kept it anyway because they were so helpful and you never know when you might need one.

We were in town for the gambler 500 with our chopped up jeep and just got chain towed about half an hour to the store, Charles was working and helped out more than any auto parts store I've ever been to in my life. Had the ignition coil we needed, let us use a few tools we didnt have on hand, gave us solid advice when the coil wasnt the problem, and even called around all over the place trying to find a 5.2 PCM for us when we thought we fried it. Coolest dude around, and didnt even want a tip/lunch/30 rack for his help. Already recommended this place to everyone in the event, and anyone around should use this place

I ask for a certain part no one there even new what I was talking about until a worker that looked to be about 18 came out of the back. He new what I wanted. They need to have people work there with better experience in automotive. You cant really help the customers if you don't know the products.

Called and a friendly voice answered saying "Sure we are here until we close. I will wait for you." I get to Napa in gouverneur withing a few minutes (he knew my location). YUP... The door was locked and an employee inside acted like I didnt exist at the door. I called so the employee would know I was there and was told they would let me in. NO Answer... Poor customer service...

They have a knowledgeable staff and almost always have the parts you need right in stock and if not then they will the next day. They stand behind their parts and that's why I will be shopping with them from now on!

They usually have what you need or can have overnight. A convenience being open both days on the weekend.
