Love the team at Healy Lincoln. Getting an appointment has become easier. The check in people are always smiling and helpful. Lincoln, the person not the car, takes his time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Oh .and the coffee is great!!

Sorry, so sorry I took so very long to write this review.From the moment the gal came to pick-up my car till the second it was returned the entire crew at Lincoln that handled was were amazing. My car was in for multiple reasons, an oil change, to handle a recall, adjust a glitch with the rear door and most importantly the sun roof which was making a whistling sound. The sun roof was most involved the whole thing had to come out a new track put in. I had to stop by and retrieve something for my car it was the day the service tech had the inside of my car pretty much disassembled.Period he was completely gloved up, The entire Is interior of my car was protected. Every reason my car went in for the addressed flawlessly. The loner car that I used was beautiful, As I did miss my car. I still had a extremely nice vehicle to use. My car was returned to me cleaner and more beautiful when It was picked up for service. I have never experienced such a stress free service in my life.

Healey is always top shelf. A lot of training of staff and they seem to deeply care about your satisfaction. My new navigator has a lot of technology. I understand it all because of their staff. Plus I got a great deal. And it s nice when you see the owners around too. Thank you Healey for the best customer experience.

Our service representative, ironically named Lincoln was OUTSTANDING! He was knowledgeable, responsive and communicated in a timely manner. Couldn t ask for a better experience. He s a credit to your company and his name!

as always the service was excellent. My vehicle was taken right away for oil change. By the time I made 2 business calls and drank my hot coco, Lincoln said I was all set. Another amazing, fast experience with Lincoln Servicing dept.

I brought my Lincoln MKX in for the scheduled maintenance and annual inspection. The services were performed promptly. The waiting room (lounge) was very clean and offered a peaceful environment which I very much enjoyed while waiting for my vehicle. It's a great experience with this new and improved Lincoln Services Department. Thank you for the excellent services! I had the BEST experience purchasing my 2023 Lincoln aviator..Jeff was AMAZING!! I walked in and immediately his smile was infectious. I said I need you to convince me why I m not taking my money to Mercedes and he said ok well let s talk 1 hour later I was looking at a video on how to maintain my new Lincoln aviator this car is like a cockpit inside I love it and I love the service and let me warn you, Jeff will ask you every 15mins if you want water coffee or tea JEFF NEEDS A RAISE ASAP .he s fantastic!!!!!!

I ve been to Ford Lincoln in Brooklyn and spent thousands of dollars on my two Lincolns and NEVER received the Love that Healey Lincoln gave me , Drove in and was greeted with open arms damn I felt the love there that s my place for now on I suggest you take your Lincoln there and you will see what I m talking about

The gentlemen at the front service desk were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I will def be coming back again to service my vehicle. I needed to take my new Corsair in for a minor issue. When I arrived the at the new facility the check-in was seamless and quick. My service advisor Palmer explained that the car would be next in.The new service waiting area is wonderful. It's comfortable and roomy. Wifi works well. Palmer kept me informed. I was out in under 1/2 hour. Palmer also pointed out some damage to trim on the car. He had already ordered the part. He'll notify me when it gets in to set up an appointment.An overall excellent experience

Always doing the right thing from sales to service. I always feel protected and never feel ripped off. Lincoln is a true gentleman. I moved out of the area and still come back for service. Exceptional!!!!

Got me in and out - waiting room was well appointed with high end coffee/Espresso Machine comfortable sitting area with plenty of room. I was with my children and they enjoyed making themselves a cup of hot chocolate and watching the TV. Thank you, Healey!
