Pleasant experience overall. Our salesman Mickey, was well versed on each of the cars we test drove. The other team members who worked with us on the purchase were very courteous and we never felt pressured in any way. A top notch dealership. My wife and I would highly recommend Healey. Looking forward to see how their service department shines.

I was very impressed with John McGuire my service advisor. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The mechanic that worked on the vehicle was excellent. He had the truck back to me in a week from the time I dropped it off. It was literally taking the engine apart.

The whole team is very respectful. I had the pleasure of meeting Seth, one of the service managers. He was great! Called me when my car was ready. The young ladies at the desk were an about pleasure. And the young men at the front door who retrieve the vehicles were great as well.Healy Ford is an absolute pleasure!!

YOU SHOULD BUY A CAR HERE! This was the most pleasant car buying experience I ve ever had. It wasn t stressful and was seamless from beginning to end. I ve been in the car business my whole life and, I have never been more impressed. And, the car was even delivered to me at home!Brian Healey, Corinna Limbocker and Mike Ciardullo are top notch. I can t thank you all enough for all the hard work you did to get me into my new Explorer Timberline!

I am at the end of my 3-year lease with Healey Ford and deleted my original review (a rave) to write this new one about the wonderful buyout process I experienced. With the turnover in the industry, imagine my surprise that Corinna, my original representative for the lease, is still with the company. Not only that, she is moving up to their Lincoln division and still took the time to help me through my lease-end options. The employees here continue to be fantastic, as exemplified by the experience I had when Corinna handed me off to a kind, professional, and smart business manager named Elijah B. He made the buyout process simple and somehow made my experience with Healey Ford even better than before.Thank you, Corinna and Elijah, for everything you've done for me. I am proud to have purchased from this dealership.

Edited: looks fantastic, missed some interior parts (door pannels and seats, just spots, no biggie) but overall, I will come back for their detailed cleaning services.Transmission has no problem too.________________________________________________________I recently entrusted my vehicle to Healey Ford for a transmission issue.I'm immensely grateful for the exceptional service I received at Healey Ford. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and efficiency displayed by the team are already above and beyond especially John, my advisor, and Jim, the service driver, were truly exemplary. The team's dedication to ensuring a seamless process from the entrance to the end of service was evident and highly appreciated, deserving every bit of the 5-star ratings they've earned.Healey Brothers undeniably sets a high standard for service areas/dealership in the region, and my initial impressions were nothing short of excellent. However, I must express my disappointment with the detailed cleaning service I opted for. Despite my anticipation of seeing my car restored to its former glory, the results fell short of expectations. I couldn't help but feel that I could have achieved a better clean myself.I had eagerly anticipated a finish worthy of a showroom floor, envisioning my car gleaming as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. Alas, the reality was far from that, trunk and other parts of the vehicle were not even touched, leaving me with a sense of disappointment.Despite this setback, I remain optimistic about Healey Ford's ability to improve their detailing service. While I can't leave a review about the transmission repair just yet, as I need more time to observe, I sincerely hope that they will address this aspect of their service to match the excellence displayed in other areas.In conclusion, while my overall experience was initially outstanding, the disappointment with the detailing service detracts from the otherwise stellar service provided by Healey Ford.

Great service, no games, very easy to work with. Ordered my 2024 Ford Maverick back in July, was kept informed of each step of the build and delivery process. Upon arrival, the dealer immediately called me and my new truck was exactly what I ordered. No additional charges and was even surprised with the $750 rebate that I was not expecting. Sales person Angel was very good guy to deal with. Will do business with them again.

never take your car to this place specifically don t have John!fix your car!!I spent $1800 to get a control module done on my 2014 Ford fiesta and then they said I needed a battery spent $1800 and the car still not fixed! I called John and he proceeds to tell me it s gonna be $189 an hour for a technician to figure out why my car is still not fixed! when they first diagnosed the car, they should ve figure out if there was other issues instead of having me spend $1800 and the car is still not fixed!! I had to get my car towed their two times altogether $379 for towing my car.. go to another Healy Ford do not. I repeat do not go to this place

Our sales rep Uno Carrillo was excellent in helping us select the best options on our new Ford Transit. He explained in detail the pros/cons and explored options we hadn't considered.We give him a big thumbs up for excellent customer service!However we were much less impressed with the finance department. It was the stereotypical fast talking salesman, pushing papers in front of you with "no need to read anything", and "boy can I give you a deal, but only if you do it in the next five minutes". He did not leave us with any warm feelings.So finance department gets a big thumbs down.

I found that the entire staff, top to bottom, was friendly, professional and extremely accommodating.I was able to purchase a 2024 F250 at a good price and the Healey team made the entire experience enjoyable.I would highly recommend Healey Brothers Ford to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle.

I can't say enough about the hole experience with the Healey brothers team. From the moment I walked in the door and being greeted by management and introduced to my sales person Mr Cox to mj the financial guys was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable every time a team member would pass they would ask if I wanted a coffee or something to drink very very professional. And made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and within a couple hours I had the car I wanted and was able to drive off the lot with a big smile on my face.

Wish there was an option to give 10 stars or more. I have bought two vehicles and two years from this location and Damian Scott And Elijah Barbosa have been awesome both times and have made it as easy as possible. They definitely deserve a pat on the back and a pay grade raise. The brand Ford is the only vehicle that is held up to me and I m rough on vehicles and I also love this location both times I have dealt with Damian Scott and Elijah Barbosa but I can also say every time that I am there, the whole team is excellent and there is very good energy in this place can t say enough about these two here I will definitely be back and would recommend this location to everyone. Keep it up guys

Purchased a 2023 Explorer Timberline from Healey Ford, and my Wife purchased a Bronco Bad Lands about 6 months ago. We couldn t be happier with the staffs service and willingness to work with us on pricing and loan options. All around a great experience. We ve only had one experience with service so far, but the shuttle from/to the dealership while they work on the vehicle is a fantastic service!

As soon as I sat in the drivers seat I knew I have found the right car. Test drive with Steve was fun. I really enjoyed our conversation and his company as he explained all the cars features. Made the entire process very easy. MJ in finance was great as well. He got me a good warranty plan on my Optima which made me more comfortable and confident with my purchase. I really appreciate the entire staffs help. Including the lady who called me back and set up an appointment within a half hour. I would recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

From my salesman Kevin Cox, to the entire staff including service department that squared me expeditiously, this dealership is in a class by itself. I was met with straightforward salesmanship with non of the game normally associated with buying a new vehicle. I have purchased dozens of vehicles and never left a dealership feeling this satisfied.

We went into Healey and spoke to Kevin C. regarding options to get our of existing lease in the future. We ended up test driving a bunch of cars which he was very knowledgeable about and super patient. Even thought we didn t go in there intending to buy a Bronco, we ended up leaving with one. He made the whole process painless and super easy. He was very transparent and really did try to get us the best deal possible.

Very disappointed with last sales experience. I Went on Saturday signed and bought a new explorer, color and features I wanted. I Called Monday to confirm pickup on Wednesday. I Never called Wednesday just went expecting to pick up my new explorer. Found out when I arrived that somehow they sold it to someone else as well as me , and that person got it before me. The salesman was very helpful to rectify the problem, and I did end up with a new car but payments were higher and I had to settle on a different color. Not the end of the world but very disappointing when you sign a contract expecting something you really wanted and then having to leave with something different for more money. the salesman did everything in his power to make it right and I appreciate that . I m just very confused how something like this could happen and not find out about it until after a 40 min drive to pick it up.

Excellent customer service . My Client Advisor, Jeffrey Emerson, was professional and knowledgeable in helping me make that big-step decision. He walked me through the process smoothly from start to finish and I was so impressed by his calm demeanor as I contemplated with anxiety in making my decision. In the end I drove my new Bronco Sport home that day. I had not received that positive customer service at other dealers when I began the process so Mr. Emerson was the deal maker.

They only allow a 5 star rating. If I had my way, they would receive a 10 star rating! Their resident guardian angel..Kay Robertson went above and beyond to help a total stranger. Me. My home dealership(I broke down 3 hours away from home late at night) basically had the attitude of "that's between you and Ford. Nothing we can do" Leaving me stranded. Then the phone call to Kay. She found me a rental car. She contacted Ford in Texas directly to expedite my case. By 5pm I was told I was getting a brand new engine( 2019 EcoSport),already ordered and 10 days free rental car. She even offered to have one of the young men assist me in moving all my deliveries out of my car into the rental vehicle. John McGuire made sure I was comfortable with the rental they procured for me and said if I needed anything,"We are like family here,don't hesitate to call" Don't be surprised if I show up here for routine maintenance..it would be worth the 3 hour drive!
