I called and left a message. The very next morning I received a call and my glass was cut right away. Very good customer service and reliability.

I dropped a window off and was told it d be ready in two weeks. I waited the two weeks, no call. I called them and was told next week. I called back every week after that and was met with a different excuse every time. Finally week six I called and it was ready. I made arrangements to pick it up that evening after work only to find out they d been sent home early for a rain day according to the message they left on my voicemail, but for an emergency according to the paper on their door.Ultimately, the window got fixed (looked a bit shotty but was functional), and I was able to pick it up that evening. I found Austin & his crew (those I spoke to on the phone) to be pleasant, but they have much to learn about running a business efficiently and treating their customers with courtesy.

Hired this company to replace a couple glass windows in the house. The owner sent his crew (Son and worker over). The crew not only did a terrible job on replacing the windows, they broke a brand new window glass I paid for. The owner was notified of the terrible job his crew did and promised to fixed the terrible job and broken window quickly. They NEVER CAME BACK. I called numerous times and was given every excuse from back pain to I got you on the schedule to come. Never happened. In my opinion, If I hired blind people with no experience, I would of gotten a better job. Austin (the owner) has been a terrible liar throughout. One day he is going to get your money for a terrible job. Never, ever, again for this clown...

Great group of guys , had a big window broken on building he changed glass and didn t charge because the mma studio is going in there for the kids (karate ) . I m very impressed thank you Austin

TERRIBLE customer service.We hired Austin's Glass Shop on February 15th to install new glass in 3 windows at our home. They came on March 7th to install them. The new glass that was installed is crooked in all of the windows, also the installer and Austin's son cracked one of the new glass panes while installing it. They said they would be back to replace it. I heard nothing. So I called on April 3rd and spoke to the owner, Austin. I asked him if the glass was ready to replace the cracked piece and he said it was ready and promised to get to it. I spoke to him about my dissatisfaction with the job and asked if he could come and see it and be the one to do the job of replacing the cracked glass and fix the others. He said absolutely and that he would fix all the other crooked windows. He said he would call soon to set up a day. On May 3rd( one month later ) I called him again. He said he would contact us to come on May 8th or 9th.NOTHING.... How do you run a business???

Bought a frame for christmas and needed to put new glass in it instead of the junk thin plastic. I called and they said come down and they will cut it. Brought the frame down. They measured, cut the glass and it fit perfect. They even secured the glass to the frame for me. Great people!!

Cut a piece of plate glass for me. Did it right on the spot. They were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable in their pricing. Will use them again.
