We went to Eric Wright, looking for a used car to purchase based on a recommendation by a friend. Eric was very helpful and informative. There were absolutely no pressure sales. We explained what we were looking for and price range. We spent an entire day test driving several vehicles multiple times before settling one a 2020 Chevrolet Certified Equinix with 18,000 miles. Even though it was at the end of the day, Eric and finance rep., Jessica stayed late to get the paperwork in order. We were renting a vehicle after our car had been totaled, so time was of the essence. We completed the purchase process the next day with Laurie and Eric, the vehicle pick-up ready as scheduled. Everything moved smoothly. We are now happy owners. Everything was explained clearly, and Eric even picked us up at the Enterprise rental lot during a snow storm to get us back to the dealership. He and the other staff were very down to earth and made us feel comfortable.We had purchased several cars at Garvey Kia Volkswagen and have always been happy with them, but did not see anything that fit our requirements. We highly recommend Eric Wright and Whiteman Chevrolet and would use them in future. Our service will be with them as well.

Recently bought my used 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe from Kevin M. after seeing his advertisement online.He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, was able to share lots of tips and information regarding the vehicle and the purchase, and really made the entire experience a positive one for me.I got a good deal on a great, gently used car, that will hopefully last for years to come. Highly recommend whiteman Chevrolet if you are looking for a reliable vehicle from an honest dealership! Eric was fantastic! He took his time to explain everything to us and really cared that we were happy! He wasn t pushy and wasn t looking just to make a sale, he truly wanted to make sure we were leaving with what we wanted! He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable! He made us feel comfortable throughout the buying process and answered every question we had, big or small! I 10/10 would recommend Whiteman Chevrolet. We are so happy with our new traverse!

I brought my truck here for an oil change, an air bag recall and to have a tire resealed due to a slow leak.Oil change Tire reseal Air bag recall Brand new crack on my dash that was not there prior I sent a photo via text to the service team. I was told the dash cracks on every vehicle the recall is performed on and I should join the class action lawsuit against GM. What? I was never advised this was common when I dropped off my truck. I'm very unhappy with the explanation provided by the service team after they damaged my vehicle. My concern was expressed and I never heard from the service manager. They will receive the warranty funds from GM and they received my payment for the maintenance, so I guess they are satisfied, but I am not.

My appointment was scheduled for 9am and we ended up dropping it off the night before. When I went to pick it up later that day it wasn't ready. They hadn't touched it until I got there to pick it up around 2. When I got in my truck it was filthy with dirt all over the seats.

Very Thankful!We were on our way home to the north country from NYC when we had unexpected engine issues on our Chevy Traverse. We called the dealership when they opened and they agreed to see the vehicle and help us out. They quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a solution, and gave us a loaner vehicle for the few hours it took to complete the repair. The entire staff went above and beyond and we are super grateful. They earned our business next time we re in the market for a new vehicle!

My 2015 Tahoe broke down early on a Friday morning as I was passing through Lake George and I was directed to Whiteman Chevrolet by a local garage due to the extent of repairs needed. The assistant service manager Andrew Askew was able to help me get the truck in for service and luckily they had the parts for the repair. They kept me posted on their progress through the day and were able to finish the repair.

Great experience at each department. The most professional/courteous out of all Chevy dealers I visited. Sales not pushy, Justin was great. Love my 23 Silverado. They were able to resolve my paint defect quickly and efficiently- major shout out to Ken, who I will see for any and all future body work.

I can t say enough about Whiteman Chevrolet s Collision Center. Manager Ken Lytle was great to work with. On two different occasions I ve brought my Silverado there. Both times had a great experience. Today it turned out my bill was less than quoted and I didn t have the time to finish my coffee in Whiteman s waiting room and the job was done. Keep up the great work Ken!

Bruce and I couldn t be more pleased with Whiteman Chevrolet, we have been part of the Whiteman Family for many years, BOB MARCELLUS has been great with us, as has been the service department and the body shop is top notch as well, working with everyone from sales, service, parts, finance, everyone has been a pleasure, the reason we keep coming ba we purchased Bruce a gorgeous new Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2! I purchased my 24 Z06 Corvette from Whiteman Chevrolet. I am older and have purchased many cars and trucks over the years from many dealers in and out of our area. I would recommend Whiteman Chevrolet to anyone. My salesman Eric Wright was exceptional! Ordering the car, keeping me updated and informed. Can you leave negative 10 stars!!This is what you have to do when Whitemans Chevrolet takes in your tow in in a Friday night. Tells you Saturday oh we will get it in to just take a look at it lastest Tuesday. You call Wednesday and are told. You are the mystery vehicle on the lot. Huh what! Then get a call. Oh we have it, your keys, your instructions from tow. Heather was unaware. Ok thanks Anthony! We will look at it latest Tuesday again. Ok appreciate the effort. Call Wednesday not able to look at it yet. So I tell Anthony. Dont bother I will have it towed to my hometown dealership Ellis Auto. And that is where no one would take my calls again. I call today Thursday and left a message for Anthony telling him please have keys in visor tow paperwork and vehicle in a place where it can be towed. Please call me to confirm. Nothing. Get down there after 2 hour drive and my suburban is locked behind fence. Caught Anthony before he went home. Tried and succeeded in holding my anger. Got the vehicle - no one offered to help in any way. We hooked it up to a trailer Ellis Auto Chevy loaned us and off we went.DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! Sales process is always great folks. Service is what matters. go to Ellis Auto in Malone Ny. Great dealership and ALWAYS TAKES CARE of Any CUSTOMERS. and also those stranded hours away from home. And yes that is our personal truck towing our Suburban home just one day shy of two weeks sitting in the Whitemans Chevrolet Parking lot.

Went in for inspection they said would take 20mins, I waited for little over hr. However come to find out nice had chewed the hood piece to bits. They cleaned everything up and replaced the cover. I had no idea, and are extremely thankful they did all that for Me. Thank you whiteman for you extra work and kindness.

My husband called about the front passenger tire. Told them there were 2 small pinholes causing a slow leak. He told them it just needed a PATCH.When work was completed I was told it was PLUGGED. And then charged $30+.3 hours later the tire was still slowly leaking. The tire sensor inside the car, on the dash that reads tire pressure keeps lighting up with warnings that I am dangerously low. When checking it with our own tire gauge it reads 35psi.So clearly this was never reset. What did I pay for? I still have a leaky tire and now a sensor is messed up.

From sales to service everything has been fantastic. Most recent was my first service. it was scheduled for 9am 11/29. I arrived just short of the appointment, everything was on schedule and took about an hour. My car was returned as expected, all service completed as requested.Thank you to Kevin Baldwin (service writer) & Jayson (service tech).

It was absolutely wonderful! As I have told everyone since I purchased my 2024 Equinox, I'm 61 years old and it was the best ever car shopping experience. I had never been to Whiteman's before, this is my first Chevrolet! Kevin was my salesman, and he was amazing! He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. He answered all of my questions, and made suggestions as I test drove (2 different model) vehicles. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I then dealt with Jess after the deal was made (I believe was her name) and she was amazing as well! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient!. She answered all of my questions! My WHITEMAN CHEVROLET experience was hassle free and a wonderful. I also would like to add that everyone is so friendly, which I think is very important. Everyone walking by spoke whether it was inside in the showroom or outside. Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in for a recall - this was explained over the phone when scheduling the appt. I drove 25 miles for this appt with my newborn only for them to scan my VIN and tell me I have to come back. No apologies or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. I was told I could call GM and submit a complaint for this.I return about a month later, once again driving 25 minutes with my infant. Was not told the recall could take up to 3 hours to fix - had I been told this ahead of time I would have arranged child care. Very dissatisfied with the service.

simple oil change and tire rotation. price ended up being less than what was quoted. nice surprise and could pay with my GM points with no problem. they also advised me of a recall and the completed that as well.

The communication with Krystal was poor. Many messages with questions went unanswered. I was asked for the phone number for a service contract that should already be on file. Last time i had my truck in i had the call the service contract myself to get things moving. Assistant service manager Monique walked by many times while John Green was busy without acknowledging me at all. The loaner was not adequate. Constant oil change light, vibration on the highway, inadequate for winter weather especially when I dropped off a 4 wheel driver with studded snows. I brought this up to service manager john green and nothing was done despite there being many new and used trucks and suvs on the lot. I recieved unsolicited sales calls while my truck was there to be fixed. Happy it is done, the mechanic was great. Other than that it was a less than impressive experience. I will try D'ella for my future service needs
