Lauren was great to work with! She made driving two and a half hours well worth it! I m in love with the interior of the car which was why I drove so far in the first place, but I d do it all again to have such a nice car-buying experience. It was my first time financing a car through a dealership and Romeo Toyota has made me a customer for life. I love my RAV4, it s my dream car!

I just purchased a used 4Runner from Romeo, I worked with Lauren and the experience was great. She found a very nice vehicle that was at the price point I was looking for. I had looked at at least 50 vehicles before I went to Romeo and I would not hesitate to make it my first stop next time. If you got to Romeo in Glens Falls ask for Lauren you will not be disappointed!

We just got our 2nd car from Romeo Toyota. The experience is easy, pleasant, laid back and fast!! We drive up from NYC and the 6 hour drive back and forth is worth it. The service you receive is top notch compared to other car dealers.

Purchasing my vehicle from Romeo Toyota was an excellent experience. Every member of the sales team was very knowledgeable and experienced in the products they sell. Being a business owner myself I understand things can get hectic, but not once did the sales team leave me hanging and they answered every question I had. I d recommend this dealer and the sales team if you re in the market for a new vehicle. Just like the Toyota product they sell this dealer and sales team is quality, reliable and dependable!

Lauren Wittenberg at Romeo Toyota was a joy to work with on the lease for our Toyota 4Runner. As long as she works there we will definitely be dealing with her as our salesperson.Well she did it again. We had to return our Toyota Venza lease and couldn t work out a deal to purchase it. Lauren went above and beyond to get us a deal. We ended up getting a great deal on a 2024 Toyota Tundra and were able to trade in my Ram pickup for more money than offered by other dealers. Thanks again to you and of course my nemesis when it comes to buying and leasing cars and trucks Heath Bromley. If you plan to buy or lease a Toyota she is definitely without a doubt the salesperson to deal with at Romeo!

Lauren was a pleasure to work with - no pressure and no condescension, just information and helpful suggestions. I bought a vehicle that had not been on my "list," and I am delighted with it. Lauren assisted me in getting familiar with the new features without patronizing me. In addition, she went the extra mile to facilitate the transfer because of schedule constraints of my own. I had been dreading the process of buying a car, and was very happily surprised by my experience with Lauren in particular. I believe Tyler was the person who handled the financing, and he was very pleasant as well.

Chase was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions (there were a lot ), and he didn t mind that I changed my mind a couple times before making the final decision. A happy customer was his goal, more than a specific vehicle sale. We were happy with the trade in values given. We didn t feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. Everyone worked hard to get the vehicle we wanted, here quickly from a sister dealership. I would buy from this company again, with chase as our salesman.

Had a really nice and surprising experience at Romeo Toyota. First time buying close to home. Jamie our salesman got us what we where looking for, a 2024 Grand Toyota Highlander. Outstanding Experience at Romeo Toyota!I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from Romeo Toyota, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Mike Hewitt, my salesperson, went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made the process smooth and enjoyable. I can t say enough good things about this dealership! I went in to look at a 4Runner since my VW lease was about to expire. I loved it and said I ll be back once I turn in my other car. I didn t even need to wait. They were able to buyout my lease and get into my new car same day. There was no pressure from start to finish, the friendliest men I have encountered thus far in the car business, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was able to get a very nice used Tacoma for a fair price. The salesman that helped me, Jamie Potter, had a very friendly and understanding personality. He worked sincerely with me to make a deal work for me, same with the finance guy. The vehicle was well prepped for delivery and since purchasing it everyone has been receptive of my questions and been very helpful. This experience makes me look forward to many years of satisfaction by returning to a Toyota.

I had a great buying experience right from the start. Jenny let me know I could put a refundable deposit for the vehicle I was looking for. She then put me in contact with Dylan who went above and beyond and found me my dream vehicle in just a couple days!! Got everything done with the help from Ryan and I was driving home in my 4Runner the same day I went down to make the deal! Can t recommend this dealers enough!! Thanks everyone!!

We are so happy that we went with Romeo Toyota to get our 4Runner! We worked with Jamie Potter throughout the process and couldn t be happier! We were committed on a 4Runner and Jamie communicated with us through the process of allocating one that fit our needs and wants. When they got one in that we loved, Jamie promptly ordered the wheels that we wanted to make this vehicle our dream car! Jamie and the Toyota team were patient with us while normal life demands got in the way. In the current market, we were concerned about payments. Jamie and the team offered us a variety of options and found one that was in our price range. They were even very considerate with our trade-in value. When it came to picking up our new 4Runner, Romeo was very flexible with us and worked with us through a titling issue on our trade-in. Jamie had our new 4Runner ready to go with the new wheels put on and the registration was completed and insurance transferred! I could not recommend Romeo Toyota enough! We will definitely be back when it comes time to trade in our next vehicle!

Romeo,I purchased a certified used 2020 Toyota Tundra. From out of state, I had great communication with my sales rep (Lauren). Anything I asked for she followed through on (she was great to work with). The process of purchasing this vehicle was on par, but was disappointed with spending nearly $50k Romeo was not flexible to negotiate on price or simple add ons. Those little things really show the extra effort in making a positive relationship/ transaction between buyer and seller. After purchasing the vehicle it took several weeks for delivery of this pickup truck. Im nobody important, however streamlining that process could definitely help the next guy. Overall the people I worked with were fantastic but the real substance when making a vehicle purchase like, a little give and take on the final dollar or improving the delivery timeline would really mean something for the next family.

Kudos to Stefan VanZyl and to Lauren Wittenberg! I could not be more impressed than I am by their attention, patience, thoroughness and attitude and Honesty.I did not purchase a vehicle that was new nor top of the line. However, Stefan and Lauren were lovely to me and provided answers - genuine hard answers - to all of my queries.I would - without a doubt - return to this dealership if and when another vehicle may be needed.I also feel tremendously reassured by everyone s honesty and with the knowledge and trust that I can call them anytime without hesitation.

WOW! where do i start, Alex took care of my journey to acquire the car of my dreams! The best part was the amazing experience I've had here at Romeo Toyota! From the managers to the mechanics salesperson and finance, all of the employees have shown me how special this place is. Best car buying experience in my life. I have been to several car dealerships and this was by far my best experience. Everyone in the store was willing to help me. I specifically worked with salesman Dylan Emery, he was personable and always had a solution to my questions/requests. I typically dread going to dealerships but Dylan was able to get me in and out efficiently. I got all of the information I needed and I left with a smile on my face, thank you!

Lauren W. gave me the best experience and tackled every situation in a time sensitive manner. At one point the Tacoma I wanted got stuck at the port and Lauren knew how much I needed a new truck so she spent a handful of time calling dealerships to trade with the one that was stuck at the port making my truck arrive a week later. I was so in need of a truck, Lauren went the extra mile and secured me a rental for the weekend I had an event and needed towing. She seems like she LOVES a challenge and 100% went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be sending all of my friends and family Lauren s way. I love my truck and I know the color I wanted wasn t easy to come by but Lauren made it happen. When I arrived for pickup Ryan walked me through it all and made me feel extra confident with explaining all the financial details. Thanks so much Lauren and Ryan. You rock! We had an excellent experience at this dealership with our sienna. I was able to make a speedy appointment and got in and out quickly at the time of the appointment. Our second key fob was programmed and given to us at no charge as well as a free 5k service.Danielle was very professional and polite. I couldn't be happier with the service here.

Lauren was the absolute best. I have never been treated with so much respect and a none pressure approach to sell me a car. She created a very comfortable atmosphere that fostered a very congenial relationship. I will seek her and the Romeo group for my next car purchase.
