Romeo Toyota s Service Department is second to none! It is easy to schedule appointments with them online or over the phone for routine services. If you have an issue that requires immediate assistance, they can usually find a spot for you. They are also able to do virtually any repair; big or small. They have nice courtesy cars available for overnight or longer repairs. Danielle has consistently provided great assistance in servicing my vehicle. All the members of the Romeo team also do great work for their customers. If you have a Toyota that needs servicing stop by Romeo and you won t be disappointed.

Danielle Kana helped me today while I waited. I brought my SUV in without an appointment because I got a nail in my front passenger tire and I had a slow leak that was causing me issues. Thanks Danielle and team Romeo Toyota for great service! I bring all my family vehicles here and this is why. When you need help they take care of you!

3/13/24. We were pleasantly surprised when we called for service on our Tundra this morning and able to be scheduled that very afternoon. Naomi assisted us at the service department when we arrived. She was knowledgeable and efficient. She offered information on upcoming service needs that we could do this day or on another trip there later on .no pressure! Everything explained to us thoroughly. We opted to get things done to avoid a future trip for us. Parts were ordered right away that were needed to repair our tailgate and she set up an appointment, that fit our schedule, so we could get that work done as soon as possible. She explained everything to us in detail. She did a fine job for us. Thank you!!

My check-in process at Romeo Toyota is always handled by Larianne, who is pleasant and helpful. She explains the work that needs to be done and answers my questions. The service provided by her and the technicians has been reliable for years. If there are any problems, she keeps me informed. Had to get new tires and Romeo Toyota has a buy 3 get one for $1. Got good all season tires mounted, balanced and installed. And also got alignment and car drives smoothly, quietly and straight as an arrow!

My customer service rep, Danielle Kana(236), was very concise and knowledgeable, telling me what services needed to be performed on my Rav 4 and why. She took the time to explain the service costs and what coupons I could use and discounts. I give my service experience today 5 stars!

Absolutely made my day!!!I came in to ask a question & I went to Danielle Kana at the service desk, I had been in several months ago and she was very helpful. I came in because my maintenance service notification was going on in my car and it was only 22,000 miles when my next check was 25,000 miles..On my last visit my service contract was over and Danielle told me about the price of another two year service contract.She gave me her card & a flyer w/ the price that was advertised. At the time I was not prepared to pay for it so I told her I would come back and she told me that I could still get the price of $349.Today, I just came in to ask about why my Maintenance notification kept going on? She looked at my account, and she told me that my contract was up and then she said we are having a sale through March on that two year service contract that I was thinking of getting. She proceeded to tell me it was $100 less than what she had told me several months ago. I was thrilled!!!!I signed up that day for a two year service contract, which I paid for that day, and I couldn t be happier.Danielle was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to me as a customer. I am always a little hesitant when I don t know much about a situation. Danielle guided me through, & made me aware of the best deal & I liked that!!It turned out to be my lucky day!!! To add to it after I left, I came back to ask her if someone might be able to put my car registration in my window because I just couldn t do it without messing it up because I have kind of short arms. ( )She said I could do it! and she came out and when the scraper that I had was not good enough, she went back in and got one that worked better and completed the job!! BRAVO!!!!!!!I left quite happy !! Danielle Kana in my opinion is a wonderful customer service representative.! Scheduled my 2021 RAV 4 for service and my plans changed so I requested an earlier appointment. Danielle Kana was my service advisor and not only was my car taken care of earlier than I d hoped, she made me aware of a $249 prepaid maintenance program that was offered in March that included 3 oil changes and 5 tire rotations over 2 years. I do a lot of driving, 78,000 miles in 28 months, so I jumped at the opportunity to save some money. The service dept mechanics have always provided great service and the advisors have been very accommodating whether we needed a loaner vehicle when one of our Toyota s was in for work or working with us to schedule appointments at our convenience. Best vehicle service and staff, thanks Danielle! that I have ever experienced!
