I love this store. Better then any other auto part store. They actually help u and the guy there I talk to for a half hour and got a print out of all Torque specs for my truck and all the oils increases that my truck takes as far as fluids. This is a very good spot and it's definitely better than autozone. Advanced auto or Napa auto parts. Plus they have better deals.

These guys were great from the start. I was trying to replace my battery and my sales person Clint was eager to help with the quote and more determined to do the install. My over all rating would be 10 of 10 and I would add that I called back after the initial quote to ensure my understanding of the process and price was correct....no surprises in anything at all except for how great everyone was willing to help get it done with minimal effect to me

The paint guy Josh helped me out for a few hours when I went here. He really made sure I got the color I wanted and generally made my experience here really good. Only downside is that I wish the aftermarket selection for certain parts was better.

I love coming to O'Reilly Auto Parts store. The staff is extremely helpful, always there to answer questions and show you where parts are and everything in between. These guys rock. The prices are good Plus for me I get my veterans discount which is always helpful. I used to shop at the other guys but I I only come here now.

First of all where are all these stores coming from and why did we need more corporate parts stores popping up in addition to the 50 plus that we already had within a 25 mile radius. The advanced auto, auto zone, car-quest, NAPA and other corporate parts stores that are everywhere in addition to all the dealerships with parts departments, and all the locally owned businesses in this industry that we have literally everywhere wasn t sufficient? This review is based on a recent experience with this company though where they refused to even attempt to provide basic support for a product line that they are authorized resellers of. I was trying to get a fastener kit for a Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver that was missing and necessary to install the receiver. It is almost impossible to get from the manufacturer since they provide resellers like this with the resources to handle situations like this and are not equipped to handle millions of calls for missing fasteners or minor replacements or warranty claimed that should be handled in store by the resellers. So with products like that, if the resellers don t do their job and just sell the products and take your money and then refuse to help with issues that arise later on, you get dumped on the manufacturer. And since the manufacturer structures their distribution so that they have these authorized resellers in place to handle these issues, when they arise and the resellers refuse to do what they re responsible for and expected to do by the manufacturer and the consumers to do, you a pretty much screwed. Local small businesses wouldn t refuse to provide basic support for their products like this but corporations like this can get away with it. They just said they didn t have it in the system and refused to direct me to a department with technical knowledge to help any further. So then they leave you hanging without even a reference number or part number to look up the replacement fastener kit and the manufacturers provide this information only directly to the resellers along with the resources to resolve these minor issues. If you stock and sell the product lines, you also stock replacement parts or provide resources for customers to get them when needed. It s just the right way to do business. These big corporations are above that though I guess.As an authorized reseller for a product line like Draw-Tite, the retailer is responsible for maintaining data and documentation that the manufacturer provides to them which empower s the retailer to practice solid businesses principles by assisting customers who need support for the products or need to buy replacement parts or who need assistance with any other low level product support or technical information. These corporations get away with just refusing to fulfill those obligations as a retailer because we let them and we have gotten used to it and normalized it but it s not right.Support Local Small Businesses!! Instances like this need to be pointed out to remind us of the value that small businesses with experts who care about their field and take pride in their business provide to their communities. We need to support them while there are still some left or soon it will be only corporate outsourced call centers in India to turn to when we need product support.

This store has a full paint and body supply section. They were able to mix up a perfect match to touch up my car! Everyone was very friendly, so I went back when my battery kicked the bucket.It was frigid outside, and I was just going to grab the battery and install it myself, but the staff offered to put it in while I waited. Knock yourself out guys! They had it installed in 10 minutes and I was on my way.Knowledgeable staff, good store!

It is a great auto parts store! Their staff are wonderful! & very helpful too! Their prices are reasonable! & they have most anything you want or can get it for you! I would most definitely recommend it when you need something for your vehicle!

Went into my local shop. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and hey I needed a windshield wiper for a 2001 GMC Jimmy. Got what I needed quickly right back out the door thank you to the young gentleman who helped me out

I was having trouble find coolant for our Audi and went to O'Reilly's in Queensbury. They didn't have on the shelf but the manager came over help. I told her what I was looking for and she said some out back and said I wanted 2. She only had 1. She searched their database and found some another store. I paid her for 2 and the other one was waiting for me when I got there.A quick look around left me with impression it was well stock and organized.

O'Reilly's for the win. I needed a coilpack for my pickup last minute and they had it. They even set it aside for me when I called so I wouldn't have to wait around when I got there. Always great service at every O'Reilly's. This is no exception.

Been in here 3 times recently. Same salesman. My mistake. Each time he had no clue how to help me find my part for 2 different vehicles, yet I went across the street to Advanced auto, had my part and was out of the store in minutes. I gave them 3 chances more than I should have. Absolutely terrible customer service this clown doesn t want to help, he doesn t want to do any research. Never going back!

O'Reillys rocks it!! I'm so glad I'm not stuck going to Advance in SGF or taking a trip to Queensbury anymore..This place has so much more inventory on the shelves than the competition, and it's good stuff too. I'm a steady customer until something changes, & I hope if they make a change, it'll be for the best.

When asking general life expectancy/mileage questions on certain car parts I was given non-anwsers that weren't helpful whatsoever that were deflective of the question asked.For a specialty place, I'd like expertise and insight to find the product that would best suit my needs and to remove some of the headache that comes with just firing away googling mountains of text.Otherwise a solid competitor to Auto Zone with a rare option for custom paint jobs.

I had an emergency so to speak and I spoke with Nate who works there and he went above and beyond to be at work early to pull my part and have it waiting for me when the store opened, fast,friendly service and if there is a problem, they will not stop till there is solution! ********** 10 stars!
