My Wife and Son were only suppose to look at used cars and the next thing I know the calling me to set up the insurance. The walked out with a 2017 Santa Fe. We had a little problem with the SUV the first day but they took care of it right the spot. Ranita was very professional and friendly. She makes you feel like your part of the family. I would recommend carriage trader to everyone. Very pleased and will be back to buy my car.

My experience with Carriage traders was great! Saw a 2020 Dodge Durango RT that I loved. I went in, test drove it and Ranita Belair got all the info for me and I got the car the same day. Highly recommend Ranita as your consultant!! Very quick and made everything super easy.

My Boyfriend and I were referred to this dealership by his parents, Our car had broke down once again (2011 Nissan) and we were just ready for an upgrade! Ranita provided amazing service. We expressed to her what our needs and wants were for a car/price range and she was able to find us this beauty! I absolutely adore this car. I recently went with Carriage Traders when it was time for a new car and I m so glad that I did! Not only were they timely, responsive, and helpful; they were extremely kind and enthusiastic about the process & finding the right car for me! It was all hands on deck, with every person that helped us doing so with great attention to detail. Special shout-out to Jared Woodell, Steve Sax, & Kevin Collins for their knowledge, expertise, and genuine care that has gotten me into my new vehicle! I recently just purchased a WRX from carriage traders. This would be my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. The sales person, Alex was incredible! He helped me with all of my questions and concerns, was super knowledgeable and super nice. He still calls to make sure everything is going good. He definitely should get a raise. I just had a tremendous car buying experience at Carriage Traders!!! From start to finish the entire process was very pleasant. Jim and Kevin were very helpful and Jim went out of his way to make everything very easy. And they are just two of the awesome folks working in the South Glens Falls location. The whole experience was faster and easier than going through a McDonald s drive thru lately!The car, a Chrysler 300s, is amazing and beautiful!! Ranita Belair was very personal, friendly, helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she got me approved quickly. I would recommend her to be your salesperson. I am now driving Ford150 crew cab. I am very happy and pleased. Thank you for all your help for making this happen

My wife and I had to quickly find a suitable truck for a new business venture and we contacted Carriage Traders. They normally have an extensive selection and for all capabilities. We also wanted certain features that were not easily found and especially in the current market. Their sales associate Cyrus enthusiastically took on the challenge and he went out of his way to locate several suitable options. He was responsive, patient and focused on taking care of us and we never felt pressured. Cyrus located a truck within their network and Jared the sales manager found a way to bring it to us after making a deposit which was highly appreciated. Carriage Traders is service oriented as I could tell by the way we were treated by both Cyrus and Jared. We will continue to purchase our cars from this locally owned families business.

Long story short. I was in need of a vehicle. Spotted a little Chevrolet Spark. Made a call, did a test drive, and in 3 days was driving off the lot. I must say Ranitajean Belair was awesome. She answered all my questions and made the process smooth and stress free. I also want to give a big shout out to Kevin Collins in the finance department for coming in on his day off to finalize the sale. What a team. Definitely will go back to Carriage Traders.

We had the best experience. Ranita was amazing to work with. I had my 2 year old daughter with me the whole process. The whole dealership was very accommodating. After we officially bought our vehicle she even left goodies in our new truck for my daughter and I. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle from honest people. I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.

August 2023 my husband traded in a car with 2 sets of keys. He asked the sales girl about 2 sets of keys with the new car. She says yes, no problem. When we didn't hear from her we called to inquire. She said we can't get another set of the keys. We the customer have to go to the dealer of the brand of car we purchased and we will be reimbursed for the key ($119.00) and syncing ($192.00) to the car. We submit the finished job paperwork to be reimbursed by Romeo Carriage Traders. They can't cut us a check right then so they are going to mail it to us. We call to say we haven't received the check yet and Brooke says it was mailed out for $149.00. My husband inquires why $149.00? Where did that come from? She says I don't know I only write the checks. We go there to work it out. When we get there, Jared Woodell raises his voice, says we were rude and we are done! You're done! So we raise our voices because it's been since AUGUST and we are getting the run around. Mike Romeo comes out and escalates the situation by yelling at us, the customer for raising our voices and being upset., instead of finding a solution. He proceeds to threaten us by saying he is going to call the cops! Then he accused me of calling him a swear word which I did not say but probably should have under the circumstances. I can't believe this is a reputable business. This is not our first car we ever purchased. Over a key! I can't imagine if it was more serious or a kid buying his first car or an elderly person that spent all their money on the car and not enough funds to fix the problems that arise and Romeo Carriage Traders left you hanging! Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Do not have a vehicle serviced here. They replaced an engine for me and the transmission went bad less than 100 miles later and claimed it was just a coincidence. They also admitted to charging me for 5 units of transmission fluid but only using 1. Very dishonest repair shop. Stay away. Just because I couldn't prove it doesn't make it true. You also admitted to basically stealing from me charging me for 5 units but only using 1. I wonder how many more customers you did this to so you could improve the bottom line.

Was in need of a new vehicle asap and found a 2015 Wrangler that I had set my eyes on. Within just a few hours after test driving, I was taking it off the lot as mine. Jim Gallagher made the process fast and simple with no fuss or any pressure, and I've already recommended him to a few people interested in a new vehicle.

100% pleased. Matt was very professional and courteous. Very glad I purchased the extended warranty, and it went thru flawlessly. My only issue is with the vehicle. Not mechanical, rather underlying rust. 2016 Chevy Silverado. It's my fault for not looking closer, but dealership should not have had truck for sale on lot. Outside nice. Underneath fenders, rocker panels are in terrible shape. Again that's on me for not looking closer. But service visit was smooth and good.

OMG! Jim Gallagher at Carriage Traders is such an amazing human! Seriously, I just was planning on looking at a car... And salt the one I was interested in was on hold. BUT I told Jim what I was looking for and he brought me over to this even better choice!!! The crew at Carriage Traders was about to get the finance I needed... Gave me a super good deal on my trade. I've never had such a positive experience.Certainly planning on going back in the future! If you need a new to you car, it's well worth the trip!!

You can spin it anyway you want to make yourself look good but the fact is you were obviously not willing to help with the key, otherwise it wouldn't have gone on for 6 months now and we would have the full amount! You could have avoided the whole situation by providing good even sub par customer service. Still have NOT received the correct amount! You only have one thing correct and it's my Husband is a nice guy!

Ranita was amazing I wanted a truck to pull a camper but was debating because I needed the extra room my SUV had. I needed a vehicle that could toe 6000 pounds at least. Ranita went and did a bunch of research and came up with a vehicle with a 3rd row seat and had the towing capacity I needed. I arrived there at noon with my old car and left with my new one same day delivery. When it s time for another car I will definitely be going back to Ranita at Carriage Traders

You must be careful here. Failed to repair our air conditioning in a car we bought in the winter. ( no way of being able to check it when we bought it. ) this should be 2.5 out of 5 stars.
