They fixed my back drivers side door that my daughter backed up into. The door looks great and the paint job look good to so I would recommend them for that service. You can't even tell that the door was replaced and painted. I have a pearl white color and the car is only 6 years old. The issue that really bothers me is about 30 days after picking the car up the top roof molding on the same side that they painted was missing. Called them to tell them it was missing and they took no responsibility. There is no way that a roof molding that is clipped in would have just randomly fallen, on especially one on the same side. A new one from Toyota is $200.00!

Had someone back into my 3 month old car. Was sent to bodies by jay to have the work done, it was a simple bumper cover job. Got the truck back and there were runs in the paint, high spots with no paint on them. Bumper wasn't even aligned right. I went back talked to Jay the owner and he said "there isn't much i can do about that" on all the issues. I didn't have time to argue so i had to come back the next week. I dropped it off, pointed out all the issues. Got a call two hours later saying it was done. Go to pick it up and all they did is use some touch up paint on the spots that where missing paint. I can not afford to keep dropping off my vehicle for nothing to get fixed. If you have a 5 year old car and don't mind sub par paint work this is your place but, if you want it to look like it never happened go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

Don't bother getting an estimate from this place because the estimate means nothing to these guys. They just give you a low price to get you to go with them and then when you show up to get your car they try to charge you double what they originally said with no warning whatsoever. I was told if I dropped my car off on Sunday the work would be done Monday and I could pick it up before the close of business. It was getting close to 5pm and no one had called me so I called to check and was told they wouldn't be able to get to it until Wednesday! You'd think they would want to inform their customers that they'd be without a car for half a week?! Wednesday I get a call that now they're not going to be able to get to it until the weekend so I can get it on Monday... so a day turned into a week. I show up with my credit card to pay for the work and miraculously the price doubled and they no longer accept credit cards despite me specifically asking about cards the week before. These guys are crooks. STAY AWAY!

Don t waste your time .I See why Glens Falls Toyota recommends them. They re just as bad . Said Work was done , problems from the beginning . Sprayed over pebbles still on my car so they had to re-do. Dust left through my whole car when given back to me . The worst part was the gas cap door kept popping out everytime I slammed the door . After 3 times there never really taken care of . Sad part is I moved out of state , stopping several times to close . Recently emailed Jay with pics of See this is what I deal with everyday dropping my grandkids off for school. Only to ask if he would cover the repair. Here in the south . Nope , tried to say it s covered on my insurance , Um last time I knew you got paid already and didn t do the job right . Sad to see so well known and can t live up to the so called rumors It s such a great place to go to Thanks for proving yourself wrong !!!!! Don t waste your time people .

We broke down just past Exit 27 Southbound on the Northway on Saturday evening. Caleb came to our rescue and was thoroughly pleasant and careful with not only our car, but also with my husband and me! He towed us all the way to Fuccillo Hyundai in Schenectady which was a long haul, but he was very polite and even made a pit stop for my husband.Service: Car towing

These people prey on the uninformed. $518 for a 5 mile tow from Hudson falls to South Glens Falls. Stay away and call your own tow truck company.

Called for a service of a jump start a kind citizen beat this company to the punch I tried to pay him half the service fee for his travels and he threatens to assault me find better drivers

In recent months I purchased 4 new tires and had a full exhaust system put on my blazer. Each garage attempted to get me to have additional work done. The last garage informed me that I had extensive rust on the undercarriage and that they could give me a quote to have it fixed. I declined. I have to say, I have Florida plates and I was in upstate NY. I decided to go to Bodies by Jay, in SGF, and get a quote to have the undercarriage sealed (I believe that's what you call it). I didn't have an appt. I simply stopped by and asked if someone could give me a quote. I waited maybe 5 mins and Jay came out and said "Lets go have a look". He got under my car, looked around and informed me that I did have some rust but nothing major. No holes or anything that needed to be addressed yet. I was shocked! He also made the comment that since I lived in Florida, I should be fine for awhile. How nice to have an honest business owner that wasn't out to make a buck off me. Thanks to Bodies by Jay......Keep up the great work!!

Initial quote was exactly what the cost was, they warned about possible hidden damage and I was notified that the cost might increase depending on what was found underneath. No additional damage underneath and my car was fixed quickly without hassle. Looks new again. Thanks

Only reason I'm giving it a 1 star is because it was outrageous pricing to have my car towed and have it only sit on the lot for 6 hours for me to pay $300. But the guy came on the weekend to let me get it back instead of it sitting there longer and costing me more money.
