One of the best places I ve been to, talked to Jonathan Goldman on the phone. Everything was so smooth, great customer service on the phone. I was coming from out of state, so we got everything figured out on the phone. Less than a day we got all the numbers and the next day I drove out around 3 hours to go look at the car. I was welcomed in to the dealership with open arms! Everyone was so kind and friendly, super professional and made me feel super comfortable. Checked out the car and went and did the paper work! Very easy process and amazing customer service. Thank you all at Volvo Glen Cove for making my experience one of a kind. I had connections with all of the employees, everyone was so kind. Great prices and amazing people! Definitely check them out!!

We bought our Volvo here last weekend and ever there was genuinely nice and helpful. Jonathan was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked a lot of questions. He showed us options and was never pushy. He seemed to really enjoy his job. Everyone else we interacted with was the same way. It really was a pleasure and we ll definitely be making our way out to Glen Cove for any service. Highly recommend!

Horrible, sold me a 18000 miles 2019 s60 cpo. First 3 months car has sunroof issue. Take it to get fixed. 6 months later the car dies bc sunroof leak killed electrical. Took them 1 week to even look at car after tow. They Have audacity to ask me for 2500$ to fix. Avoid at all cost. The service desk worker tara is very rude and can care less about service she provides. The car didnt even last till the next required maintenance date. Also didnt give loaner car or offer one even as time passed. Lemon cars! After they charged me 1000$ and gave back car, the doors had damage on lining.

First time I m at the dealership last Saturday and leased xc 40 same day. Very smooth process from the beginning to the end with sales consultant, Dennis and sales manager, Craig. My wife was so happy to have xc 40 with the dealership. Also F & I manager, Stephen was great for the easiest process to close the deal. I will recommend this dealership if you re looking the people who really care about your time and what is the most concern when youre driving your car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glen Cove Volvo is one of the best Volvo dealers on Long Island, my s60 had tons of issues from check engine lights to other inconveniences. Through those times the sales and service department helped me alleviate all issues with my car. They have a great service department that fixes all my car issues when they come up without hesitation. This is a place where I can trust what's being told to me, and nothing is more important than trust.

I had spent about two weeks in a nightmare trying to find a reliable used car and I was so stressed out when my boss finally referred me to Jonathan at Volvo because he said he knew he would take care of me and that he wouldn t try to scam me like almost every other person who had tried to sell me a car. Jonathan turned out to be not only honest and straightforward but his personality really put me at ease and he got me into a car I loved. My whole experience there was great and although it was a dealership I really felt like I could ve spent all day there (especially because of the Cappuccino machine lol). The other members of the team that I did meet were friendly and professional as well as efficient and they got me in a and out as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this dealership as I truly never had such a pleasant experience at one before. I felt so relieved and happy driving home. :)

I got my 40k service done this morning and when I left the dealership and drove about 3 miles down Glen Cove Road, my tire pressure light came on and I heard a loud scratching from under my car. I thought I had a flat or something but the incompetence of the service department shone through and they forgot to secure the brake plastic engine splash cover. Like absolutely no screws to hold it up, it was just secured with this small lips that go into the underside of the car. I had to stop 8 times (no exaggeration, I swear) to try and secure it temporarily so I can drive the 3 miles back to the dealership.After spending $900 on a routine service and a NYS inspection, the least they could do was the bare minimum and make sure everything was back where it was supposed to be and fully secured.The service manager was apologetic, but offered me nothing for the inconvenience and effort to come back.Chances of me coming back here for ANYTHING is very, very, VERY slim.UPDATE 3/14/24 - I tried to give them a call back, and left a message for the GM on Monday since he was in a meeting (as I was told). I have yet to receive a call back.

Business Manager, Annemarie was exceptional. She was quick, courteous, patient, and willing to look into every option for my financing needs. I was able to go in, buy my car, and leave the same day.Sales Consultant, Bernie was terrific as well. He s a well polished veteran that will provide great information, as well as comfort and conversation. His presence truly makes you feel like you re at home hanging out with a good friend.This was my first time buying from a dealer or financing and I honestly couldn t be happier with the result and experience. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. You can t go wrong at this location.Btw, I love my new ride!!!

Like many others who commented in the past I would be cautious about buying or leasing from here. They sell lemon cars. The general manager is rude and condescending. I am up for a renewal on my xc90 lease and they attempted to lease me a new car with an accident while trying to hide. After I confronted the general manager he made up some story and confirmed the fact that they wouldn t report on carfax etc. I strongly believe that employees representing Volvo should represent the brand, this has a KIA dealership feel to it. You will not get this treatment at BMW, Audi or Mercedes.Update: Management commented that I was made aware which is a complete lie. I just wish businesses took the path of integrity, owning up to their mistakes and making things right for their customers. The salesperson actually apologized meanwhile management is promoting bad business practices for their employees and business.

Do not buy a Volvo from this dealership.I purchased a preowned 2020 XC90 with a warranty about 10 months ago. Then Brought it in for regular maintenance service at the dealership in July. I should have known better than to trust them.First issue- my car had a slow leak in right front before service. Since they were rotating the tires I didn t mention figuring they d see it when they balanced the pressure. Got the car back. Paid for the service and guess what still leaking same tire. They charged me and never performed the work.Second issue- car started acting strange in hybrid mode. Banging sound in the rear and slow to accelerate. Since the car worked fine in AWD and the dealership only has 3 loaner cars the first service I could book was a month away.so I took the appointment.About two weeks later at 10am my car clunked and lost complete power while in the Belt Parkway while driving in 55mph+ traffic(a turtle signal and engine light). Luckily I was able to drift over to the shoulder. I called Volvo on call and they called a tow. 3 and 1/2 hours later I was still waiting on the side of the road in queens. A woman alone! Thank god it wasn t night time. Whole incident very scary when you realize how vulnerable I was from a safety perspective.When I called the dealership to let them know I didn t have a ride a women in the service department who handles scheduling told me Don t come here. We can t help you. You need to get a ride home but you can t leave the car unattended I had minor children in school that rely on me to pick them up and no local family. so I had to scramble to get someone to help me. I ended up posting a review and a manager called me immediately. Don t worry he told me we will reimburse you for the tire rotation. And your car will be a priority when it gets here so I took down my review to give them a chance. I paid $100 for an Uber ride to a rental car company. And am paying $500 a week for a car on top of my $800 a month car payment for a useless car.They have had my car since that Friday and I called today after 4 days of silence. The service manager who is responsible for my car told me we haven t looked at it yet when I pushed back she said there are many undrivable cars here currently. We don t know when we will get into yours . I can only theorize what she was admitting to me was that apparently Volvos aren t great quality cars. And they are overloaded with problems. It s been a truly unbelievable experience. It s as if I m in an Abusive relationship. After a lot of research I have found many many issues of power failure in this model.Do not buy a Volvo and definitely do not buy from the Glen cove NY dealership. Awful!

My Volvo comes this place fixed two times first time charge me thousand more for change the little pie ,second time charge me 2000 more ,olny three months together . The third time charge me more money for the same problem why ? So I quit .still charge me 250 for service charge .they don t know how to fix why keep charge me money but is nothing warranty. (Only two week the happen again )Nothing help this place.they just need your money, maybe this place only for rich person.

Did NOT enjoy how I wasted my day off due to a defective battery on a brand new xc60 that I leased less than 7month ago. Check engine sign out of nowhere followed by airbag signs. Asked for loaner and they said it will have to be 3weeks in advance. I got this car due to safety features Volvos were known for, with malfunctioning warning signs doesnt make you feel so safe anymore so I had to bring it in asap. I expected a luxury car line as such will have services that should match, of course I didn t see any.I was told that checkup might take upto 3 hrs. I decided to wait. After 3 hrs I had to get up to the service desk again to find out about status of my car. Only to find out defective battery might be the cause so it should take another 3hrs and change for this to be completed. Meanwhile I don t recall receiving any apologies for the inconvenience this new car and the situation at hand was giving me.Well this will be the first and last Volvo I ll try. Disappointed with the car, plus the service.

I am so disappointed with this dealership. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. All they care about is making a sale and could careless about customer service post purchase. Beware. They sell lemon cars (a car with significant defects or malfunctions that make it unsafe to drive) and then expect YOU to pay for it. Also the staff is rude and unpleasant to deal with post purchase. The shift in energy once you buy the car to when you need it serviced is insane.If you do end up buying a car from here, good luck. You ll need it.

I had a problem with my car and brought it in for service yesterday. Candido Varas was so helpful. He stayed with me after the service dept closed until my son came to pick me up. We ve leased or purchased 3 Volvos from Glen Cove Volvo since 2017. They have been an absolute pleasure. They actually delivered our last two vehicles to our home. We never visited the showroom. There s no car salesmen BS here. They re straight forward and all about service and repeat customers. Craig, a sales professional and internet specialist, is exceptional. We swapped 50+ emails about specifications, before looping in their finance specialist, Deron who was equally accommodating and professional. Never a missed reply, never any pressure, just nonstop professionalism. Their delivery specialist, Samantha, was a pleasure and Craig actually allowed them to use his own vehicle as the chase car to bring Samantha back. We don t even live in Nassau anymore and we still buy from them. What else needs to be said.

I am having a very frustrating experience with Volvo. Feels like I am being scammed. I turned in my car and it had a chip filled in lower part of the windshield.. 0.1 measurement and they are trying to bill me nearly 1k for a new windshield. I did my due diligence and filled it in! I proved it to them and still they are saying windshield should be perfect. The car was in MINT condition, under mileage and still had new car smell! Leasers beware!!! Disgusting practices!

My wife and I went in to inquire about pricing for a XC60. Our lease wasn t up for another 8 months. We walked out with a brand new 2023 XC60 Ultimate. Craig was great to work with as well as the overall team at Glen Cove Volvo. Craig gave us a great price on our trade in and for the XC60. My wife and I were very happy with the service and the car is great.

Amazing cars, amazing service. Dennis and the staff were very nice to me throughout the whole process. He went through every feature and anything I could even imagine about the car. At first I was iffy on if I d be happy with it but 2 weeks into the purchase and everyone in the family loves it. I have a newborn and the air suspension in the XC90 recharge makes it almost soundproof on long drives. Absolutely love the car and the staff is amazing. Thank you guys!

Quick sell !!! I saw the car and after 30 min it was mine . Semi was really kind and professional.Only one thing I didn t like , they don t accept loan from outside bank but they give me a good rate from Volvo bank .Overall great experience!!!Highly recommended!!!!

Recently purchased my first Volvo from here and I have to say everything was so easy and painless. We dropped in without an appointment and honestly we were just browsing and didn t think we would go home with a new car. From the start we were appointed to Alec, he took down some basic information and right away he took us on a test drive. We had a budget in mind and let me tell you he worked hard to meet us in the middle and a deal was made just like that! He never once pressured us or tried to sell us something we didn t want. I have to say my experience here was a very positive one, big shoutout to Alec!

Jonathan was my sales consultant and did an amazing job with clarity of vehicle description and getting the transaction finalized. 100% would be a repeat customer as it was the best car sales experience I have had. He even sent off with a plate of food for the drive home.

Jonathan G could teach a master class in customer service. Jonathan guided me through every step of the car buying process making it frictionless. I also appreciated how knowledgeable he is about Volvo products including the minute details of the car and Volvo financing. Jonathan is a master of his craft and puts the customers best interests first. I can t say enough good things about Jonathan and highly recommend him.
