We had a great experience with Joe and his team! Joe was very diligent and showed how much he cares about the work they do and giving customers great service. He explained any questions we had and made sure we understood the work our car needed. Our paint job and ding fixes turned out excellent and our 9 yr old car looks basically new! We are very happy with the result.

Joe and his team were incredibly fantastic. I drove straight there after my car was hit and was immediately taken care of, from putting the claim in to getting into a rental and having the repairs done. I would 1000% recommend this shop to ANYONE!!!! If you need repairs done with precision and care go to Titan Auto Body in Glen Cove.

I have been to many places to fix my car in the past.. but never received service like i received from them. All i can say is Excellent ! The price is kinda expensive. But then again they did the job as the cost is unlike other places. I went for a small dent and paint job for my car. I was very scared about the painting part as i had bad experiences before. But they did a really good job. They matched the paint very well. They even helped me with the insurance claim. Great service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This body shop is amazing!!! I got into an accident and brought my car to Joe and his team. In 2 quick weeks they were already done!!! It came out amazing, looks like a brand new car. If you want great quality work Titan Collision is the way to go.

From day 1 to completion of the repairs, Dino, Joe, and team are top of their class in customer satisfaction with incredible attention to detail and customer service. From Dino working the phones with the other insurance company to Joe and his detail team making repairs on the car, it was a pleasant customer experience. They handle everything and put your mind at ease. Only the highest recommendation.

My car was involed in a hit and run. I took my car to Titan Collision and was very pleased with the work Richie did on my Nissan vehicle, it looked brand new. I had my car fixed after an accident. It took less than 4 weeks to get it done. My car is looking brand new as if it freshly came out the dealer. I am very happy about the service I received in this place and to top it all, I received a complementary free complete car wash. Joe, the manager was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

This is my second time to send my car to Titan for repairing .. again, I am very satisfied their service, this time , they changed new front bumper for me and owner successfully gained new OEM bumper that I prefer for me from insurance & set it up onto my car perfectly !It is unfortunate to get a car accident but it is fortunate to meet Titan team led by owner Mr Joe !Thank you , Joe !!Peter

Brought my car in to repair my door that was hit by someone. Well Titan Collision did a phenomenal job and getting a new door, my car looks BRANDNEW. They went above and beyond, cleaned the inside, the outside and fixed a few minor cosmetic scratches. And the customer service is 5 star Thank you Joe and your team for bringing my baby back to life and in better condition!

Brought my RAV4 in after I was hit whilst parked. Richie and Joe got the adjuster in quickly and got me back on the road in no time. The car was completely detailed when it was returned and looks fantastic. I was in my first accident today. I was really stressed out and confused on the process of contacting insurance and getting my car fixed. I was recommend to go to Titan Collision and when I called, Vicky was so warm and understanding. She assured me that they would help me contact my insurance and get everything squared away. When I arrived at the business, everyone was so kind and helpful. I was a ball of nerves and stress, but they eased all my worries and helped me figure everything out. I had a great encounter with Experience Collision. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was in an accident and I was referred to Richie from Experience Collision to help with the repairs . He made the process both easy and reassuring. They helped deal with the insurance companies and provided a rental car. They worked very hard to get my Jeep back to me as quickly as possible and that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Richie from Experience Collision, if you are looking for a auto body shop on Long Island. I had a great experience with Experience Collision. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit while at a red light in early October. Based on reviews, I decided to call Richie from Experience Collision to help with the situation, and he delivered ! He made the process both easy and reassuring. First they helped me deal with the insurance companies, then based on my busy schedule actually dropped off a loaner car to my house and took my Jeep back to shop. They worked very hard to make sure I get back my Jeep ASAP and that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Richie/John from Experience Collision if you or anyone you know are looking for the best auto body shop on Long Island.

What a lovely and wonderful team they have there at Titan. I showed up on an insanely rainy day and everyone was so gracious and helpful. The staff were very friendly with my daughter, giving her markers and paper to draw on to help distract her. They got the car done in the estimated time, and were helpful with the insurance company. Considering how stressful it was that my car got hit and how worried I was about getting it fixed, I feel lucky that we found a great place. I was referred to Titan by my Toyota place once they realized I needed body work. Hopefully I don t need them again, but if something happens to my Rav4 again, I will definitely call them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car is my baby .Rich and his crew did a top notch job after I got into a collision with a hit and run driver.The whole process was seamless. They handled it all from the rent a car , dealing direct with my Insurance company and the finished product was perfect.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you guys. From the minute I called the repair shop to the time I picked up my car, Richie made the process seamless with no stress. He was patient with my numerous questions :). What an amazing experience (pun intended) with Experience collision in Glen Cove! My wife was involved in a sideswipe hit and run accident (she's ok). My boss gave me Richies number to get her CX5 fixed. He was fantastic from start to finish! I shot him a text to let him know what happened. He had the car picked up from my driveway and brought to the shop. He also worked directly with State Farm to get it taken care of. Had the car back in 2 and a half weeks, and the a week of that was just waiting on the claims adjuster. Richie even offered to drop of the car and pick up the rental to return it to Enterprise! Top notch service all around!!! It's a company I hope I don't NEED that often, but I will use every single time and would refer to anyone and everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was extremely impressed at the quality of work they do at Experience Collision in Glen Cove. My Alpha got hit on side bumper parked right outside my house. Harri at Gold Coast Maserati told me that s where they send their cars, so I went there. My mouth dropped when I saw my car!!! My baby!! Looked amazing!! Richie, John, and the rest of the crew.... I have a tocoma TRDpro 2021 lunar rock color, I was scare to take the truck to another chop to paint the front bumper, I wasn't sure if someone else it will able to match the color.I drove a hour to get there, I meet with Richie the manager, he told in a few days your truck is going to be ready.2 days later my truck was ready.They match color perfect.Good job guys.

I am writing to voice my opinion on Experience Collision. My Chevy cruise was hit while parked in front of my place leaving my car unable to drive. A friend of mine recommended Experience and it was a pleasure from the first phone call to them. Richie & John went above and beyond making the process both painless & comforting. I live in Coram which is an hour away from Experience, they actually dropped off a loaner car and took my car on the same flat bed bringing it to shop. They were also very involved retrieving the police report to expedite the process as well. I highly recommend Richie/John from Experience Collision if you or anyone you know are looking for the best auto body shop on Long Island.

John and Richie are phenomenal and the only body shop that I would use and recommend others to use for their daily drivers and even high end exotics. My dad had a few fender benders over the years and John and his crew did an amazing job each time on his BMW. Experience Collision offered tremendous customer service as well as professionalism in working on my 2020 Defender. I had a body panel with peeling clearcoat. Got a few quotes from local shops, among which was Experience. John from Experience was courteous and professional. The clearcoat and the paint on the panel were both expertly redone. The job was done to my satisfaction, on-time and at a good price. The car was even waxed before being returned to me. I couldn't be Happier with all the guys at Experience Collison, Richie, John & Pat were amazing and the results speak for themselves. They made every thing really easy for me from the pick up & tow to the rental car and got my truck back to me faster than I had expected! I hope I never need body work again, but if I do wouldn't use anyone else other than Experience .

Best experience ever, excellent body shop and very good people, job was done perfect also car was detailed before delivered, will always use them for anything. The body shop is own by new people and they really know what they doing, they are specialize in luxury car ( Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini Porsche and more ) and as well they take care oder brand car, I dont know what is the bad review that was left on them but I am assuming it was left to the previews owner.You will be not disappointed, I highly raccomand them.
