I realized that not all Lexus service centers provide five-star services but Rallye Lexus Service Department sure does!With the friendly and professional attitude of James (general service manager), my visit to resolve my ongoing problem from another Lexus service center was fully taken care of without any hassles. James's friendliness also made me consider Rallye Lexus as my future dealership for my next Lexus vehicle purchase. I would like to thank James again!

Great service. Went to get a side mirror replaced and Mike was amazing. He kept us updated on the process and pricing along the way so he was sure everything was agreed upon. Everyone there was courteous and the repair was done so fast. Highly recommend!

Rallye Lexus IS absolutely the best place to take your care for service.. I have been to another Lexus places for service and they call a thousand times short of Rallye Lexus.. the staff is very professional and s caring.. they call after you pick up your vehicle to find out of all your issues were addressed which says a lot.. they go above and beyond to make you satisfied they are very accommodating to your needs and provides great snacks.. love, love, love them

I ve been coming to Rallye Lexus since 2006. I currently OWN my 2nd LEXUS vehicle. I currently have 141,000-miles and it runs like a well-oiled machine. This location is sooo professional with outstanding Service Consultants.Mike Reidy was the MASTER Service Consultant for my 11/8 service. He came in on his day OFF to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly. The dedication he has for his customers is AMAZING!I would definitely recommend this location for all your LEXUS service needs.

Best Lexus service experience out of all. Got my first Lexus from Rallye, can t expect more from an imperial vehicle dealer family. Hoping to get more amazing experience from Rallye, also I recommend to pay a visit if you consider buying as well as servicing a Lexus around LongIsland, NY.
