Service department scratched my brand new car I took in for inspection and they are pretty much ignoring me now. It's been 2 weeks, plenty of time for them to make this right. Will lodge a complaint to Subaru of America in another 2 weeks if not remedied.Inside is so crammed, I'd be surprised if there aren't more cars that got scratched. This is one of the best car dealerships service departments that I've had my vehicles serviced with. Mr. Albert, the service advisor he is just great. He is knowledgeable & caring. It's a real pleasure knowing & having my vehicle service by these folks.

I brought my car in for service. That part went fine. I also had damage to my side mirror (got clipped while parked in Brooklyn), and got a quote to replace. I paid for the new side mirror and was told it would arrive in 2 weeks, and they d call me then to schedule the repair. Two months went by and I never heard from them. I ve since called multiple times, and every time the service department is closed. I speak with someone each time who either tells me to call back (ie they refuse to leave a message for service) or they assure me service will call me. Service never calls me back! They took my $400 and ghosted me. I ve never experienced a less professional service department associated with a major brand (Subaru) ever. I don t have words to explain how insane this experience has been. I will never return here. I don t even know what I m going to do about the $400 they stole from me.Update: I drove over to confront them in person. When I arrived the receptionist who hung up on me was literally watching YouTube on her phone. I spoke with the service department who told me they can t check their voicemail and it s been that way for years. Also, the receptionist works for sales and they too would like her fired. Eventually, they comped me the labor to compensate for the inconvenience. Honestly, I feel bad for the service department. It sounded like this dealer isn t supporting them appropriately broken phones, unaccountable receptionist, etc. I d like to return, but not until I m confident these very basic things are supported.

Love the service guys! Always friendly, informative and helpful! Although there is a service location closer to where I live. I still prefer to drive out to Glencove to have my car serviced there!

Timely courteous and professional. They never sent my car back unless running in phenomenal condition. Staff went above and beyond without hesitation. They double and triple checked everything.
