I brought in my 2019 Outback to the service department. Everything was outstanding from start to finish. Albert, with whom I dealt mostly, was awesome! He put me at ease and reassured me that everything would be fine. And it was. He had a loaner waiting for me and dealt with my problem in a timely fashion.I recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.

We had a great experience at the North Coast Subaru. We went in to get a certified car and left the place with our first Subaru - Forester wilderness thanks to wonderful people . They worked with us to get us more than what we needed in and around the budget we had on mind . They know how work with you . Definitely in favor of the local community . Thanks Joshna and James .

I have both of my Subarus maintained here and always get great service from Albert Thurmond. Most recently had work done on my 2016 Forester. Albert always recommends the most reasonable and necessary maintenance for my cars. He also provided value added services like a loaner car, 10 pt inspection, a car wash, and took care of other smaller nuisance problems as well. I would not have my Subarus serviced anywhere else but North Coast. Albert is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with.

I travels 25 miles to Glen Cove because they were highly recommended by Consumer Reports.I met Frank DeJesus who held my hand thru the entire process. He is kind and no-nonsense. He did not try to sell me anything I didn t like or want.He is such a good sales person, he gave me all the explanations I needed, with patience and kindness.He made sure I understood everything. I was comfortable in the new vehicle. Set me up with the electronics and got me all connected.It was refreshing to work with a salesperson who knows their business and product so well. Too many salespeople do not know what they are selling.If I could give home 10 stars I would-you should add that option!

North Coast Subaru is a great place to buy your next new car! I recommend this place highly. The sales rep Joshna was extremely professional, helpful and knows her Subaru's! The rest of the staff is pleasant and professional as well. If you are looking to buy a new car, especially a Subaru, I recommend going to North Coast Subaru..you won't be sorry you did!

Bought a car with a super helpful sales rep named Frank Dejesus. Very patient, explained everything at each step of the conversation and ultimately purchase.The finance guy Alex also very helpful and patient, explained warranty coverages and service options.Definitely plan to return when it's time to replace our second vehicle.

Joshnai was amazing. She not only got me the newer model of the car I had goneTo see, but she also worked hard to get me the monthly payment I wanted. She was very professional and very friendly. Easy to talk to. She authentically cares about a customer getting what they want. She s not there just for the sale. She made the car buying experience, less stressful for me. If you re ever in the hunt for a car, I would definitely recommend you go see Joshnai at North Coast Subaru in Glen Cove.

Subaru North Coast is a small dealer compared to others in Nassau County, however, they have a great selection and awesome people. When I saw the car that I wanted in their inventory, I read the reviews and noticed that Joshna was praised by several customers. I specifically asked for her and from the get-go, she was terrific, friendly, and overall professional. Transparency and unbiased recommendations are important when buying a car, Joshna answered all my questions, and concerns and provided suggestions that I never even considered. She was great with communications where we exchanged text messages for Q&As and even arranged to pick me up at the Glen Cove train station. Ask for Joshna when you visit this shop! Alex, the finance guy was helpful as well and provided me the information I need to ensure I have the proper coverage. Make sure you read the "Details" under the website price as there are additional disclaimers to take into account and consider. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase and would recommend NCS.

My salesperson was Joshna, who really knew her stuff. We were looking at the Soltera and came close to buying it but unfortunately bought another car. That would never hesitate me from recommending Joshna and North Coast Subaru to anyone. It was a really great experience.

I bought a 2021 RAV4 xle from the north coast Subaru. I had positive experience dealing with the sales team lead by Joshna and her manager Andri, both highly professional and also very reasonable. I came to the dealership for a specific vehicle that was advertised online. This car was available upon my arrival and the condition was as described very accurately. After a short negotiation I landed in the accounting office, where I was given further guidance and useful tips (regarding insurance and warranty) form a very knowledgeable accounting manager named Alex.

Shopping for used cars. Advertised prices here look great! That's until you read the fine print. Those great prices are after you give them an almost 2k down payment. Why can't car dealerships just be upfront about pricing and fees? It seems deceptive to me. BTW this isn't the only place that does this stuff so beware folks!

I was recommended to this dealership to specifically work with Joshna and she made me feel very welcomed as soon as I walked through the door . Our conversation followed perfectly and it felt like I knew her for years . I bought my dream car and she made me feel very good about and also received a GREAT deal . She s the best and deserves a raise !!!

My son was searching for a preowned vehicle for months, and we saw one online at North Coast Subaru, and we dragged ourselves over there figuring it was going to be another dead end. We were helped by the lovely Joshna who was, beyond belief, such a joy to work with from start to finish. Even when we ran into some in evitable snags she literally held our hand and helped us get through it. This is my son s first car that he worked and saved for and we were able to get literally everything we wanted. Every box was checked off and he now has a beautiful car that we feel so safe having him drive. Joshna became our friend and made his dream car a reality!

I had the best experience at North Coast Subaru. Some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff in the buisness. I ve been visiting multiple dealerships and the staff there by far gave me the easiest and most honest experience. Right now is not an easy time to need a new vehicle but because of the dealers at North Coast who were willing to work with me and my budget I am confidently able to be in the car of my dreams.

I recently had to deal with this car dealer and would like to share my experience. I called three times to reach someone who could tell me the actual price of the car, but they never returned my calls. On the third try, I spoke with Frank. He was very nice and was ready to help me with the out-the-door price for the Prius Prime. He even made a video call so I could see it, as I am located in Minnesota. However, it still took one more day to get the price, even though I had requested it a few days ago.The car's cost on the website was $21,578, but I was told to pay $26,000, even though I was supposed to take delivery and not register it in NY. I refused this offer as it was too much. Several days later, on 8/23/23, I received a call from the company. The representative, whose name I forgot, offered me the chance to attend a 3-day sales event. He said I could get a discount on all cars and wouldn't leave the dealership without the actual car. He tried to schedule an appointment and sent me information, but he never followed through. I declined to fly there since getting round-trip tickets for the next few days isn't cheap.I asked if I could have a phone or video call with the manager to discuss the final price. He responded that the manager doesn't prioritize such 'clients,' so I would have to show up in person or get nothing. He hung up on me, clearly not caring. Would I consider buying something from them when they don't value remote clients? No way.

Literally THE best car buying experience we ve ever had. Our sales advisor Jayson was amazing & found us the car that s ideal for us. We feel respected, supported here & would recommend him & this place most highly.No gimmicks, no double-speak, no pressure & he followed thru every step until we left in our new car.We had already been told at 5 diff places that what we wanted wasn t available at our price range. Yet he found it. The right vehicle w/the options we wanted & even the exterior color.Each person here treated us like family. Alex in finance was so helpful in explaining & nice - it took ALL stress out of the experience.

By far, the absolute best!! After some horrible experiences, I was apprehensive. But Louis was patient, informed, and just a really great guy. I was treated with respect and kindness, which I have found to be completely absent in car dealers. I got the car I was looking for in my price range. No "bait & switch." Just the car I wanted at the price it was advertised for. I'm pleasantly surprised! And happy!!

Everyone in this dealership is so kind and transaction is super easy and quick.My salesman Jayson Townsend prepare everything before I arrived dealership to pick up my 2022 outback. Biggest mistake was giving this dealer my contact info. I have already expressed i am no longer interested in buying a vehicle! On one particular day i was called THREE times and today is about the 5th day in a row i received a call. I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to the Internet sales manager, she was apologetic and said i will no longer receive call which was the same thing everyone else said to me.
