As a single female, I m normally intimidated by anything car related and the guys here (Mike, & Ricky) truly treated me with such respect, explaining everything, let me watch, charged such a fair price (did not try to upsell/scam/like other places that see a woman) they took me in last minute for a much needed oil change and I would highly recommend them.

I went to Mavis for a tire replacement and couldn t recommend this place more! Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The tire replacement itself was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this spot for anyone in need of any automotive services and I will definitely be returning for any future car services

Russell is the best manager they have ever had at this location. He is honest and doesn t try to tell you things are needed when they aren t. He is efficient and does great work for fair prices! Top notch customer service.

Prompt and excellent service! I dropped off the car to check the TPMS system, for an oil change, and to check my brakes - which were in dire need of maintenance. Mike went above and beyond in replacing the brake pads and rear rotors, at a very reasonable price, and kept to his word that the job would be done the same day - he and his crew worked until late in the evening. The car drives like a dream now and I can t thank Mike and his staff enough.

For starters, The manager who assisted my spouse after they were closed over the weekend, I m very grateful for the help for changing the worn tire and placing the donut on. As for today s visit. I was very satisfied with how quickly I was attended to and help with the replacement parts needed to get the car running back to par. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I will be bringing my business there more often. Thank you guys for all the help I really appreciate all the hard work you guys do.

These guys are really helpful in understanding what s wrong with my car whenever I come to them.The manager snd great and is very honest when it comes to all the things my car needs. Anytime I put off one of his recommendations he was right. Get services done sooner rather than later! Definitely recommend this place and love their services.

Went to Mavis while closed & Kevin helped me with no issues at all with my light out , fixed it no problem. So nice and helpful. Great guy!!!This afternoon my boyfriend and I went to Mavis because we got a flat. We just had these 4 tires put on in oct with warranty. Mikey was at the front desk who helped us at first who was so polite and helpful and Russel and Ricky as well. This is the best Mavis around!! Friendly & super helpful !!

Mike and Russell are your guys to go to! They got the job done quick and didn t hurt my wallet like I thought they would. They know how to take care of you when others apparently couldn t.I started to lose hope with mavis over a few prior visits to other locations (3 separate locations had 3 separate groups of morons). But I don t have to worry about that anymore. I found myself a Mike and Russel!

I have used many different Mavis shops in Queens and Long Island over the years. I have used his shop in Glen Cove on Forest Avenue a lot. I recently had a problem with a tire on my kids car and had the good fortune to get help from the manager Russell. This fellow could not have been more helpful, polite, and professional. He went beyond what I expected and had my problem figured out and fixed on the spot. The young mechanic that was working with him, I don't remember his name, but he was also great. If you deal with Russell you will get an honest treatment and good advice. He's a hard worker obviously and seems to be constantly hustling around the shop and is on top of things. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful experience! Russel , Moises, Rj were all fantastic and worked very quick, all the while getting me the best deal on 2 front tires! Will be returning in the future and i suggest you do the same!

I came in for a flat tire and an oil change and Moises and Russell were super helpful! They explained with detail what i needed and were able to tell me when i needed my next oil change with a sticker like any other place would (which my last mechanic lacked in doing and didn t seem to care when i pointed it out to him and never reset my sensor). I highly recommend going to this location and ask for Moises or Russell :)

Great service and very clear on what had to be handled with my car. Would recommend anyone to come get their car checked out here. * Unfortunately, even though the service has been good, the way both Russel and the a new hire handle communication with my family has been very poor. Customer service has been poor over the months since I last left my review and that is a big factor in terms of whether or not I return to a business. The final nail in the coffin was when they conveniently misplaced my tire, after getting new tires, two days after service and were unable to even negotiate a solution for the inconvenience. Giving bad news gracefully is a skill and Russel does not have that nor does he care enough about one customer to go out of his way to fix the relationship. The standards of the shop was incapsulated right there so I promptly let him know that I will never return to this business ever again. What a shame.

Awesome place very helpful all the time for those quick fixes and just overall great people definitely appreciate having them some so close so I don t have to make those pesky trips for those simple car repairs and also they help you price match and try to get you right price for the work you need !!
