Thanks to the amazing team at Land Rover, Glen Cove... I have a VERY Happy wife! Buying a vehicle from 500 miles away is not always easy. But, Joe Heppler and David Garcia walked us through the entire process. Our Range Rover arrived last night and was even more beautiful than the pictures they had sent us. The extra time and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. I've purchased 46 vehicles over the year and this was by far my best experience with a car dealership... Thanks Again Guys!- Matt & Abbe

This is my 3rd time that I purchased a car at Land Rover. Out of all experiences I have had, the best experience was at Jaguar and Land Rover Glen Cove, NY.With every car purchase, the most important thing is the work and dedication of a front line of the company (sales person) and I was fortunate to work with Anthony Yanes who did an outstanding job from the first initial contact until the purchase was finalized. Communication, convenience, knowledge and trust was there from A-Z.If you are planning to buy a car at Jaguar and Land Rover Glen Cove, I strongly suggest you reach out to Anthony!

I bought my 2023 Land Rover Disco Sport here at the end on 2022. Danny Lebron was great to deal with, very nice guy. This is my second Land Rover, and after this one I ll buy a third Land Rover. I wish I could recommend more past that After being quoted $500 for an oil change from the service department, and them taking a year to satisfy the We Owe - I don t think I ll do business with Glen Cove Land Rover in the future. I service my car at local shops that charge between $100-$150 for an oil change, and I ll buy elsewhere next go around for a smoother process.

Anthony Yanis was very very patient with me. He really was awesome and so helpful. I was so comfortable taking my time deciding which car I wanted and was able to stay with me until the end of the whole process he s definitely my salesman for now on. I will send all my family and friends to Anthony he was just fabulous what a sweet man.

Vinny was a pleasure to deal with as was the whole dealership. One of the nicest cleanest facilities I have seen to date. My daughter bought a used Range Rover and they treated her like royalty, including unveiling the car in front of her, which made it an exceptionally special event.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony Yanes at this dealership, and I must say he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was thorough, hard working, and did everything he could to get the deal done. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and made the process as smooth as possible. Not only did he make the deal happen, but he went out of his way in his spare time to make the purchase beyond easy.In all my years of purchasing cars, and I have purchased over a dozen, Anthony has been by far the best I have ever dealt with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always had my best interests at heart. If you are considering purchasing a car at this dealership I have worked with a handful there and I can without a shadow of a doubt highly recommend seeking Anthony out. Omg beautiful place. I was a former employee so I was granted full access to service department, parts department and sales floor. Wow, bring your All Your Rover and Jaguars here for service and any issue. They will and always will try their best to repair it and always make every effort to satisfy customers. This is from an employee that was employee that had the pleasure of working for their company for twenty years.

Worst experience ever with this dealer. I buy 2-3 Range rovers per year and this dealer couldn t be bothered. They are asking 30k over markup and that s pure gouging. I was interested in a hybrid RR they had in stock and they could care less about building a fruitful longterm relationship all about a get rich strategy quickly. Ray Catena in NJ, Princeton Land Rover, New Rochelle .all sell at MSRP. Choose a dealer who wants to build a long term relationship - this place is horrible.

Eric Howard is the Service Director at this dealership. His lack of empathy & working with the public leaves little to be desired from the company who employs him. I took off a half a day from work unpaid to go down to explain and show him @ his request my concerns and when I arrived he was too busy to meet with me and I was told my concern was a wear a tear item that would not be covered however this item was not even replaced less then a year ago... Range Rover Sport SVR amazing but I had many expensive issues that after warranty was over too expensive to fix... Only lease dont buy

Land Rover Glen Cove is by far and away the best Land Rover dealership I have ever dealt with. Stan and the service department are the absolute best and the ease with which they get my vehicle in and out quickly and accommodates me is unparalleled. I would come back to this dealership just because of him and the amazing service department.

We had an exceptional experience with Land Rover of Glen Cove. From the moment we started a dialogue with Jonathan Markovican, I knew we were in good hands. Jonathan made the process simple. He coordinated the transfer of out of state vanity plates to the new vehicle and delivered to car to Southeastern Connecticut, a 3-hour drive from the dealership! The entire process took less than 4 days. I would highly recommend the dealership and Jonathan.

They called me to tell me they had a Range Rover come available. Only catch, they want 35 thousand dollars over sticker. When I asked her why they are robbing consumers, she told me there is someone else always willing to pay and then hung up on me. Worst Land Rover dealer I have ever encountered.

Love the new showroom.David James is an excellent sales representative. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.I have purchased several vehicles with him. He takes his time and goes over all the car details and wants to make sure you will get the vehicle you re looking for.He also keeps in contact to make sure everything is going well, and encourages you to reach out with any questions you may have regarding the vehicle.

I have been familiar with Eric Howard for many years with all of my Land Rover service needs. He's an amazing service manager and always does an amazing job and takes pride in his work. He introduced me this time to Nicole Romano as my vehicle was involved in a hit and run fender scrape. All of my interactions with her were incredible and seamless. This was LITERALLY the best service/auto body experience that I ever had in ALL my years of driving. She knows the landscape very well with all of her years of experience. From the moment I met her, she made me feel very much at ease and I truly felt taken care of as I was in very good hands. She totally handled everything that had to do with the claim, coordinating with the claims manager and the adjuster. She arranged for a loaner car with Enterprise that was also seamless and went without a hitch. Overall, something that is usually very stressful, time consuming and cumbersome was actually pleasant. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and is the consummate professional. It was well worth the trip from Manhattan to work with her.

Worst customer service ever. Online 0 help. No call back no emails 2 weeks and nothing. Online reservation confirmed but no one ever showed up and no one called. We will never go back to these people ever again!!! Sales man lies through their teeth. 0 star.

Having bought and owned nearly 10 Range Rovers over the past 15 years, I have experienced many different dealers as well as service departments.My recent experience with Land Rover Glen Cove has been the best yet.I purchased my latest Range Rover without ever setting foot in the dealership. I had my heart set on a British Racing Green Range Rover in their inventory. Danny in sales did a great job answering my questions via phone and even delivered the car to me.More recently, Stephanie in the service department exceeded my expectations.LR Glen Cove provide a true white-glove dealership experience commensurate with what customers expect on the North Shore.
