My experience was great! I did everything over the phone because i had to drive a distance to pick up the car. My Sales Representative, Vincent DiGregorio was awesome. Vinny listened to my concerns, and offered solutions that got me in the car I wanted. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Working with the Finance person was great too. I think his name was Matt. There was no pressure, everything was explained, and they worked fast. They presented my car in a way that made the moment special, and even gave me a tutorial on my cars features. I forgot her name, but she was great too. It was just an overall great experience. I would certainly buy from them again.

The best dealership I ve ever been to. Lovely and warm staff who go above and beyond to help resolve issues, highly recommend Anthony Vitale in sales and Jennifer Rosario in service. They have lovely display of snacks while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced and a beautiful waiting room to keep you comfortable as they tend to what needs to be addressed. We even were sent a video of the amazing mechanic John Evan s review of the issues.

Dan Lebron was amazing with every step of getting me my dream car. He even want as far as had it transferred from another dealer to the location I met him at! I couldn t have been happier with the process. Leslie walked me through every step of the car, between what ever button does to setting up my Jaguar phone app. I would highly recommend these people!

The dealership was wonderful, Johnathan our salesman was very polite, honest and knowledgeable and courteous. The sales manager Josh was also very friendly.. We bought a new 2024 Jaguar F-Pace the same day they made the entire experience effortless We would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone interested in a new Jaguar the best looking SUV We love it!!! I was searching over the last few weeks at a multitude of dealerships in the hopes of finding one without all the hassle that comes with buying a car. Seemed like an unreasonable expectation, but that wasn t the case when i stopped by Glen cove Jaguar. I personally dealt with Anthony Vitale, and i couldn t be more appreciative of the help he offered. He was honest, kind, and more importantly he was quick with getting things moving along, when most experiences are dragged on and excessive. The car speaks for itself and surprisingly, even with how much i love driving the car and all that comes with it, it comes second to the service that was provided to me by Glen Cove Jaguar and Anthony Vitale. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into a car

EV I-Pace began to fail and then recall happened and Jaguar had my car for six months working to find a fix. Misinformation leading to disappointment. Car returned to original dealer where purchase price was eventually refunded. Service follow up from Jaquar corporate poor, uncaring and no follow up. Buyer beware.

I walked into the dealership with very low expectations since I was already a Ranger Rover lessee and was having tons of issues with the vehicle and no one had been able to help me. I did not have an appointment so I wasn t sure if anyone would even assist me. Danny Lebron one of the sales associates was free and offered his assistance. He listened to my ALL my complaints and frustrations and immediately offer to help get me out of my current lease so I can have a vehicle that I would be able to enjoy. He is very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He put my mind at ease by providing different options on how to have a working problem free vehicle to drive home in. If all your sales associates are as caring, professional, knowledgeable as he is you guys are in great shape. I also had the pleasure to get the assistance of Leslie Andino. She offered plain and simple but very useful information on how to navigate all the new features of my new vehicle. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. I drove home in a 2023 Range Rover Sport and I love it. Thank you Danny Lebron and Leslie Andino for the wonderful experience.

I purchased a Jaguar E Pace with the Glen Cove dealership and I have to say I was incredibly pleased! The process was smooth and seamless; I never felt pressured. The rates and financing process was easy. Then various people at the dealership took care of EVERYTHING from handling my old plates, to showing me all the features of the car, to ensuring my every need was met. I felt very comfortable as a relatively new car owner and everything was explained to me in plain English while ensuring I paid a fair price. Excellent customer service!

First time here for my mother's F-Pace V6, Stan the Service Tech was really friendly and helpful. I actually came a day early for my appointment by mistake, but he fit me in, and recommended the right service which saved me some money. No wait, got a loaner quickly, and was in and out in ten minutes, which was awesome. My family has owned four Jags/Land Rovers, and used three dealers over the years, so far this one compares very favorably.

I had a very pleasant buying experience at Jaguar of Glen Cove. I was thrilled to find a Jaguar XJ in stock. Sara was fantastic. We did all of the paperwork over the phone and I picked up my beautiful new car the very next day. Matthew in finance had all of my documents ready to sign and was a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the entire transaction.

My experience couldn't have been any better. Kristina was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. And the guy who showed me everything in the car was amazing as well. Very knowledgeable. In the future I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them. Highly recommend

Excellent service department! Got a check engine light (these things happen!) and went online to make a service appointment. I got an appointment in 2 hours! Was quickly checked in by Cynthia my service advisor and by Melanie the service assistant manager. Great service as they quickly checked out the vehicle and determined a bad O2 sensor was the culprit. They changed it and updated a bunch of software items and I was back on the road the next morning! Pleasant people and smiling faces! That's what customer service is all about! Keep up the great work! Thank you!

The sales guys (Bill James in particular) is amazing! He goes above and beyond to get you what you want down to last detail. The service center on the other hand is horrible. If you go there ask for Cynthia she is only one who will explain stuff to you. Forget about the loaner situation and the valet guys are the worst especially George. Make sure you don't go on a day that's raining. They will leave you standing in the rain for at least 5 minutes even after they say the loaner or your car is ready. I had Stacy (valet manager) size me up, laugh and said nothing is available take what we have or that's it. I went there with a range but left with something half its size. They don't like brown people!! My husband was checking out a sport car and a older white man forced himself between my husband and the car then leaned on it so he couldn't look at inside. Now I see why most brown people drive other brands. I am sorry I purchase the vehicle I should have leased. I gave 2 stars only because Bill and Cynthia are nice and helpful. 2 stars for the only people in the place who actually cares! Here is an update! My husband took our car for service and Devin the service manager demanded we take the post down when my husband refused Devin gave him back our car and said we should go elsewhere! Well sir I definitely will! I reached out to Dawn waiting on a call back.
