I have been fortunate to not need the services of a body shop for a long time. Due to a parking lot incident, I needed repair my rear bumper. The experience from beginning to end was amazing @ Flower Hill Auto Body. The staff that greeted me , the staff who worked on my car,all the way to when I picked up my car was not only done highly professional, they were all so friendly and comforting during the whole process. You will not find a better auto body shop around. The quality of work matched the quality of customer service. The constant communication during the whole process was very proactive and I never had to call to find out where the repair process was @. You will thoroughly enjoy your experience and it is amazing how you are treated by everyone. The rates to repair additional dings and bumps that I had from parking at a parking garage @ work was extremely fair. I did not recognize my car @ 1st. The details that also include a full interior detail & cleaning was an unexpected surprise. I Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Flower Hill Auto Body. Ghaliya is an expert in customer service and car repairs! She makes the insurance process simple.The amount of communication through the repair process is so great, I always knew what was going on. She had me in a rental for as little time as possible and back in my car as quickly as possible. Their work is spectacular, my car looks new.Highly recommend!!!

Flower Hill Auto Body made the process of repairing my car super easy. They were super accommodating with my schedule. They keep me updated throughout the entire process and was very informative regarding the repairs. They were observant of every detail and made my car look brand new. Special shoutout to Melissa, who was an angel to work with. It was easy to reach her and she did a great job communicating with me during each step. Flower Hill did an excellent job repairing the damage to my car from a fender bender, all of their paintwork and replacement paneling are good as new, however there was a small defect in one of the plastic trim parts. When I pointed that out, they replaced the affected part and threw in a detail job all for free, just because I had to come back for them to make the fix. I was impressed with how much they cared that I was happy with the work and for that reason I highly recommend. Furthermore, their relationship with my insurance company and the manufacturer made the process go very smoothly.

If I ever get into another car accident, definitely bringing my car here again. Flower Hill Auto Body made the process easy and simple. They completed my repairs from an accident and other cosmetic work I was pushing off within 10 days. They even send you a link to complete forms digitally and status updates through text. They are easy to reach by phone and would call if something was needed. One of the most honest and nicest people you can meet. 10/10 recommend using them. Shout out to Melissa and Ghaliyah!!!

As a retired auto mechanics teacher, of more than 36 years, I can say without any hesitation Flower Hill Auto Body is without any doubt the only place I would recommend for repairs! They are the BEST.The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate.You won t be disappointed with the quality of work or knowledge of Flower Hill s staff.

At the top of a Very long list of plus are top quality work, no detail is missed when repairing your auto; great communications all through the repair process; knowledgeable, friendly and makes sure you are part of the entire repair process.We would not take our automobiles to any other place than Flower Hill Auto!

They even were able to assess my car and preorder parts so that I could continue using it while awaiting parts. I highly recommend Flower Hill Autobody. Melissa was terrific with communication. Our car was hit by another driver, not terrible damage, but enough that needed repair. The other driver s insurance covered all the costs. Melissa, again, made all the arrangements through the insurance and rental car. Ed also was kind enough to stay after hours so we could pick up our newly fixed car before a long holiday weekend.

Repairs are done right and to the upmost quality. During my service I was NEVER manipulated or treated with dis-respect. Their entire staff is top of the line. I highly recommend Flower Hill..my truck looks better then it did when purchased new inside and out! Flowers Hill stuff are really love what they do and it reflect on the quality of job perform and customer experience throughout the process. I was informed almost daily on the status and progress and they always answer my questions and concern to full satisfaction. Truly recommend them for your collision repairs. They fix my Tesla and not many places can do that. I hope not to visit again :-) but if I will have to, this is the place to go.

I don't think I can say enough about my experience with this body shop. From the very start I was greeted by Ed and Ghalia who truly made this entire process seamless. They were extremely pleasant to deal with and offered true professional service. From setting up a rental, to dealing with insurance companies, to the actual repairs. They literally sent me a text message explaining each step of my vehicle's repairs which was awesome because it kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and were available to answer any questions I had about the process. Finally, when I my vehicle was finished the bodywork and paint was immaculate. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flower Hill Auto Body to my friends, family or anyone that needs work on their vehicle.
