I can t say enough about the job that Jan at Elite Coach Works did for me with my Suburban. I got sideswiped and got screwed on the insurance payout that didn t really hold the other person responsible enough to cover all the damages financially. Jan knowing I was going to have to come out of my own pocket to fix the truck was more than fair with the price and the truck came back looking amazing as in you can t even tell where the damage was. He went above and beyond and always stands behind his company s work as well. Andrea is always pleasant as can be, making you feel like you re at home when you re there. I live on the south shore but will only bring my vehicles to Elite when I need any type of autobody done on any of my vehicles. I highly recommend them for your autobody needs as well. Thanks again Jan, your company is truly ELITE!

Jan at elite coach works is amazing. I have used him for a couple of jobs on my car already and he is the only one I will use. He is fair and honest and does amazing work. Today after I left work and went to pick my son up from school my car felt like it was shaking my check engine light was flashing and it felt like my car was going to cut out. I called him and he told me to bring it by. Expecting that I may be out of a vehicle for a day or so I called my mom to use hers. And instead of paying for a cab his office assistant Andrea offered to drive me to pick it up (thanks Andrea). I received a call from Jan around 730 saying he was done and fixed the problem! I cannot thank you and your team enough for all your hard work, efficiency, accomodations and communication. I highly recommend Elite Coach Works to everyone for anything! This is definitely one of the few mechanics that are honest and will not screw you over. There isn't a word to describe how wonderful my repair is. They replaced my bumpers after a minor accident in December. The secretary ANDREA kept me updated on any and all details. She called the insurance company for me and took care of everythingMy car looks brand new againAnyone needing body work done on their car should use this place. I will never go anywhere else for body repairs

I have always gone to Elite for the past few years. My Toyota Corolla has had major work done to it and my Focus Electric has had some minor work done. Each time was great - service and price.

Have used for 10+ years, everything is always done correctly and with care. From restoring the undercarriage of my 1967 corvette to blending quarter panel/bumper replacement on a BMW M3. (and more in between)

Recommend Elite. Andrea was so helpful and responsive. I was impressed with how nice and thorough they are and will definitely use them again.

I am very familiar for the shop for I had three cars restored by themthe Excellency of work that they provide is second-to-none they only give you 100% when they work on your cars and everything always comes up perfectsometimes you need a little extra time with the car but trust me it is worth it cuz the job comes out ten times better what blessed to have them in Glen cove thank God we are truly blessed to have them big shout out to Jan jaguar and all he they are the best
