What an excellent hassle free experience. I was in need of new wiper blades and Jim at Advance Auto was kind enough to search for a hard to find wiper blade and then took the time to make sure they fit and installed them. I was in and out in 10minutes. I've owned over 25cars in my lifetime and have been to dozens of auto parts stores. This was the first time a sales associate took it upon themself to find a suitable solution and ensure they fit rather than point me in the direction of an aisle and tell me what model to look for. I highly recommend this location.Excellent customer service!

Best thing to do is check the internet price first a lot of times if you're on Advance Auto Parts website you can get the part cheaper than if you walk in the store so you can purchase it online have it delivered to your store same day and pick it up

this advanced auto parts needs employee training ASAP every time i call to place an order it feels as if they r doing me a favor not very friendly..... i get it you dont have to smile or be super nice on the phone all the time but at least lets be polite to each other you know thank you for doing business with us hope to hear from you soon

Hey Jim! Remember me!? The guy you wouldn't let return the AC charge he NEVER used because "who's going to buy it like that"? I understand there was no zip tie on it holding the house together but for me this was a simple fix. For you however, it was so very difficult to comprehend. Either that or you are very stubborn and stick with your original answer of NO. Even though I explained to you countless times and it seemed like you knew I was right, but u had to carry on about how nobody is going to buy this now because a simple zip tie was missing. I imagine advance auto just throws ALL their returns away. Bc if they can't figure out how to put a zip tie on, boy, they must have real trouble if someone returns something with an open box.I was in this store for 15 minutes. Not a coworker in site. The place was so quiet, you could hear all the mice. I was looking for some help for my air conditioning, but nobody was there, not even Jim. So I figured it out, all by myself, I'll buy this one I said, as it had a tester as well. So if I didn't need the refrigerant, for my ac. I would know bc of the tester. How great this will be!So I never used the product. I just used it to test to see IF I needed the product. Big difference.But guess what Jimmy!?I got my $60 bucks back!!! I got a zip tie, placed it on the can, snipped off the excess and made it look just like new. Nobody will know, Jim, I promise! Maybe you guys should invest in some zip ties bc me and the 4 cars I have at my residence will NEVER go to advance auto again. I guess you were protecting the bottom line for this mega Corp publicy traded company worth 3.6 BILLION. Trying to rip people off in this day and age is despicable. Maybe you need to hire someone just to process returns as im sure there's much waste.So anyway, if you want terrible customer service, avoid Jimmy at all costs. He will end up costing you more in the end. Especially if there's any issue whatsoever with the part you buy.

If I could give this place less then one star I would. I don't like to write these reviews in fact I could count on one hand the amount I have written. But I have had too many terrible experiences from this place. From waiting forever for someone to get behind the counter to actually having what u need. I have gone to get parts for my car and had to go back three times just for them to get it right. It's over priced and you could order the prt you need on Amazon and get it just as fast as they could for half the price. Stay away stay far away.

Do NOT go to this location. This is by for the WORST customer service I have ever experienced which has been reported to the CEO Tom Greco. FOUR TIMES I had a person go there under my instructions on what to do for the car battery issue they were having and these were the excuses.1. Didn't know where the battery was.2. They did not know how to test the battery.3. They were too busy and didn't offer to wait.I lastly deemed everyone here to be severely incompetent so I instructed to just have them look up the battery she needs and I'd install it.......AGAIN......did NOT KNOW how to look up the part in the system. This is place is a joke full of LAZY workers that will do whatever it takes to lessen their work load. I wish I was there for the battery test because I can almost guarantee that because she was a woman, they didn't even touch the battery nodes and told her "sorry not getting a reading".....ALL because if they HAD got a bad reading they would have had to work and change the battery. Good Luck when the CEO calls.

Absolutely terrible customer service, First off they tried charging me more than what the sign stated in which I informed them about, They seemed very annoyed but willingly changed it, Second off when I went to pay I asked if I can decline the amount charged because I used the wrong credit card, The guy at the register huffed and puffed and gave me a dirty look, so I just said Never mind it s ok don t worry about it

Jim helped me with my new windshield wipers. Really nice guy, great service, props to Anthony Cipriano for helping to find them. Definitely recommend these guys.

Bought car battery, had trouble with it after 2 months, finally tried to return it and I was 10 days after the 90-day warranty.... So essentially they sold me a battery that lasted 2 to 3 months and would not give me a refund.

I cannot understand why when you give your data to their site they can bring you up on the computer but apparently they cannot figure out what you had brought. This would be helpful on returns. Pricing could be better. The best would be if they paid me to sample their wares.

Dont come here when they say they re Open ! It s 7:55am nobody is here. Door locked. Phones just ring. Two other cars waiting in lot. Garbage truck can t pick up dumpster cause company vehicle in way. Hire ppl willing to wake up and open the store !!Thursday 2/24/22

The weather is starting to get cold. My battery died I had someone at my job give me a jump bought my car to Advance Auto they tested the battery told me I needed a new one. They had someone come out and install a new one for me. They were very friendly the whole time. Easy in easy out.

Great place! I went to get a battery and they were very helpful. They told me to order it online so I can get a discount and then pick up in store. That is exactly what I did and they saved me money. Will go back there anytime. There was a great salesman behind the counter who just moved from Conn. Very helpful!

Horrible horrible customer service. You order a part shipped to the store, they never call you to tell you that it's in and than when you go there to pick it up they can't find your order anywhere in their system EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!!! Will never give this store my business or send any business their way. Nobody should shop here. Save yourself the hassle and headache and go to pep boys!!!

Worst !! If I could give this store zero stars I would. Made an online purchase . I went to the store when I was notified my order was ready for pickup and the man behind the counter would not help me . He stated he was there only for customers making a purchase. He could not comprehend that I did purchase something and wanted to pick it up so I left I returned about 3hours later same guy at the counter therefore I was not serviced . I went back at the end of the day to retrieve my items purchased . I was helped however my order was never packaged so I had to wait for the man behind the counter to finish with allHis customers then look around the store for my items . He was EXTREMELY slow. Will not be purchasing from this location again

Had a problem with my car's battery and I brought the car to them to check it on busy bf wknd, the guy was very patient, tested and tried a couple of things, he advised me to drive the car a couple of days and if the problem persists they will take care of me since the battery was still under warranty, came on Monday and Steven listened patiently to my inquiries and decided that replacing the battery was the best option, very professional and attentive.

So its like basically Every time I go to this place for young kids at the counter with no experience asked me for a Vin number I explain to them there is no the number it s a machine it s just a basic Chevy 350 engine and they need the Vin number to look up a power steering pulley or spark plug wires or a starter just something simple and basic every time I go there it s very annoying they should hire people that have experience it s a shame that this place but Napa out of business and then can t even do simple things

Everybody here was helpful I came in for windshield wipers...They tested and swapped out my batteryGave me an oil changeRefilled the windshield fluidDid my brakes and change the oilAll in the same day either they had nothing to do or that's how the team really works

Always fairly busy but the parking is just outside the store, if you need windshield wiper fluid, brake or engine fluid, it can be done where you're parked. Parking is not so great, but there is street parking and also next door to auto place.

This is one of the better locations. The staff was friendly and I was able to get in and get out.
