Terrible experience! Got charged ~$200 to for an oil change plus "a piece that needed to be replaced". He didn't change the oil, broke the door handle and the car started to make a noise like something was loosening underneath... I wouldn't trust him and I hold him accountable for my wife's life if something happens to her. You should retire sir!

Doug is honest to a fault ! And he s pretty much faultless. He looks you square in the eye, he smiles, he s direct, clear as a bell and makes you understand exactly what the problem is.On top of all that, he s humble and kind.He s the complete package if you re searching for a great mechanic
