Outstanding. I was having an issue while towing my camper. They checked the vehicle immediately, diagnosed and ordered the part. Friendly and knowledgeable! I was back on the road safely within a couple of hours.

Just had oil change and tires rotated. Also had injectors cleaned and on took about an hour. Place is clean and the people are friendly. A bit pricey but not out of line for a dealership. Service advisor was nice but I didn't catch her name. I would recommend Traditions Chevrolet for servicing

They took care of all of our car details and oil change and did touch-up on a spot that happened shortly after getting our new car. They even washed it for us! Definitely, we will always return. Thank You all for great customer service. Thank you to David for helping us get a new vehicle, too. Great service from the beginning!! More like "10" stars!!!!!The Smith's

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Was informed about time to be done and bill. Done within timeframe and service was top notch. Much cheaper than jiffy lube.

Excellent job! I bought my new truck from Tradition in Newark. Had 2 bad experiences with service. Geneva has done a much better job.Recently I brought my truck in for a diagnostic check because the check engine light came in. What a great job! Prompt professional and I am extremely happy. I have been doing business with Tradition for years and have always been very happy with their service. Terry is wonderful to work with. She keeps me informed every step of the way with my repairs and the cost. I look forward to many more years of service. 2020 Buick Envision with 41k miles. Unfortunately this was my last time visiting Tradition. I will not be getting service nor will i be buying my next veh there. This was the second year in a row where a scam was attempted on me by the service dept. 2023 they said I needed new brakes. I trusted their findings and took my vehicle elsewhere for brakes to be done in order to save some of the cost over having it done at the dealership. The technician at the other shop started the brake work but reported back that the brakes were fine. Technician took photos of the "bad" brakes showing the gauge and the fact that they were 7-8mm and well within an acceptable range. I then shared said photos with the service manager at Tradition. He confirmed that his technician had falsified his findings. He apologized profusely and even gave me a free car detailing service and reimbursed me for what i had out of of pocket. I was satisfied with the outcome and felt ok to trust them again. Fast forward 1/2024 -today I took my veh in for service and inspection. I received an all too familiar call that my car "failed" inspection and they couldn't put a sticker on it. The brakes and rotors were bad. The quote for brakes and rotors was over $1100. Due to my previous experience I asked that the service manager review these findings personally. Service manager returns my call and said that my car did in fact pass inspection and that my brakes were fine but my rotors were in poor condition and desperately needed to be replaced. Again, an extreme difference from the original call!I could make an assumption that Tradition has done this because I'm a female but that would be the same as me trusting them to be honest!!

The best there is! This crew is as sharp as they come, on top of all the latest changes and improvements for my car s maintenance and upkeep and their car-side manner is so pleasant that it s always a joy to go in for some of my car s work. I follow all their recommended maintenance intervals so my 2016 Envision with 150K miles still runs like brand new which is the most important thing. I even bring my non -Buick cars into them now for maintenance because they re so good. I ll keep coming back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Just all around awesome place. Purchased my SUV here 5 years ago and have serviced it since with Tradition. Never have had a issue and they take care of you for being loyal to them. Highly recommended to go to for either purchase of vehicle or even just service!

Tradition Chevrolet Sercive center is an awesome place. The service was swift and efficient. They gave me an alloted time frame and was finished sooner than my calender's allotted time. I trust them with my Chevy Trax. Thank you guys for wonderful service!

Great place to go for getting work done, they got my truck in for a remote start and had it done very quickly within 3 hours of getting a call for my parts being in, scheduled for 1 and had my vehicle back by 2.

Tradition of Geneva does it Again!We had to replace our totaled truck. Sales team Dan, David and Kyle to the rescue! They work with us and our insurance company! Cooperation was outstanding and the transaction was no stress! Kyle was outstanding helping us with financing! The Service Department is awesome. First try with Tradition after coming from another dealer. Service was great. They were Honest and kept me informed with the stage in repair. They fixed the issue, and didn't try to up-sell me something I didn't need.

Nice people, but again, the job is not complete with an hour long oil change and tire rotation. Auto start still is not working. May go somewhere else next time.

Omgoodness you need to get your vehicle detailed here!Thank you so much for making me feel like I was very important!You are the best people to work with! I called to get my vehicle detailed. They set up my appointment for whatever was best for my schedule. I needed to drop off my car 2 days early due to medical appointments. They were very understanding as well as accommodating.They called to let me know it was ready. It was earlier than expected too!My car is showroom worthy!! Service was quick and reliable but I was surprised that they did not offer to wash my New vehicle after service. I know other dealerships do.
