The value of my review depends on your situation. I arrived here after being stuck on the thruway for over an hour with a blown RV tire. Even though it was late in the day they were able to replace 2 of my dually tires with new ones. They were prompt, helpful and got me back on the road. One of the tires they removed was in very good condition and they never asked if I wanted it back (it was in better shape than my spare). I was far enough up the road and tired enough having put a dent in our family trip that I did not bother going back. In retrospect they had me in a great position. All I wanted was to make it to our campsite for the night and they did that! Albeit they got a great tire to resell and probably overcharged for the new tire install / balance.

We stopped into the shop when our coolant light went off as we were an hour from home, headed west on the Thruway. They were able to diagnose the problem (nothing major), and topped off the coolant so we were good to go--all no charge. So grateful for their friendly service!

Great price on American made tires for our RV. Service was wonderful. All the employees were friendly and professional. This shop is so accommodating, and the staff are knowledgeable! When we need tires again, we'll be making an appointment to have Parmenter do the work for us!

We had a wheel bearing go on the Thruway heading outta town to a motocross race hours from home and was able to get off the exit and limp our van to this shop. No questions asked they put everything aside and diagnosed fixed and replaced in a hour. Can't express our gratitude and beyond accommodating and friendly the entire shop was. Great tire shop right off the thruway. I had a tire blow on a trailer and it was an odd size of tire that no one else had in stock. I stopped there and they had one in stock and got it changed right away for me. Great bunch of hard working friendly staff. Very reasonable tire prices as well.

We were stranded on I-90 on a Friday afternoon after our drive shaft dropped out. The tow truck dropped us off at the nearest shop, which was Parmenter. The service manager, Justin, worked hard to get the parts in and the truck repaired as quickly as possible. We were able to rent a vehicle and continue on our journey, picking our truck back up on Monday. Great service, very happy with our experience!

Our boat trailer blew out on thruway a mile before the Geneva exit....After much running around to replace a new tire on a spare 15 inch wheel we had at home (Rochester), we discovered that the lugs did not line up I quickly saw that Parmenter, Tire, Auto & Truck Repair close by... It was 5:23 pm, and the shop was to close at 5:30pm...I called the shop and was kindly told they would wait for our arrival to switch/ mount the new tire onto the original rim.What an amazingly considerate group of guys!! They saved the day!!

Great auto repair shop!!! Justin went waaaaay out of his way to find parts and get me back on the road when my truck started misfiring on my way home to Vermont. Frank is a top notch mechanic who correctly analyzed my problem immediately. I dropped in by chance and these guys made time for me in the middle of a busy day. I really appreciate their consideration and their expertise. My truck is running better than ever!

The staff at the shop are responsive to my requests and do what they can to fit me in and get the work done in a professional and efficient manner. Justin, the front office person, always asks first before assuming what it is I want to have done to my RV. If repairs go into a different path he calls me to let me know what is going on and what i want to have happen. It's all about developing the right relationship with a truck shop and they respond accordingly. This is a shop that I don't mind having them work on optional projects such as swapping out the rear differential gears because they have shown an interest in doing so and doing it right.

Rental minivan had a problem with the gas refill latch and I was 6 hours away from home. Justin Gardiner, Service Manager, made sure that even on a very busy day, one of his repair guys could explain the solution and get it done...so we could be back on the road. Friendly, helpful and quick - can't ask for more than that!

I called after having a blow out on a trailer to see if they had the tire I needed. Joyce was super helpful on the phone and the service manager was super nice. They wanted to make sure that they helped me with everything that I needed, which they did. They had the tire in stock and their service was fast. Overall I am a super happy customer.

Got a flat on the Thruway, and we're from out of town, closest place was here at Parmenter. From the moment we walked in to when left we were treated fairly, honesty, and like we were regular customers. Justin helped us find a tire and diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to get us safley back on the road. Great customer service. Thanks to everyone at Parmenter, especially Justin a and Frank.

Justin goes above and beyond for his customers. We were traveling through for a ski trip in Vermont and were almost stranded when we had car trouble. Justin called around and found us the tire and parts that we needed and made sure we could get back on the road ASAP. I would recommend this business to anyone!

My car's engine was not functioning properly when I was driving down on the freeway and the towing company brought me here. Being over 300 miles away from home, my options were very limited and I did not know the severity of damaged done in my car. I really appreciate this place because of their honesty and as they diagnosed the situation and because my engine was overfilled with motor oil, which was causing the problem, they helped me drain the oil and gave me a oil change which was only $35 instead of having me think my motor was damaged and having me spend over $2000 to fix my car.Very much appreciate the help the staff have giving me and I was able to get home. Thank you!

Justin, the manager, said they were booked for the day but when he realized I was from out of town he squeezed my car into the schedule so I could get back on the road to home, 5 hours away. He also worked very hard to get me the best deal on the car parts. Kind, caring, and considerate. Thank you

GREAT STAFF AND DOWN TO EARTH INDIVIDUALS. PROFESSIONAL AND AFFORDABLE. ONE OF My TRAILER TIRES Was shredded to pieces.They repaired it And fixed my Mud flaps. Places right off the highway .very convenient.

Order messed up on shipping tires they made it all worth it. They helped me out the best they could and continued to help me further than necessary. Will be going back. Great job love the tires.

Had a wonderful experience at Parmenter when buying a new set of tires for my truck. Kristian was very helpful and knowledgeable when assisting me with my purchase. Parmenter is by far the best tire/auto center that I've dealt with in the area.

I lost a wheel on my travel trailer on my way to Nashville and i was escort by a towing to Parmenter. meet Justin that realy help me to find a new axle for my TT but delivery was 2 week. could not wait that long and Justin work hard to have it delivery in 1 week. when axle receive 2 hours after axle replace as promise by JustinAll i can say is the service and the help from these guy was great thanks to Justin awesome service and very helpfull person

One of the best places I ve ever been. Justin the manager there is one of the best people you ve ever speck to about cars and services. The people are very fast on working on your car but are they are excellent!! Very friendly there! Would recommend to anyone.

I took a tire to get fixed over a month ago, I still don't have it. One of the Bosses said clean the shop so they scraped it. I'm still trying to get a replacement. I would never go there again, Terrible I mean Terrible service.

I was driving through the area when i had trouble with my passanger front tire. The office worker Kristian was able to get me a good deal and fix the issue getting me back on the road.

While driving NYS Thruway all of the dashboard lights started flashing, Frank and Dennis checked the car and got us back on the road. Really appreciate their services! Thank you!

Went here for a carco inspection for insurance. Got us right in, helped us fill out the paper work, took the pictures, in and out in 15 mins. Had to have 2 cars inspected! Very friendly!
