These guys are great. I had lots wrong with my car- and Ethan, Foster, and Rusty all did an amazing job. They were honest, fast, and affordable. The financing is a great program as well- lots of rebates and interest-free options. These guys are now my go-to for repairs!

Ethan and Foster saved our trip!! We are FOREVER grateful. After the RV Roadside Assistance Seevice (Good Sam's) could not help us today and for the 2nd time this week, Mr. Tires was able to get us covered in record time and NOT alot of MONEY.

Not a huge fan of this place since Tony left. The new guys are cocky and we're saying not to go other places acting like this place mr tire is better. By the word of Gandhi ye who is humble will not have this horriblness bestowed upon them. If they were humble you would not have horrible kharma sent upon themselves to create misery. So please keep your business professional. Monro as much as they can rob or crook ppl for service still follows the show and tell rule. Seeing is believing in actual work that needs to be done.

Ethan Swartwood is amazing! Last Tuesday, driving from Syracuse to Harrisburg, PA, we had a blowout in middle-of-nowhere. Called a few places, but some were closing, and others didn't have the tire we needed. Finally, got in touch with Ethan and he waited for us to bring car by, got us fixed up and on the road again. THANK YOU! What a great guy!

Had a big job done here recently. The manager was extremely helpful and detail oriented and completed the job without a flaw. Ethan and Rusty did a great job and went above and beyond for my truck would highly recommend.

Needed a soft tire checked and repaired. Technician was friendly, explained the problem. He showed me the sharp object he removed from the tire. Best part that he did not try to sell me a tire when it could be repaired. He also estimated that the tires were about at half their life and everything he checked out as a courtesy looked good. Reasonable charge. Reasonable wait time.

I badly needed a new set of tires but we all got much more than we bargained for when they got my car on the lift. Previous shop errors turned a simple job into a nightmare. But Cory and the guys immediately all jumped in to get it fixed and safe for me. They communicated with me the whole time and treated me like a person, not just a sale. Great place, great people. I've found my go-to shop, one that I can trust!

I stopped by last minute. Ethan was so welcoming and showed exactly what monro is looking for in an employee. Got my car right in replaced 2 tires. Ian and Phil both tool care of it to reduced my wait time. Could not be any better. Great job guys

This is the 2nd time having a vehicle serviced at this location. I brought my heavy duty pickup truck in for new brakes and rotors. A lot of rust had built up over the years making the job more difficult than expected.Scott kept me informed throughout the day and worked with the technicians to make sure the job was done correctly and before they closed. This was important as we only have one vehicle here.The staff were professional, the job was done correctly, and the price was very reasonable. If you need any work done I recommend you give Scott and his team a chance to help.

I recommend Mr Tire in Geneva for anyone who s looking for good service in a relaxing atmosphere. I ve never had a bad experience there and my car has always been serviced in a timely fashion even if they are busy or become busy with walk-ins or emergency customers. I believe their prices are not out of line, and they offer coupons for various services when your vehicle is due for its next service, and that comes right in the mail once you become a customer. John, the manager is always friendly and helpful whether on the phone or in person, and the staff he has is always professional.

Got a blowout while picking my son up from college late in the day before thanksgiving. Still had to get home (350 miles). Tire was a rare size and not in stock but the owner found a used tire the same size and only charged me for the balancing, and swapped front and back tires to keep the used one on the rear wheel. Got home safe thanks to excellent customer service and flexible thinking. I probably won t drive 350 miles to get my next set of tires but if you are in the area, this place is highly recommended.

I just wanted to say, we came to the Geneva NY Mr. Tire after I hit a curb and shredded my tire. Scott, the manager, was awesome! He helped us out a ton, even close to closing. I was a bit nervous, what with being out of town and all (we were about 100 miles from home), but I didn't have to be at all. Super polite crew and super efficient. I just wanted to say thanks!

I went to this shop after blowing a tire and being referred by another Mr. Tire down the road. My vehicle required a unique tire size, and this was the only one in the area that had what I needed. I showed up about a half hour before they closed on a Friday night before Christmas weekend. I needed to make a long drive that night, and they offered to stay open late to change the tire. Their manager, Jon, was very friendly and helpful. They got the job done within the hour and I was able to drive home safely.For inventory, quality, and service this shop gets five stars. Highly recommend.

The staff at Mr Tire is very professional and outstanding in both their inquiry and knowledge on vehicles. Very honest and upfront about what to expect with your vehicle for that day and near future. Prices on labor and cost of parts are always fair as well. Very pleased and happy every time I bring my vehicle here! Thank you!

Had a flat tire on our way to Auburn from Buffalo. Scott was an absolute angel in disguise. Initially could not find the leakage, but after a determined search found a pinhole in the sidewall. Instead of suggesting a new tire, he offered a used tire he had removed the day before from another customer's car at no cost for the tire. Total bill for the service was just $12. He also removed the compact spare, stowed it along with the jack and lug wrench back in my car, and cautioned me to keep an eye on the used tire for the remainder of our trip. Lastly, he offered to re-torque the lug nuts after 25 miles or if impractical to do that myself, and directed me to a store to buy a tire pressure gauge. Unbelievable service and customer satisfaction orientation. Definitely recommend Scott and his crew for any tire it brake related service.

Mr tire services both my vehicle.they diagnose and repair them in a timely fashion. Prices are great for labor and parts. Customer service is very pleasant to deal with. Dillon the mechanic was very helpful explaining issues with my vehicle. I highly recommend them . 5 stars

I needed a set of new tires for my 370z. The shop didn t carry the tires so i purchased them online and had them delivered directly to Mr Tire. Their customer service was excellent and installation was priced better than other shops in the area. Very friendly and professional service. I highly recommend these guys.

I went that Friday for an oil change and an inspection and they did both in a timely manner and explain to me that everything was find with the car, might though in a few months new tires. I was thankful that we made me aware of my tires. I will continue going to Mr Tire, they are good at what they do.

I always have a terrific experience at Mr. Tire in Geneva, NY. Tony and the staff at Mr. Tire have a great attitude and are always willing to take the time with whatever vehicle issue I am having at anytime of day or night. I get an immediate appointment that is conducive with my work schedule. Thank you for the great work you do!!

Great experience! The manager saved me $400.00. I thought I needed new tires, he looked at the 2 tires that had slow leaks and fixed them instead of just selling me new tires. That was a nice surprise. Thanks!

Always receive more service than what I expect! Have been going to Mr. Tire for several years without any issues. My winter car, 2003 Volvo just reached a milestone of 212,000 and Mr. Tire does all the oil changes, tire rotations. Thank you.

On 7/1/2019, I was driving two hours into work when my tire pressure light came on and I ended up having a flat. I was able to get into a gas station and put on my donut, but I had no idea where to go or if anyone would even be able to get me in to repair my tire or replace it if needed. Late for work, I googled some places on my phone and everywhere nearby except Mr. Tire was closed. Made a phone call hoping they could at least get me in within the week, so I was completely surprised when I was told to drop my tire off that night and I could come pick it up the next day.Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, the hours of the establishment are a positive, and the service they provided was done faster than expected, which I have had zero problems to address more than two weeks later. Highly recommend and am thankful they were able to help in my time of need in an unfamiliar area.

Amazing customer service and work! I had a flat on a 2 hour trip and they replaced all my tires and balance all in the hour! I am so thankful that they were able to help me!! Will recommend to all my friends and family!
