I've been here on multiple occasions. I won't say that they are my main mechanic, but this is due to another equally good one being in walking distance not because they are any better. My high praise comes from their honesty, carefulness, and willingness to inspect your car and/or take care of a repair that popped up before a trip. This shop does more than any other Midas shop, infact I've never had a repair they couldn't do and that in a timely manner . I really have never had a negative experience hear and that is saying alot since I've used them on dozen occasions or so

They got me in there very very fast. Did an amazing job. Very very polite and would highly recommend them. Also very honest. You won't be disappointed. It will for sure the only place I go to. Very very fair priced.

This shop is friendly, quick, and most importantly, HONEST. Joe and crew took care of one of our family s cars in a pinch and I ve used them several times for other cars as well. I will never recommend this place to anyone I took my carHere to get a simple exhaust gasket replaced with a new one that I had brought with me and now my car is not runningWhoever owns this place should sell it bcz it is really adisgrace to have a paying customer bring a operable car into your shop and leave with a car that is not operable im suing trust and believe that!!!

I am so glad I chose this shop to get my flat tire repaired. They worked me in without any wait, and were able to plug the hole (caused by a screw). I feared that finding someone on a Saturday, without an appointment, was almost impossible. These guys were life savers!

My job requires me to work out of town. Usually getting any repairs done on my vehicle is very stressful or hard to schedule. How ever when I called Brian Delucia , not only was he willing to get me right in but he took the time to explain everything to me about possible costs and time to repair. I quickly got a sense of trust and honesty from him. Went through w it and I m more than happy w the work. He had it done in a day. Thankful people like him are still around.

Great shop. Definitely a small town garage feel. Owner was great to work with and the prices were all reasonable. Will be using them as my mechanic for the foreseeable future.

I went here for an emergency A/C repair while on vacation. The manager Joe was very helpful in explaining the repair, particularly given that his team had to custom build a component that was not easily obtained for my subaru in the short time I had available. In addition, they found time to work on another important repair i mentioned, but figured they wouldn't have time for. All of their work came in below what I thought it would cost. Just an amazing effort for a random customer who walked in off the street from out of town. I can't thank them enough.

A++. Hoping I get these names right. Brian and Josh were fantastic. I am not from the area and was just passing through. Came in with a lot of unknown's as you normally would do with a check engine light on. And What could have been potentially a 3 hour $1000 job turned into a 30 minute $60 job. These guys were personable knowledgeable and am so glad I stopped in. Not only was I in-and-out In less time that I thought I made it to all Albany for my appointment right on time. Thanks guys!

I was only in the area for a couple days and was worried that my 2009 Equinox was making noises on the highway after driving cross-country. Joe was extremely nice. He got me in same day (Friday!) and checked everything out, found the cause (just the way my Les Schwab tires were wearing, but all good), and now I know I m safe to drive to MA. What a relief! Midas looked at my car, told me what's wrong with it,ordered parts to fix and gave me an appointment. I will re-rate my experience with Midas after my car is fixed. On a lighter note, Joe, who was at the front desk was very friendly. 9-2021---update. Took my car back to get it repaired. The part(s) were never ordered--they ended up having to fabricate the part-- and then charged me $100 more than what I was quoted. The repair they did is fine but the extra $100 they charged me over the original quote isn't good business. I will NOT be going there again for any repairs on my car

I feel very secure and trusting bringing not only my car there, but suggesting it to others !!! Not easy to find Honesty these daysBut, I feel like Brian and Crew are great !!! Genuine care and doing Right by the Customer...not just about the $.

Unfortunately back in the beginning of the summer I needed my Cadillac converter and CO2 sensors replaced in order to turn off my service engine light and pass inspection those alone cost around $3,700( Factory parts). the store owner used aftermarket on top of other work that I had done after receiving my vehicle when the work was done my service engine light came back on multiple times after several weeks of the store owner not being able to figure out what was wrong he just gave up and basically told me I was on my own even upon finding out that he should have used Factory parts and not aftermarket parts on my vehicle and because he is a franchisee owner Midas as s corporation has done nothing to help even after agreeing to fix my vehicle with the factory parts that are needed the store owner rescinded his offer to fix my vehicle and I am now in the process of suing (for $3,000) the max allowed in town court which unfortunately isn't even enough to replace the catalytic converter and CO2 sensors that are still needed. To make matters worse I have dealt with this store owner for the better part of 12 years and he has done work on multiple of my vehicles

I recently had my car inspected at another shop in Geneva, and received some unfortunate news about needing to replace a head gasket. Although my car passed inspection with an inexpensive fix of bulbs being replaced, I was advised the gasket situation was imminent and was given an estimate totaling around $1,800 for the fix. A co-worker of mine knew of Brian, at Midas in Geneva, so I took my car here for a second opinion. I am so grateful that I did. Brian was at the front desk when I arrived, and he was easy to talk to. Brian, just by looking out the window at my car, and by listening to my description of what I observed in the car, advised he had a feeling something else was going on, besides the gasket. Throughout the day, as my car was being worked on, Brian would stay in touch, giving updates and info to make a decision and get the true problem repaired. A hose was replaced, my air conditioning was repaired, and ultimately, I saved over $1,400.I will return to Midas for future service, and I hope that others in the area visit Midas for work as well! I could not be happier with my experience!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys went out of their way to find me the correct tires. I needed tires that were out of stock, but the Midas up the road had them but couldn t fit me in their schedule, so I got the tires from them and this store installed them. Saving the day. Definitely recommend these guys. They also had a more open schedule then the other tire stores around.

Would never return here again. Got my car checked and was unable to drive 2.0 miles down the road before my engine blew because someone removed my oil cap. Claiming they are not reliable. But there was no issues with my oil cap prior. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Claiming they are not at fault. Let everyone know you're better going with a corporate business who may be more expensive but at least more experienced to handle your vehicle.

Recently my wife had a problem with our vehicle. The gas tank fell out of it as she was getting fuel. She was close to Midas in Geneva so she contacted them. They not only got her vehicle to the shop and repaired it quickly, they also gave her a ride to work. I could not be more pleased in how fairly and respectfully we were treated. To make a long story short I would highly recommend this business.

Overall incompetent service. Brought in my car for an inspection and oil change. Upon doing the inspection was told that the catalytic converter was damaged and needed replacement and therefore they could not do the inspection, yet was still charged for the inspection. Before I left, the mechanic reset the check engine light. Brought the car to the dealership to get the part fixed and they can't do anything until the light comes back on. The dealership says they should not have reset the light. On top of that, they informed me that it was illegal for them to charge me for the inspection because it was not completed. Also, Midas claimed that I needed a specific oil and charged me 60 bucks instead of the advertised 24.99. The dealership also informed me that my car does not require that oil and that they were just fleecing me. After driving the car for a few days the dealership was finally able to check the converter and turns out there was nothing wrong with it in the first place. Extremely disappointed by the whole ordeal, am never going there again.

I have worked on my own cars since i was a teenager but somethings i dont have the equipment for so I went there to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Car was done and the lug nuts on one tire were not tightened completely causing a noise and the risk of the tire falling off while driving. Took it back to have it fixed and they lied to me about the cause. I even have video proof of my claim and they still lied then when I tried to make an agreement regarding payment the manager was rude and still overcharged me despite our agreement. I would NOT take my vehicle here or any other vehicle here again.

Very quick service got the point of everything. They do not sell parts you do not need and will even allow you to go into the shop and look at things that need replacing. Overall great experience!!!

I took my car in for inspection. They said they could not do it because of gas leak. So they charged me 81. To fixes it. I left there went to walmarts had to take it back to them not even an hour later my car in the car was being spilled on ground. They supposed to fix it again. Sunday I went to my moms. The gas leak was back. Took somepla e else to fix it. They said they made pipe bigger the only thing did was cash the gas line

All I can say is Thank you very much!!The owner/manager and the mechanic that worked on our car saved our butts. We had our exhaust pipe break and he worked with our budget. I know where we will be going from now on. Thanks again you guys!!!Life savers!

Paid for service that was supposedly done, but was either done improperly or not at all. Talked to owner and mechanic told them of issue but no further help or assistance was offered or provided..

Had a quote on rear brakes and a coil spring on a Hyundai at Vision Hyundai. It was $1,400+. Midas did it for $580. Much cheaper than the dealership.

Great company, I've had all my vehicles serviced here for the last 4 yrs and they are very good about pointing out what needs to be done right away and what can wait a while.
