I want to start by saying I m not one to ever post a negative review online, but my boyfriend (who is the nicest person ever) went in today and they were rude as hell about him getting an inspection on his car. Not only that, but they also told him they wouldn t waste their time on him or his car. We were referred here by my sister who stated that they are really nice and honest, but we won t ever go back after that kind of customer service. Apparently she had a much better experience somehow. If you don t want to handle inspections, maybe you should take it off your list of services, not that I would recommend a single person goes here for a thing.

I have worked with Leo and Leo Jr. at Harris for a couple of years. They can always get me in quickly and do an excellent job. They are generous, honest, kind, helpful, and skilled. I am grateful they are in Geneseo.

I called them for a car inspection this morning for my daughter who attends Geneseo college. The owner has an extremely rude miserable disposition. I don t want to be bothered attitude. This jerk asked if I d been there before. When I said no, it was clear he could care less to schedule a car inspection for us. With this, he literally hung up the phone on me. I ve never experienced anything like it before. If this is how they treat people over the phone I would never trust them for car maintenance or repair needs regardless of what other kind folks might have posted on their behalf. Keep your college students away from Harris Auto Service on Wadsworth street in Geneseo, NY. Check out Scorsone s in instead.

I called them on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in Thursday morning. Really friendly and helpful staff. Honest work, very fair price, and quick repair.

Recommend to me by someone I trust. Old fashioned courtesy, very nice guys, they ve worked there for a long time -friendly service, seems to be very fair pricing. I feel safe with them working on my car.

I got stuck when the alternator died in my 2003 Dodge Truck 3/29/16 at Wegmans. I called AAA and Leo came to rescue me. He was so efficient and very professional, getting my truck loaded and dropped me off at the farm and took my truck to the shop. When you are in a situation like this, get Leo at Harris Towing. He is the best!

Horrible customer service and they were nasty over the phone. If you re a girl in this area, I advise not to go here. I was treated like I was dumb over the phone.
