This van service is affordable , reliable and goes above and beyond for their customers!! I have used them for numerous events and they show up early for pick up and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have a number of different vehicles ranging in sizes depending on how many people you need transportation for and have very flexible availability, even when asked for a last minute service!! I would 100% recommend them and will continue to use their services!!! Thank you to the staff and owners!!

I made a reservation to have my son and his wife picked up at JFK Airport and driven to my home in Garnerville in late May on the Memorial Day weekend. The total fee was $143 but I was disappointed in the vehicle that was sent to pick them up. The car seat in the back had cigarette burns and there were signs that there was noticeable wear and tear. My son also noticed that the driver s armrest was almost falling off.I called to complain the following week and voiced my displeasure with the condition of the vehicle s interior. I asked for some compensation since I was not satisfied. The person I spoke to told me she would speak to the manager and get back to me as soon as possible. When I called back a couple of days later she told me that the vehicle used was from an affiliate but that there was nothing they could do in terms of a compensation.I had used Sprinter about four times previously and was satisfied with the service, the vehicles and the drivers. However, this time I was not and after expressing my dissatisfaction, there was no effort made to retain my business.

Great business. Booking and Dispatch were a pleasure to work with and the crew and vehicles were clean, professional, and on time. Will be calling Sprinter Limo first for my next event.

Honestly i was nothing but greatful and the prices are reasonable they are a reliable and reliable company with excellent customer service that i will use again and recommend others to as well. Clean and professional and they do short journeys.
