HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEWe booked a round trip from Old Tappan to JFK. All was well with the trip to JFK but there actually was no return trip. After a 1 week vacation we arrived at JFK on time picked up our luggage and waited outside for 45 minutes where nobody from Richland Car Service ever showed upWe called 4 times with no answer but did leave voicemails. We also sent multiple texts but again no response. We sent an email and again no response. So much for being open 24/7Finally after waiting 45 minutes we called an Uber who showed up in less than 5 minutesUpon arriving home more than 2 hours after our scheduled pick up I tried once again to reach rockland car service and guess what still no answer and now 3 hours since our scheduled pickup and no return callBUYER BEWARE. THEY REALLY PUT A DAMPER ON A VERY NICE VACATION. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Car service rate was fare and driver arrived promptly. The service was pretty typical and as expected. However when paying I added an extra 12% gratuity, the first transaction didn't go through. The driver took the tablet back, tapped a few times on the screen and said "There, just sign on the line and we are all set". I signed and later found out the driver the driver added a 50% gratuity and had to write, call and dispute the transaction to get the extra $32 refunded.So be careful when dealing with their drivers!

We employed this car service in 2 snow and ice events on 2/12 and 2/20 going from and to Newark Airport. Our driver, Frank, was on time and exhibited excellent driving skill on icy/snowy roads while contending with other traffic on the road. We have found this service to be a good value, dependable, and courteous. We will definitely use them again!

Horrible....fake temp tags, cars are suspended for having no insurance in effect. Owner has DWI and current robbery charges for beating up a girl and stealing her cell phone....who wants to do business with a company like this?Alot of the reviews are correct, late service, no shows, unreliable.

Just got off the phone with Rockland car service. Called this afternoon and got a rate. Rate was pretty good so I cancelled with another company. When I called to finalize plans they informed me that they gave me the wrong rates. Really? The new rate went from 168 to 265. Quite a difference. They would do nothing to compensate me. I understand people make mistakes but if this is the rate that was quoted this is the rate that should be given. I also owned a transportation company and would never treat my customers like this.
