EXCELLENT!!!! I had an excellent experience with Prime Car Service! Their professionalism and punctuality truly stood out. As a parent traveling with my 6-month-old, I greatly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a car seat ready for her. The entire journey was smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be choosing Prime Car Service again for my future travels. Five stars all the way!

Prime Car Service is consistent, prompt, friendly, communicative, and kind (and they're safe drivers in challenging NYC/NJ driving conditions). I've used them multiple times myself and booked them to pick up my elderly parents, and they've always exceeded expectations. I highly recommend their services!

We have been using prime car service for a few years now and they are reliable, always on time and courteous. But last night my flight was diverted to another airport due to bad weather and as I'm walking out of the plane my phone was ringing (it was prime)to tell me another car was on its way because it was closer to where we were! Absolutely wonderful service!Also, Frank was driving carefully in bad weather and then quickly found my husband's phone in the car (it was long day!)I have and will always recommend prime to friends and family.Thank you!!!

Just took Prime for a monster round trip to JFK from Rockland- both drivers were awesome! helpful and nice- very professional too! Both SUVs were clean as could be and plenty of room for skies and boards. We highly recommend this business

Excellent service.Driver was prompt ,polite ,courteous,and very helpful with luggage and showed up right on time for departure as well as arrival.They sent regular e mails to confirm rides.Will definitely use it again and recommend them to anyone who needs Airport transfers or any other rides.

Prime car service is very reliable with on time pick up. Our chauffeur Richard was very helpful with our luggages and communication was very good in terms of location and what terminal and pick up location. I am definitely booking them for my next trip.

Absolutely top shelf. Driver came early so we were able to step off the boat and into the car. Can t tell you how much we appreciated this after a great, but tiring, vacation. Definitely recommend and will use again

Our driver was courteous, professional and got us home safely. Even though our reservation was for 10am, he was there at 830. This worked out perfectly due to our ship docking in Brooklyn an hour earlier than expected.

We couldn't be more pleased with Rockland County Car Service. We are repeat customers. Every airport trip we have taken has been punctual, smooth and worry free. Drivers have all been courteous and professional. On one occasion we called last minute for a car and driver and we had our ride to JFK within one hour.

Excellent customer service experience, I used prime car service for a trip to the airport and also upon my return back home. On both occasions Drivers arrived on time, assisted with luggage, were experienced, quick, safe, attentive and helpful with entering and exiting vehicle. We will use prime car service again in the near future.

The best car service I have experienced in Rockland County. Richard was so professional, prompt, and caring. I would request him again, when I travel. My plane was delayed 5 hrs and he was right there when we landed. Top notch sedan and service!

I used this car service for the first time to go into the city for dinner. Customer service was very good. Dolkis was very helpful in explaining the different cars services and prices. My driver was on time. The car was nice. Only problem was that he didn't open the doors for us going or coming back. I think for the price you should get the full experience. Not like a taxi. I did mention it to him,but he still didn't do it. There was a language barrier which was difficult. He was a safe driver and played nice music a long the way. I will use them again,but please give your riders the full luxury experience.

Very happy with driving service. Driver sent me photo of the car/license plate which made it easier for me to know which car was picking me up. Had a very safe driver - never scared me once, which isn't always the case with some driving services. Will definitely use again.

Been using them for a few years now for car service to and from airport. Drivers were on time and professional, on the return home the flight was delayed 2 hrs, driver waited for us at the airport. Price is reasonable, cars are new and clean. Overall very satisfied. Will use them again :)

Booked Prime Car Service round trip to Newark Airport and home. We were impressed beyond our expectations on how clean the vehicles were, how prompt and professional the driver's were, and the ease with the bookings and communication. We would definitely recommend this company!

Excellent service by two very skilled and safe drivers. They were on time, pleasant, and very good drivers who made my trip to and from the airport relaxing. I highly recommend this service.I just used the service again and Richard was our driver to and from the airport. He's an excellent driver that makes the ride relaxing. In addition, my return flight was delayed an hour an he greeted us with a big smile that helped ease the frustration of airline travel! Great job all around!I'm so happy with Prime Car Service. They have the best drivers and are always on time. I receive a text as soon as I land telling they've arrived and are waiting my instruction on where to meet them. We had Adonis for both the trip to and from the airport. He was great!

Wonderful car service, booked a round trip to/from Newark and both drivers were professional and patient. We had many delays and issues with our return trip to Newark, but the company stayed on top of the many changes to the time we were to arrive at the airport and surprisingly our driver, Richard even knew when we were going to land (because I didn t) and he texted us to let us know he was waiting for us. We will definitely use them again for any of our car service needs!
