Normally used to have a good experience with him. But the last two interactions were disappointing. He installed a new muffler for me because my old one fell off and he was also paid for a wheel alignment. I m pretty sure the wheel alignment wasn t done because my car wasn t driving straight but My dad paid and I didn t so I was like whatever. fast forward 2 months later , the same muffler he installed is off again. I called him to discuss and see when i can bring the car in, he got all upset and kept telling me he would need to see the car before he can give me any information. I asked could he look up on my file to see if he welded the piece on or if he installed it as a new muffler, he got upset again and said he would have to see. then i offered to bring the car in and he got annoyed again saying he s busy with no lift. at that point i just hung up and now im looking to bring the car elsewhere. business must be getting too booming for him, more than he can handle because this whole interaction went on for about 2 weeks. I normally only go to him for oil changes and inspections but I won t be going here anymore period.

Visited here for the first time on Thursday after i blew out my tire on a curb. Ahmed was very helpful and quickly had car back in business in a few hours. Tires and new brakes. Very happy and will visit again.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The owner Ahmed, is extremely nice and professional. He fixed my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee after it was mishandled by a "chain" auto shop. He also took the time to write a letter to that shop- detailing the work that they did not perform but I was charged for. Because of that , I was able to get a refund.He is a local guy and because he is the owner he realizes how important reputation is. Thrilled to find an excellent shop for my Tesla Model 3.I had a large dent on the front left panel above the tire. Like magic it was erased. Just perfect work. No trace. Like new. Same with the several other dents on the trunk. All gone. Beautiful work!I also had the brake fluid replaced, tires rotated and replaced.Amed is knowledgeable and kind. He works with you and listens to your needs. A trustworthy and very reasonably priced shop. I could not recommend A2Z any higher.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes

As a new resident in the community I thought I try this local shop for an inspection and rotate tires. The battery was disconnected recently and the computer could not read any data so I had to drive it and come back for the sticker. The kicker was the cost of charging twice the NYS inspection cost and un-informing customer the $45 to rotate tires. I do not recommend this shop. I told Ahmed that many shop offer free rotations. Not to neighborly of a local repair shop.

Great experience. Had my 2010 Toyota Camry to few mechanics in the area and no one can figure out the issue 2months and about $1500 later then found A2Z Auto. These people do a quick and great job I needed a bunch of maintenance, repairs, and some lights on the dash. I got the car back in less than 24hrs with all lights cleared. Place is a rip off $180 to install and balance 4 tires brought to them off the car huge argument about prices dropped off 930am picked up 430 after going there 4 times owner is unproffessional and overpriced robbed me wouldn't recommend to anyone what a rip-off.Service: TiresService: Tires

The owner is awesome. He is very polite, knowledgable, and just an overall great guy. Had great service here and will 100% return.Also, while you're waiting, head over to the pizza place half a block down. Nice food and atmosphere.

What great service, they stayed open late on Saturday evening to fix my car. The owner is extremely nice and they did a great job on my car. Highly recommend, great addition to the neighborhood. !

Well I have been doing business for over 10 yrs now with the owner. I am retired and have limited resources. They have ALWAYS done the "right thing" by me. I am an old motor head myself and hate getting jerked around. I have referred many friends to them and never had an issue .. My mechanic for life!!!! Jim

Poor service, the individuals I talked to were either aggressive or entirely lethargic. Overcharge was absolutely ridiculous for emissions testing. Regrettable choice of auto shop
