Chris represents the minority of mechanics who are HONEST, polite, and professional to deal with. He has been servicing my father's and my BMW vehicles for years. Don't be fooled by the curb appeal of his shop, his vast knowledge and overall experience with especially BMW vehicles is far better than what the BMW dealerships have to offer. No you don't get the new BMW 3-series loaner or a complimentary car wash, but you also don't get the 4-figure bill for thousands of dollars with no explanation of what was wrong/what was fixed. Nice people! The younger girl who worked there, looked like a daughter, was a little snide and laughed at me for something I said about my vehicle that was wrong. My family has gone to sweets for a very long time, so this wont deter me from going again. However still very unprofessional.

These people are uninformative and not helpful at all. Almost completely incompetent! It seems the only reason they're still open is because they work on police cars.
