Love the older style layout and parking. Scenic. Friendly employees. Atm, driver kiosk, lottery machines available near entrance. Not a great place for internet or cellular signal.

Friendly staff, parking for trucks and cars. The parking for the trucks are kind of tight tho so easier if you find one to just back in to straight.

Nice people and parking is good. They have reserve parking. It is not so messed up like pilot flying j. And there fuel is better.

One of the best truck stops that I've ever been to. The facilities are usually pretty clean and they have just about anything you could need for your rig for a reasonable price. Whether you're staying in the attached motel or in your sleeper there is usually space available. The diner inside has a good selection of foods at reasonable prices. And if your truck needs repairs there are mechanics on site and while you wait you can head inside to kill some time in the arcade or watch some TV in the lounge area. Overall a great place to stop if you're in or around Fonda New York. ( Exit 28 off to New York State Thruway [ I-90 ] )

I love coming here with my family not only is the food good but it's definitely family oriented. Also it's extremely affordable for a large family!

Used the shop for a steer axle hub replacement. Mr. Gregg, the foreman was knowledgeable and helpful. Mike, the mechanic, did a great job. Nikki, was quick at checkout. I will use this shop again, when the truck needs work.

Food and service in restuarant was good. Fuel desk still has not updated the card system to accept chip reader debit cards. Not satisfied because it rejects every time.

No selection for snack food restaurant food was horrid .ordered take out to eat in the truck cold spaghetti o's in a can would have been wonderful compaired to what we got..not pressed at all. Wish there was another truck stop close..this is the only choice and they treat you awful because you have no choice very sad

Worst shower in a while... Water doesn't drain so you stand in your own dirt

Great place. Lots of parking, but gets full during the day. Has the every basic necessity a traveler needs. Tv room, laundry room, restroom, and a restaurant .

Facilities not very clean. Food at restaurant overcooked and flavorless. The service counter there during the not very helpful and a long wait. The afternoon guy at service counter was very friendly and helpful.

Clean showers and nice staff..better get hear early if you want to park...better drop your trailer if you want to get fuel..Duncan Donuts just down the street.

One of the worst truck stops ever been to. Little old lady at night has no idea of rules and is not helpful at all

On a snowy day it's a tough spot. Wait time for truck service can be all day and you risk getting stuck it you have bad tire grip

I got a flat tire and I pulled in to this TA and they told me the shop was closed because they had no Technicians.

Horrible place to goto... The fuel pumps are a sandwich to get into and out of.. The entrance is extremely hard to find so most people just enter through the exit.. Not to mention the parking lot is just way too small, I won't be returning to this TA!

Coffee/hot water dispenser taste like bleach. Same in shower. Restaurant ok.

Having stopped here a lot, I think I'm getting addicted to there food.. Wish it had more parking however.
